I came here because a friend recommended it to me. However I felt disappointed with the service. They broke a piece that goes inside the car and that is about 200 dollars second hand; and they didn’t even tell me. If I hadn’t have noticed they wouldn’t have done anything to help me. Anyways, they GLUED the part back and now I’m hoping I don’t have to take the part off again because that could cause the piece to completely break. They didn’t even apologize.

I have been using Ronnie's for several years for things that aren't covered by Toyota for all of our vehicles. A few weeks ago I had an appointment at Toyota for a tire rotation, nothing more. After waiting 45 minutes after not being greeted, we just left and called Ronnie's. Brian answered the phone, said they were booked up for the afternoon, but could get us in the next morning. We showed up, spoked with Brian, 20 minutes later our tires had been rotated, they had checked he brake pads and we were on our way. $16 later, and great service, we couldn't be happier. Thank you Ronnie, Brian and crew for continuing to do great service! Don't forget to say hello to Orkin, the cat that will great you at the door...lol

Ronnie helped me and my family get back home to Texas and charged us a reasonable price, he was funny, polite and open. He informed us of another issue but we had no time to get fixed. When we couldn’t get anyone else after Christmas Day he dropped everything and came to us. Forever grateful!

Avoid this place. Ronnies came highly recommended. My radiator hose broke in half so I replaced it in a gas station parking lot. Drove a couple miles and it started over heating and leaking fluid. I towed it to Ronnie's. They said the hose I replaced was too long and created a kink, stopping the fluid. The cut the hose down and reinserted it. Two days later my battery gauges were going crazy and popped the hood and a cable going to the positive terminal wires were exposed. The first picture is my battery before I took it to Ronnie's, the second picture is the battery after I got it back. I took it up there and they fixed it up for me, no charge, thank you. Now 5 days later I get out to my truck and it's completely dead. I jump it and drive it home. Next morning it's dead. I jump it , drive it to Autozone and have them do a battery and alternator test and he says they are both fine. As we are testing the battery , coolant starts leaking from the seal of the radiator. I drive it to Ronnie's and call them the next morning and tell them what's up. I tell him they came highly recommended but its been a little bumpy but im still trying to givd them my business. He calls me back couple hours later and tells me the truck is starting up fine and seems to be good. I ask him what about the radiator, is it a thermostat? He says they aren't even going to look at that. I asked why? And he said because they don't want to be tied to my truck anymore than what they already are? When speaking with Ronnie's and Brian at the counter. They are both very defensive. They have seem defensive with everything from the very beginning. After talking with other people, I've heard more people with bad experiences than the one person who highly recommend them. Save yourself the time and trouble and find a different mechanic.

Ronnie’s was strongly recommended to me as the primary shop to service six of my passenger vehicles on a recurring monthly basis. That consideration ended after a phone conversation with Pat, who repeatedly spoke over me and conducted himself in a manner that was dismissive and unprofessional. As an owner of multiple businesses myself, I would not tolerate this level of customer interaction and would require immediate performance counseling and retraining to meet the standards of today’s market. I cannot and will not entrust my vehicles, or my investment, to an establishment that fails to demonstrate basic professionalism and value at the first point of contact. In that respect, I thank Pat for preventing what could have been a costly mistake.

My only regret is that i did not come to Ronnies earlier. I had issues with my truck for a year, and had several mechanics working on it. None could fix it. Then someone recommended Ronnie. Im so glad I listened. Ronnie and his Team diagnozed and fixed the problem in one day. I was so impressed how friendly, professional and honest they are. I am grateful for such outstanding service, and will recommend Ronnies to everyone. They are simply the Best.

I rarely leave reviews on anything. I do find reviews mostly useful, but I feel like it’s typically the complainers that leave reviews. Well this review is definitely not one of those. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a used vehicle this week at Ronnie‘s. Five stars aren’t enough for this review. It was quick. It was thorough. Ronnie let me walk back into the shop and talk to the technician. The technician walked me through things that were typical issues with the car and gave me recommendations for things I should be thinking about when the next service interval comes due. They even let me get under the lift and check out the underside of the car. All this at a ridiculous price of $58. Everyone I met at the shop was professional and pleasant. Best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time. They get my absolute highest recommendation. If you are considering buying a used car, I would I highly recommend you going to Ronnie’s and having a pre-purchase inspection. At $58 it’s the best money you could possibly spend. I will absolutely be back for general maintenance and service in the future.

Super friendly top of the line shop!!! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable! Would definitely go back for more service. I told them I went to Tuffy and they wouldn’t even touch it for less than $54. Ronnie got his best guy Doug to drive my car. Doug drove it then said he would sit in the back and let my 17 year old niece ride up front so he could better hear the tires and rule out a wheel bearing. Meanwhile Charlotte stalked me on fb and posted on my profile after I gave her an honest google review on maps that she was rude and told me to go get my free estimate at Midas.
