I paid close to $300 to get both of my cars washed. This included clay, wax and a host of other services... None of the work was actually done and the wash itself was terrible. How can you miss an entire roof section? See photo....I was not there in person as I was at work, and the tech absolutely took advantage of my wife and tried to convince her that all the work was done. Anyways, I was glad to hear that Washos refunded the entire amount. They made it right at the end, but it should have been done right in the first place by sending a tech who actually knows how to wash a car. Sadly to say, although they made it right, I won't be recommending or calling them for future washes. Sorry Washos, you should vet out your technician thoroughly....★★★☆☆ 4 years ago

Avoid this place or you will get scammed. I tried three times to book. The first two times, I kept getting a message saying that there were no technicians available in my area of Dallas, TX. The third time, I was able to book for 0900 on Monday, 06/30/25. At 0836, I received a text saying there was an emergency, and I could reschedule. I am done. I did not reschedule and will not attempt to use this shady business again. For my troubles I was offered a $10 credit to use towards my next wash. I went to the website and it says my card will not be charged until the service is complete, yet there is a hold on my card. I went to the chat feature and chose the option to talk to a human. The car exterior was cleaned pretty well. However, I also paid for deoxidize my headlights, and the guy just basically told me he couldn't do it. This was a bit ago now but pretty sure they just kept the money and now im looking to buy tools to do it myself because they couldn't do it Edit: just realized I paid $65 for headlight restoration, and they did absolutely nothing to it, this is ridiculous★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

Duane did an amazing job on my suv. I have 2 young kids, work 12 hour shifts, am a girl (it matters because the makeup and hair, etc) and my car was a mess. I'm talking about sticky food and just a mess. He made it look brand new, was friendly and on time. I do think pricing is reasonable, especially since they're mobile and come to you. I seriously never leave reviews but this experience was so bad I have to leave a review for it. Living in San Diego is beyond expensive, I have to work 2 jobs just to afford it. Someone threw up in my car on Saturday night. I booked a service for the next day on Sunday 8/4/24 at 11 am. It was cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for 2 pm. The technician didn’t even get here until after 2:30 pm! My entire Sunday was wasted and that is the only day out of the whole week that I get off. On top of that, he was done in under an hour, so I knew there wasn't any way he had done a thorough job of cleaning the interior. As you can see from the photos there is still throw up in the door, still marks on the fabric of the door panel, and it was not even close to $244 worth of service. He also left my car lights on so they were on all night until I went to check right now which is the next day almost 24 hrs later. Prior to leaving this review, I tried to call & speak to someone to give them the opportunity to make this right. I spoke to a girl named Jeona, she was going to email a claim form to complete and I never received it. I spent $244 and wasted my entire day off and this is what I got. Im not even mad, Im sad. Wow where to begin. I selected the deluxe wash because I wanted to give my car a good wash and detail and heard good things about Washos, turns out the rumors weren't true. My package was to include exterior and interior wash, clay bar, light stain removal, mirror and window wash, etc. I was out of town for the thanksgiving holiday and I just returned to my vehicle and I'm absolutely livid. I paid a technician almost $300.00 and the car looks like it went through an automated wash. No one touched the car while I was out of town and it was parked in a garage--so there's no reason my car should look like this. The interior was not wiped down, there were dirt and water spots on the exterior after I requested a clay bar treatment, there were scuffs and dirt on my seats which I very easily wiped away with a cloth myself so the tech clearly didn't bother, the trunk had not been touched, and the interior mirrors and my windshield had streaks and smudges all over. it is absolutely unacceptable to charge $300.00 for a job that looks like it cost $50.00. Proceed with caution. I utilized their services on several occasions and the last time things went sideways. The technician took it upon themselves to add on services I never authorized. I ended up being billed more than twice what I should have been. When I rescheduled out to customer service I was told to basically go pound sand. The tech lied and said that he had a phone conversation with me where I authorized add ons. They weren’t interested in rectifying matters to retain me as a customer. Even if they had offered a free wash and not the refund that would’ve sufficed but here we are. They require a card on file so be cautious.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago

