Visited both Lynn Haven and Panama City Walmart. Experience customer service refund at the Panama City 2 times and Lynn Haven 2 times. Lynn Haven was friendly, easy and helpful. Both times at Panama City, were not pleasant. Never going to the Panama City location for refunds or anything customer service related again. I will go out of my way and drive the extra miles to go to the Lynn Haven Walmart from now on. Aside from that, everything else is similar or same as Lynn Haven. I have noticed that both Panama City & Lynn Haven walmart have better quality veggies than other Walmarts in other states. Side note: Some of the staff that are in the vegetable area, self service area, entrance/exit areas, etc. are all nice and helpful. Haven't had any bad experience with them. Only with specifically people at the customer service area, which I find funningly ironic.

It's where we do all our shopping and actually go 20 miles out the way bypassing closer Wal-Marts because they are always stocked up on most everything friendly workers and great pharmacy sometimes things can get a little aggravating in pharmacy but all in all great Wal-Marts.The prices is like most other places high due to the economy.

The staff their are very rude don't care about anything but going home.i brought a phone that I purchased yesterday with a pertection plan and Mrs Nokia nakia sorry if I missed spelled the name,but she was very rude after taking her sweet time deliberately waiting till 10:00 so she can say no, then without even looking at the receipt or anything immediately said I must go through the online way, when truth of the matter is she was only worried about one thing ,going home,now am I wrong or does it not say clearly you have 14 days to return it in store,also I've been coming here for years and it has been the same rude environment since day one the vibe is off and the employees are rude I don't suggest it for anybody

Can't ever get pokémon because they have it set to a five per customer limit and people come in and buy multiple limits. The cards need to be locked behind the customer service desk and a limit of two per person put on it like every other store or I will not be spending any more money at this Walmart

Walmart is everyone's go to place for almost anything. Even if we don't want to admit it, we need it in our life just as bad as it needs us. This location is perfectly situated close to everything in the area. Easy access for those quick trips to stock up on snacks or grab that phone charger you forgot to pack. Parking lot is large but tends to get crowded. Beware of pedestrians as some of them seem to forget they are surrounded by moving vehicles and only focus on entering the front door at the fastest speed possible.

I am writing to bring to your attention the unacceptable behavior exhibited by your second-shift employees in pickup, who consistently display a lack of professionalism and respect, demonstrating poor decorum. I assume these employees are high school students you have hired. Specifically, they handled customers groceries carelessly, including tossing heavy items into my vehicle, which is alarming. I have informed management of this incident and will also notify Spark. I expect your staff to maintain a professional and respectful attitude, particularly when interacting with customers and handling their merchandise.

This is a smaller Walmart store. It can be out of stock, or not carry some items that I can get in larger Walmart stores. Check out at the self check out is always very fast, no Wait. Prices here are better than most other grocery stores in the area. This Walmart is in a strip mall type location. The parking lot is sufficient, But can be a little tight on busy days. I would recommend this Walmart location for general grocery shopping and general merchandise.

Well I come every day to pick my son up from work. Some times 7 some times 11. This Walmart is the only decent store within 25 miles. I live that far away. But we use this location a lot also Geneva Alabama Walmart. Some times wish we had a publix. I love the vegetables selection , freshness and price. Walmart has excellent food prices we do t buy much processed food. Mostly chicken for the dogs. And produce. Some dry goods like rice and legumes and plant milk some real milk. It we make most of our food. We been coming here for 25 years.

What a pleasant surprise to find out that Walmart, is a much better option than the stores I have been shopping at for years. Happy to find out they carried all the products that my other store is no longer carry or the products are expired or they are way too expensive. Walmart had everything on my list. None of it was expired and the prices were much more reasonable. Also, as busy at the store was it was very clean. All of the staff was extremely helpful stopping what they were doing, and there was always someone to help you at self check out when it came to things like weighing produce. Everyone was very friendly from the moment you enter until the time you leave and everyone was extremely professional representing Walmart, and the most positive light. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you, Walmart,

The baker is a joke. I ordered a cake for daughters b-day. They changed the ready date to one day earlier than I needed it. Went to pick up the cake, waited in line 30 min, it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready next day, which worked out because that was the day of the birthday. Went there again second day, waited 30 min in line. Cake wasn't ready. Order had been canceled, with no explanation. They also charged me and told me the cake had been picked up at 5:30 am that same morning. They don't open until 6:00 am. 0/10 will not cake again.

I've been shopping at this Walmart on 23rd Street for a long time, and it's always a great experience. The store is well-maintained and clean, especially the updated bathrooms. I'm consistently impressed by the number of employees on the floor; they're all very friendly and helpful. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted by the front door staff, which is a nice touch. If I need help in an aisle that has a call button, an associate always responds in a decent amount of time. I've also noticed that they're pretty good at answering their phones. The checkout process is smooth and quick, and the systems always seem to be working well. I can always find a wide variety of the products I need and want. The store also has a great security presence, and it’s clear that the Asset Protection team is doing a good job of preventing shoplifting. Plus, there's always plenty of parking, including dedicated spots for Law Enforcement & Handicapped. Good Walmart & location.

Honestly, for a Walmart, it is quite a remarkable store. I inadvertently purchased the incorrect style of boots for my husband's Christmas present, and the staff was more than happy to facilitate the return process for me and assist me in acquiring the correct footwear. The staff members were friendly, the cashiers were prompt and efficient, and I was able to complete my shopping and depart very quickly. Even though my car experienced a breakdown in the parking lot, I was still able to obtain my products, including a car battery, and return home. Overall, it was a great store.

I just did a pick-up order at this Walmart. The Associate, Brandon, was so incredibly kind and helpful that I felt it was necessary to come here and leave a review. I am sure he's appreciated amongst the crew, but he deserves an extra shout out for his bright personality and welcoming demeanor towards Walmart customers. My Wife typically does the pickups, but I'm about to find out if we can request our favorite associate if they're working when doing a pickup. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Appreciate the kindness, Brandon! Keep on laughing and smiling, and you'll see the change in those around you in such a positive way. Your personality is intregal to having a successful team.

Ordered a birthday cake for my son and when I opened the box I was very disappointed. Entire cake was crooked and it looked like who ever decorated it just threw it together and did not take their time. Very upset I spent $70 on a cake that looks this bad.
