Very happy with the service I received. Richard and his team went above and beyond to make sure they took excellent care of me. Richard even explained everything to my husband over the phone which I greatly appreciated and when I asked his advice because my husband tows our travel trailer with our Ford F150 on which pads I should select he was very helpful in explaining the difference between the two pad options. Upfront pricing, honest and our Ford F150 stops on a dime with no more pulsating. It's like night and day! Thank ya'll so much and this is our go to shop from now on for brakes! We appreciate ya'll!

Absolutely the BEST place to have honest work done without a sales pitch. They went completely out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. They did work outside of the job scope, just to be thorough, overnighted the parts because they knew I needed the brakes done ASAP, and even did a service of braking free a seized caliper to get me by until the next day. With so many dishonest repair shops in the area, this is the one you can bank on doing the job right and at a great price. Very trustworthy and decent people. Highly recommend.

When I dropped off my vehicle to have work done on the brakes, the manager offered me a ride home since they wouldn't be able to inspect it immediately. I was in a hurry to get my brakes changed and went online and found this place and booked an appointment and they got me in that day. It took a little over an hour to get everything done and they were amazing very nice and courteous and did a really great job on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any brake services done to their car. Had a great experience today at Brakes 4 Less in Panama City Beach. Just as I read in other customer reviews, I found Richard and his crew to be knowledgable, friendly and focused on providing exceptional customer service. After talking with me and inspecting my brakes Richard explains things clearly so you know what the problem is and all the options you have. I was in and out in about an hour and had both front and rear brakes serviced for half the price of what the dealership service wanted for the front brakes only. Brakes 4 Less uses quality parts and provides outstanding warranties on both parts and labor. Why go anywhere else for brake service? I won't!

Honest, affordable, and overall fantastic service! I was told by a competitor that I needed new roters which would have put me at $700 just for the front two axles. Richard, was transparent through the whole process and noticed that I just needed new pads. Because of the level of service, I decided to replace all four axles and they still did it for less than $370. They also do free inspections so don't be afraid to just pop in and ask if you're unsure about your brakes.
