Excellent service, treated fairly, came in under the estimate and beat the time committed. I booked online for a tire patch the night before. You should call to check how busy they are because the online will let you book even if they are busy. The team there handled it well. 100% the best auto service on the beach side.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years now but recently had a bad experience with a fuel pump replacement on my vehicle. First issue, the service manager marked up a part several hundred dollars to make a quick profit. I understand all shops do this but they could’ve done better with price. I went ahead and took vehicle in anyways having provided the part. Upon arrival to pick up vehicle after repairs were made, there was shop trash on my hood. Didn’t give it much thought, I was just happy to get my truck back home. When I arrived home I noticed the hood was unlocked so I opened up to get a look before locking back down and noticed several parts to my engine were taken off and not reinstalled and also noticed a large dent and scratches on drivers side door. I went back to the shop and they admitted technician forgot to reinstall parts. I asked the service provider Nick to please check over everything and make sure repairs were complete. He came came back after 20 minutes and let me know everything was good and ready to go. One day later my check engine light came on with a fuel system code, i could smell gas and with a quick check I noticed a line was disconnected near fuel tank. I was very surprised by this since I just asked tech to check. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but these parts and labor were not cheap. I shouldn’t have to look behind technicians to make sure they complete work and to not admit damage they made that I had to discover myself. Edit: I spoke to Denzel, the store manager and we worked out a solution from the issues I experienced. He was fair and wanted to make things right. I’ll be going back for service in the future.

This place is legit the best on the beach, if not in the entire gulf coast. I don’t trust my car with anyone else. They are always, always friendly, always professional and NEVER try to upsell or talk you into nonsense you don’t need. They give big shops like this a good name. They will talk to you on a personal level and never try to make you feel like you don’t know something. I can’t say enough good things about the actual mechanic service OR the customer service. These gents are the best there is. I want to give a shoutout to Chris and Chase. On my most recent visit these two were great to work with and I hope to see them around for a long time.

I normally give 5 star but my last visit was not the best. The Two guys that took care my car and the truck next time was awesome how the very depressed/unhappy young lady that sound like she was dying was not very friendly. I never had to ask About my air filter, but this time I did. All I Am saying is you had more people standing around than work. And not the sweet employee as normal except for the two guys that were working. I am a repete customer and still will be.however good customer service starts with a smile.please

Chris, Tyson, and Dave did my oil change and they were just the sweetest boys ever! Chris was so nice and helpful on top with all his recommendations and adorable smile. I recently got an oil change. After getting home, I noticed there was a small drip of oil coming from the new oil filter. I spoke with someone at the Express Oil and they said someone would be coming to my house to ensure there was not a major issue. The General Manager, Dave called me and said he himself would be coming. Dave showed and found it to be a faulty oil filter. He replaced the oil filter, made sure the oil was topped off, and cleaned up everything. Issues happen... I appreciate their response to addressing the issue and ensuring it was handled properly. Not all people or companies would have responded with the same attitude and care as Dave and his team did. Thank you!

I wish I could give more than five stars. I called to have all four tires on my car replaced and Karen diligently took notes so that when I arrived they had several greats options. The tires I was looking for were not in stock so they spent no time finding, ordering, picking up, and installing the exact tires I was after. Absolute professionalism, honesty, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough for any maintenance you need.

I gotta give credit where credit is due. Hands down Billy, and Stuart were making sure my car, was safe. There was an older couple with engine lights on- I watched these men make their day letting them know absolutely no work needed done to their very new nice suv. There was the normal brake dust/debris causing the sensor to go off and that noise we all hear after a big wind storm. They cleaned up the brakes area and sent them off, no charge. Then there was me, rolled in for a patch, on 4-5 lug nuts!!! The last shop had bore out the thing “stripped” and I was none the wiser. 3x, 3x these men took that tire off worked on something, always showing me what and why, but because I had to get my daughter from Surfside-they put it on and take it off, no worries ma’am, glad yall are safe. It’s rare these days to find a company, and employees in that company, that I would send my mamaw to. Full disclosure- I’m a younger female with a TBI, I have all my life been sold extra warranties, and up charged for air, go. They’ll tell you the truth, and the other customers, and NOT because they want your number, because that’s who they are.
