Just want to say I’ve been going to Jonathan here for 4 years since I’ve moved to LA/Culver City. The shop is a walkable distance to my apartment, I drop off my 2007 VW GTI and walk home every time. They can order parts for same-day delivery and installation, prices for parts & labor are fair, and I pick up my car happy! Absolutely recommend getting your auto repairs here because they do honest work and do not do unnecessary charges/repairs. P.s. If you like dogs, they have beautiful large black one (forgive me, idk breeds) who is always looking cute and respects your space! (Copy$Pasted from my Yelp)

I just came back to my car, and after driving it a few blocks, it was obvious that there was something wrong with a tire. I pulled over and found a screw and bracket lodged into the back tire. I found United Automotive Repair through a google search, which appeared to be the closest tire repair shop, and headed over there. I showed a staff person the tire, and within ten minutes, I was back in my car and driving away. I could hardly believe that the fee was just $30! These guys are AMAZING and I highly recommend them!

Thank you United automotive repair thank you John and the whole team for being so wonderful and treating my car so well! I had been going to another mechanic, Midas and unfortunately they broke something when replacing my tire and could not detect a gas/oil leak that was burning in my engine. The first time I went to United automotive was to buy tires and they we're the ones that made me aware Midas had broken a part of my wheel when they were replacing my other tire Then I went back to Midas to have them fix what they broke and ask them to check my engine because I was having a chemical smell.... And was suspicious there was ab oil leak, dead animal, or some kind of electrical short. Midas didn't find anything. I went back to United automotive to see if they could find the snell and also figure out why my car was sounding so weird. Not only did United automotive figure out right away that the smell was bc there was an oil leak.... They said they don't know how the other mechanic shop could have missed it because it was so obvious! These guys do an amazing job they're affordable just make sure to bring cash 😀 They even gave me a full estimate of things I could do in the future to help my car run as my car is 15 years old 🙂😀 as a woman I can totally trust these people not to upsell me and it's a great feeling to be able to trust your mechanic and know you're going to get amazing quality work thank you guys!

Worst tire shop you can ever find I had flat tire I called them they said 75 dollar when I arrived they said 125 dollars and I just left. I better drive with flat tire than get a tire here

The worst experience I've had in getting my car "repaired" ever that it's laughable. Long story short, my car was leaking coolant and I got it towed here because it was the closest to where I was stranded. I live an hour away from the shop. I ended up going back and forth to the shop FOUR times because they were incompetent in fixing the leak the first or second time. One of those times was also because they sold me a tire that popped just a day later while on the highway. I had to keep convincing my friends and family to take me that it got to a point where I was embarrassed to ask them again because of how aggravating the drive is. But fourth time's the charm when they finally fixed the leak only to find out a day later that my serpentine belt tore while driving on the highway because they didn't properly fasten/torqued it after removing it to fix the leak. AND THE CAR IS STILL LEAKING. Now I'm stranded again making this review. Also not to mention when they told me they "fixed" the leak the first two times, I found out through one of their coworkers that they didn't test drive it but rather only REVVED the car and thought that was good enough... they have caused such unnecessary inconvenience and waste of time. Never again will I revisit this shop and you shouldn't either unless you don't mind burning over a thousand dollars on mickey mouse jobs.

Picked up a nail on the 10 and tire was flat within 5 mins. I was able to get my spare on and make it to the shop about a mile away. They had me up and running in 10 mins good as new and even added air to my spare. Friendly , helpful and fair prices. Open Sundays. Recommended.

United Automotive Network deserves all the gold stars. My 2020 Subaru Outback got into some front end trouble that looked like it needed prayer, therapy, and maybe a miracle. I showed up stressed, but they immediately handed me a loaner car like, “Don’t even worry, we got this.” And honestly, they really did. When I picked up my Subaru, I swear it looked better than the day I bought it. Shiny, smooth, flawless. I joked that I kind of wanted to crash it again just to see them work their magic twice, but don’t worry, I won’t. Probably. Dylan, Devon and the whole team was kind, helpful, and actually fun to deal with, which is not something you usually say after a car accident. They made everything easy from start to finish and I couldn’t be more grateful. Five stars and maybe even a sixth for emotional support.

Caught a damn nail right in the middle of my tire late at night. Called these guys at 10 PM, let them know about the issue and they said to bring the car by. They were great, friendly, and quick. Totally time there was no more than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a tire repair. Cash only, but there’s an ATM there. Also, they have a cute dog (see picture)

Found a nail in my tire and luckily United Automotive Repair was located nearby! Called ahead to make sure they were available, super friendly and helpful on the phone. Came to the shop and they took care of my tire in a timely manner, the team was very welcoming and answered my concerns. For them to patch up my tire, took about twenty minutes which was so great! Will be coming back for any future needs, highly recommend checking them out!
