Dont trust this guys. I bring my car today hoping they gonna fix it or something like inspect but what they did. They ask me to leave and said they gonna call me. But im just outside the shop watching them doing nothing then i call them they said i need to bring it to the dealer coz they cant fix it. Fck this guys so dishonest.

Please do no go here, these guys will steal your money, I took a Toyota Camry 2018 which had issues left side of the wheel making noise pair $1200 and nothing changed the car came back in worse condition. Go to any other mechanic but this one, they’re very dishonest and reviews below don’t lie

Please don't bring your vintage automobile to this mechanic, as they will treat you like you are poor and can't afford a new car. And yes they left oil on my interior and scratched my car while trying to swing the lift arms under my car. I was appalled to see such carelessness but they could not care one bit. To the manager: I found the original upgrade catback exhaust for $339 not $650 like you quoted me. So keep the $20 for scratching my car.

Went here to change my brake pads and was charged about $750 for all 4 which is reasonable for my car(audi s5), but later, I found out they were very cheap pads. I was told they were ceramic, but turns out to be cheap organic material pads. I didn't bother to go back and complain about it, but I'll never be going back here.

I took my bmw 530i for repair, and they did an outstanding job. My car needed a transmission and i took it to a shop aroumd the corner and they didnt resolve the problem at all. I took it to them after and they fixed it the same day. Dilmar and frank are very knowledgeable and know that they are doing. Thank you Mr kang for helping me with my car. I cannot say how much I really appreciate the service I got from Union Auto Repair. They had me in and out in less than an hour. I had a brake job done and two springs replaced on my trunk. I could not believe they were able to get the parts and have me out of there so quickly, the service was great they were friendly and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in getting their car repaired use their service.

Stopped by today to have them check overheating issue that developed while I was in the area. After about 30 min wait they spent 10 min checking and determined the water pump had a slow leak and spewed out coolant. Quoted me almost $1k for a fix but I told him I’ll need to come back but I’ll pay for some coolant now they charged me $85 for pressure check. It would have been nice if they told me that’s what they’re going to do and what it’ll cost before they just did it. That service usually cost half that (10 min job) so I don’t think it was justified. If you go there, just remind them to give you a quote for any service they’ll perform before they do it so there aren’t any surprises.

I brought my car in, and after a brief joyride, the mechanic confidently declared that both my sway bar links and bushings needed replacing – a mere $1100 for the honor. That’s $550 per side, for those keeping track. What’s truly impressive is that they managed this feat without even bothering to lift the car and check. Why use those fancy car lifters when you can just wing it, right? Naturally, I was skeptical and sought a second opinion. Turns out, the actual problem was the lower control arm – you know, the part with the ball joint, something you’d expect a competent mechanic to check. The repair cost at the other place? Just $600, or $300 per side.

Scammers We contacted them two days ago about our Infiniti M35. We came from another state — the car stopped starting, the button didn’t respond, and the situation was very stressful. They took advantage of that. The diagnostic cost was $160. When we came back the next day, they told us the steering lock system had failed and said replacing it would cost $1600 — which is absolutely absurd. They also said they would “program it.” We told them we wouldn’t do that. Then the mechanic said, “I can start the car for you for $90 so you can leave.” In the end, once we got home, I found out the issue was just a small button, which I bought at a junkyard for $5. They clearly knew the problem was just that little button, but tried to scam us out of our money. Either way, thanks for the help. Note to future customers: they will try to scam you

overcharged. my invoice wasn’t even itemized so I feel like they just took one look at me as a woman and decided I wouldn’t know better. Most mechanics will at least put price per part/service on the invoice.
