I live in the area and had a recent experience that has turned me away, will not go back. My car has not been damaged like some of the other reviews say, but I decided to give the monthly pass a shot and was told I had to download an app. After researching the mobile app, I decided it would be best to delete the app, and use the QR code/receipt when I returned throughout the month. When I came back the next weekend, I was told that I could not get another car wash unless I downloaded the app, and my receipt was no good. Talking to the representative did not help, even when I showed my receipt. I find it strange that they would not honor the services that I paid for without having an app. The representative proceeded to take a picture of my license plate, so I decided to leave, because that was also very strange. I am not a rude person, and I am very reasonable. On principle alone, I will not be returning and recommend driving down the street to the next car wash.

The attendant helped me at the kiosk. They did a great job preparing my car for the car wash. My car was so nice and shiney when I got out. May just buy a monthly subscription!

Before you drive through the car wash, they power wash your vehicle and clean the wheels…when you come out of the car wash they wipe it down and shine the tires. The monthly membership is only $26. I AM CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANOTHER LOCAL CAR WASH and coming here from now on. The customer service is much better and the price is lower.. I’m glad I decided to try this place before renewing my membership elsewhere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From reading others posts, it seems to me that its an occuring situation with the SOAP running out at the self wash. Can i make a suggestion, Prior to Opening have the employees check the 3 Bays and make sure there is SOAP and HOT WATER, if not post it outside that the bay is out of soap and customers can use another bay. I have been going there for the past 2 years and at times multiple days per week its easy access and convenient and when everything works correctly this self car wash is the best around. I have stopped going there because none of the employees can resolve the soap situation. I am hesitant to go back. Fix It and i will return... thank you

Today has been one of the nicer days that we’ve had in New England in a while, and I wanted to get my car washed… I saw a sponsored ad on Instagram for a free car wash in Walpole And I really didn’t know if it was legit. It was absolutely legit and it was good for their most expensive car wash! The car wash was amazing. On my way out of the car wash they had a towel station where they dried off any excess water from your car that blowers didn’t get. I am so grateful for the free car wash and I will be a return customer!

Don’t bring your cars here. We were regular customers until the wash ripped our jeeps license plate bracket and tail light out. Had to go back into the bay to find the license plate ourselves. Neither of the hand dryers said anything while wiping down the car with this right in front of their eyes. Still waiting on a response from the owner that continues to ignore us.

I’ve been to Walpole Wash House a few times now, and each visit has been consistently smooth and efficient. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. There is no option to give zero rating, otherwise I would have given that rating. I have not seen any other company that provides such poor customer service and is very rude. Miscommunication about offers, repeated texts about promotional offers and when I approach them to avail the offer, I am being insulted. If I cannot avail the offer why do I get their offers via texts and emails? At least the terms and conditions should be clear.

I went to use the vacuum, it wouldn’t take my quarters. Then I swiped my card. It didn’t start or give me any indication that it was going to. So I swiped again. Then the vacuum started. It wasn’t anything special. I checked my bank account and was charged $10!! I tried calling but no one answered.

They send me a free car wash link on my cell number and then when I went there, they accused me of re-using the coupon (i have never been there before). The guy also could not speak English well and the way he talked was like as if I were there stealing. I am not going there and will share this experience to all my friends.
