I have been getting services from Kenny for the last 25 plus years. I can’t recommend Kenny’s auto body and repair shop enough! From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. I have been going to Westwood Auto for more than a decade. The service is superb and the attention to detail is unmatched by any other auto shop that I have ever been to. Their body shop is also stellar, and they do an amazing job fixing body damage to the car and painting it perfectly! They recently did another job for me, and I cannot be happier and more impressed. But most important is that this place is managed by a guy, Kenny, who is not only knowledgeable and an expert in German cars, but he is also one of the kindest and nicest human being that I have ever met, and I trust him 100%! His workers are also amazing and do a fantastic job. If you want your car serviced by technicians that do a superb job, efficiently and effectively, and at a reasonable price, don't waste your time and go directly to Westwood Auto. Kenny and his team are absolutely the best in LA - there is nowhere that gives better customer service and turns what is usually a very stressful process into something simple and easy. They are reliable, kind, have excellent prices, and know everything about cars. One time my car was jolting and making very loud noises when it was in drive, and I was too scared to drive it over to the shop. Kenny sent someone from his team to go pick up the car for me and bring it over - free of charge. I am telling you, these are some of the nicest people in the city!

Kenny and his team are the greatest, seriously. The first time I went to Westwood Auto was 3 years ago because of a nasty scratch alongside the rear passenger area above my tire. Id spent most of the weekend going around to different body shops for quotes - one shop about a half block away quoted me over $700, saying my bumper would need to be removed in order to repair. I quickly left, making my way to Kenny who not only quoted me a price drastically lower but also told me to grab a coffee from Starbucks across the street and by the time I'd make it back my car would be ready ...he did not disappoint. I was so grateful!! Fast forward three years to last week - I'm thanking Kenny for his and the team's services on my newer car, which needed a fog light and grill replacement. Again, the repair was completed in the amount of time promised, and his price was unbelievably reasonable for the amount of work that had to be completed. I appreciate the way Kenny does business because he's not money-hungry and although his team mainly services luxury vehicles, the quotes are still reasonable for the quality of work. I have recommended this shop, and will continue to recommend this shop to any and every who needs any mechanical or body work done. Don't waste your time getting quotes elsewhere, come to him first.

I originally had an issue with my car dealing with suspension and other minor damages, and the service I received was way more the exceptional. Kenny runs a solid shop. He and one of his guys Sam are knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. Kenny took the time to actually diagnose problems and make sure things get fixed the right way. He spent almost an hour driving around with me to diagnose a wind noise issue. He ended up saving me from buying a whole new door by repairing the inner door panel. He replaced both my knocking axles for a fraction of what Tesla quoted. He is also lightning-fast with calls and texts. This place just became my go-to autoshop.

While walking on the sidewalk outside this shop, one of their employees suddenly backed a car out and nearly hit us. There was no warning and it didn’t appear that they checked for pedestrians at all. We had to shout for them to stop backing up to avoid being hit. Instead of acknowledging the situation, the employee responded with a snarky attitude. When you’re operating vehicles around a public sidewalk, safety and awareness should be the absolute priority. Situations like this can easily turn into serious accidents if staff aren’t paying attention. I hope the shop takes pedestrian safety more seriously moving forward.

Went in to get my car fixed after a collision. Everything was handled very efficiently and timely. took only 3 weeks to finish fixing my car and it looks brand new. They are super easy to get in contact with and communicate. Kenny is the absolute best and i will always come back to him for my car troubles. pricing was reasonable as well. Everyone that works there is very trustworthy and reliable. i've had issues with dealerships swiping sunglasses from car before and I accidentally left my sunglasses inside again. I went back for them and they were still there. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommended 10/10!! tried to include before & after photos hope this helps!

I believe this body shop is one of the best in Santa Monica. I had my car taken care of there when I was in a not at fault accident. The car looked horrendous but after Kenny took care of my car it looked amazing once again. Unfortunately after 2 years, the paint on the car has started to crack due to improper bondo. Still, I believe nothing is perfect in life but this auto shop is pretty darn close and I hope they continue to grow and make fewer mistakes!