Technician showed up quickly however did not fix the odor of my car. My car was broken into and trashed the night before. Fixing the smell the only thing I asked him to do. After he left it was not fixed. Additionally, when I took it into a different company the next day they found junk in the seat pockets from the break in. Here’s how the interior of my car looks after a wash from these guys — I strongly do not recommend them. The quality is terrible, they used an old dirty brush on the body, and no one cleaned the interior even though it was included in the service. The staff is rude and thinks they’ve done their job properly. Any self-service car wash would be better than this. Avoid this place at all costs.★☆☆☆☆ 9 months ago

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Stay far away from this company!! They lie, steal your money and they don’t own up to their lack of reliability or professionalism, nor do they do anything to rectify their mistakes. I booked an appointment with them mistakenly thinking I would receive quality service as I had previously- instead, no one ever showed up, no one ever called, no one ever texted. I called Thursday afternoon after the no show and left a message, no response. Called Friday and spoke with a representative who told me a manager would call, no response. No one called Monday. I followed up yet again on Tuesday and got a manager only to be told my car was washed and they had pics to prove it and a screenshot of the call, none of which is true. I will post the call log of my calls from Thursday as proof along with my dirty windows and car (note, the windows were the dirtiest). Customer service is abysmal - no interest in keeping customers apparently- what would have been appreciated are the following 1) an apology 2) refund my money immediately given no service was rendered 3) offer to correct the problem by WASHING the car as was supposed to happen either for free or significantly discounted given all the trouble - don’t expect that though. They will say they have pictures showing it was done (essentially calling the customer a liar!) despite the customer having pictures to the contrary!★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

I paid $200 for a deluxe detail, estimated at 120 minutes. The guy came on time, but stayed for less than 30 minutes. He left without letting me know, so my car was left unlocked. He did NOT do a deluxe detail, several items on the service list had obviously not been done. I texted to ask them to return and they did, but they stayed about ten minutes and didn't do anything. They told me they were done, I went out, and it was the same. I tried to ask him to clean the parts I needed cleaned (doorjams, between seats, trunk, center console) and he followed me around with a rag but I'm not gonna stand there telling you what to do! So I told him to just go, he didn't understand the quality of what I paid for. He told me he would charge $50 for this service if I booked through him. I paid $200 (plus another $100 in credit)!!!! I have been emailing Washos for weeks, providing them photos, and they refuse to issue a refund or let me schedule a new cleaning. Do not use this company. I booked an interior detailing plus odor removal service with this company, almost $300. The technician showed up over 40 minutes late the morning of the service and took less than 50 minutes to do the job (I have a large SUV, never got a detailing done for less than 3 hours). When I inspected the car after they were done the car was still dirty, many spots untouched… I contacted the company to see if they could send someone else, send them the pictures and they agreed that was not a job well done. However, their “solution” was to give me a $50 credit for my next service… so yeah I paid a lot of money for a superficial cleaning. Never using them again. I booked Washos to wash two cars and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The technician showed up 36 minutes late, then informed me he only had time for one car despite my booking for two. He claimed it would take 40 minutes. What I got instead was barely 15 minutes of "service" for what was supposed to be a 1-1.5 hour appointment. The tech didn't actually wash my car with soap and water—he just sprayed it with water from a spray bottle and wiped it down. He completely skipped vacuuming the interior, which was part of what I paid for. When I contacted customer service about this unacceptable service, they refused to issue a refund. They offered me 20% off a future visit (why would I come back?) and said they blocked the tech who came today. If the service was so bad that they blocked their own employee, why won't they refund my money? I paid for a proper car wash and got a guy with a spray bottle for 15 minutes. Save yourself the frustration and money—go to a regular car wash where you'll actually get what you pay for. Do not recommend.
