Had some problems with my 2011 Sienna while on vacation from Minnesota. Was super nervous about repair shops in an unfamiliar city so I started reading google reviews. That’s how I chose Bobs! Bob and May were amazing and quickly got me back to my vacation. Absolutely feel confident bringing your business here!!!!!!!!!!

My son's car died on him during spring break. He had it towed here--Bob and May were so easy to work with remotely. We decided the repairs would be too extensive and they held on to the car for 3 weeks while I arranged a buyer with no storage fees. They even facilitated the transfer once I mailed the title to them. May put my mind at ease and I can't thank them enough for taking care of my son. Great people here.

Totally satisfied with the service and cost of service at Bob’s. We had our front brake rotors and pads done. We’ve taken our car to the dealership several times for the same service without much satisfaction. Bob’s team completed the job while we waited and in record time. And now our brakes are quiet and work better than ever! Great family run business. Highly recommend.

Great Experience!! I was on vacation when I started having trouble with truck. Took it to a nearby autozone and the manager recommended that I go to Bob’s Automotive. I spoke with his wife May she scheduled me an appt for the next morning. When I arrived she remembered who I was and promised to take care of me in a timely since I was from out of time. They levied out other expectations. I’m very grateful!!

Running beautifully. We arrived Saturday in PCB. Air conditioner stopped Saturday night. Our daughter found Bob's online. Liked the reviews. Called n was able to bring it ni Monday. Fortunately we we with a group so we had transportation. Updated that he had to order a part. Got 2010 expedition back on Tuesday. Bob's reminded us of place where we take our car in KY.

Had an accident while on vacation. Contacted this company and was immediately taken care of. They got my car in and worked over to get it repaired before I had to leave to drive back to TN. The lady I spoke to was prompt in getting everything lined up and super sweet. I was updated on what needed to be repaired and clearly was not taken advantage of suggestions of other “repairs” that needed to be done. Charge amount was reasonable! I was impressed with the service, the updates and the follow up! Highly recommended!

I recently took my Range Rover Evoque to Bob's Automotive and I couldn't be happier with the service! They completed the work in less than a week and even got my car back to me a day early. Their pricing was fair and transparent. They originally thought they needed to remove the gas tank but found a way around it, saving me $400. In an area with few Euro car shops, Bob's stands out for their honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend!

First class service all the way! We were visiting Panama City Beach from out of town when we experienced car trouble. Bob’s had the parts needed and was able to schedule the repairs immediately at half the cost we had been quoted at a different place. Bob sent us a video of himself actually driving our car and listening for the problem. Bob and his wife May were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Our car broke down while leaving from having vacation. I had read good reviews so I called and they didn't disappoint. Bob is very knowledgeable and through. Mrs May his wife even fed us pizza while waiting on car to be fixed. I definitely would recommend bobs automotive, although it took a while bob was able to figure out what was wrong and had us back on the road within a few hours.

After being towed into Panama City from Montgomery, Alabama our vacation started out very stressful and worrisome. After checking into our condo I started searching for automotive techs close by with dependable reviews. After speaking with Mrs. May we were able to gimp our Blazer to the shop and Bob gave us a ride back to the Condo. Later that afternoon we were contacted via the txt machine that a diagnoses has been determined. I was ready to just donate the Blazer and rent a car for our trip back home to Ky. but instead my gut told me to let Bob and his team go forward with the process. After receiving the parts needed to fix our automobile we were contacted the following afternoon that our car was ready. Bob sent one of their techs to pick me up to get our car. I’m glad that we decided to go ahead with Bob and his business because the rest of our vacation and trip back to Ky. was flawless. Other than the double red flags on the beach but we still where very great full to find a honest auto technician so far away from home.. I hope you never have a need for his expertise but I would highly recommend Bobs Automotive to anyone local or tourist like us.

I don't know where to start... Except that Bob's automotive is a great place to get your vehicle worked on! I had a (newer) truck with issues, it sat at the Chevy dealership multiple times for weeks, other automotive locations didn't fix it either. Bob took the time to listen, to think about the problem, to explore and consider other options.... And ultimately fixed every single issue that I was having. I can't say enough about how much he researched, looked into the issue, and took the efforts and steps to really chase it down, and send my truck home in perfect condition. They communicate, they provide you updates, all the documentation, all the research they did. I just can't say enough about this business. May is equally professional. She communicates with you, keeps you up-to-date, responds to texts... Again, a positive experience. They will get my business going forward, for sure.

Doesn't meet price or delivery estimates and is waay overpriced. I got charged $311 for a H6 (48) battery when my vehicle, due to S-S feature, requires a H7 (94R). H7 batteries produce higher cranking amps than a H6, and can be purchased from ANY auto parts store for $259. Duralast, Interstate, Duracell, you name it! I got a cheap H6 battery, with a 3 year prorated warranty, for premium prices I'll have to immediately replace! By their own text, the van was to be ready for pick up on 14 Jan 26. I was counting on this van to transport my wife home from a Tallahassee hospital, only to be told, without explanation, on 16 Jan 26, that the van WASN'T ready! For the $5000 I spent on a 'patch job' a complete rebuild of the engine could have been done. I even ask about this possibility before they opened the engine, and was assured a repair would be sufficient. I'll never be able to drive this van, or let my wife drive it, without thinking 'what's around the corner' a complete engine rebuild could have prevented. Even after opening the engine, a rebuild was NEVER offered as an option. It turned into 'onion' maintenance, which escalating cost.
