As a returning customer of Washpodd, I’m extremely disappointed by my most recent encounter with the company. In the past, I had always opted for their “Plus” package with good results. It had been a while since our last detail, so I thought I would splurge and go with their best package, the “Detail Max,” which is double the price of the “Plus” package. Unfortunately, the results were quite lackluster. Several areas of my vehicle appeared to be either missed or only lightly cleaned, which is unacceptable for the premium package. The plastics did not appear fully cleaned and conditioned, there was still pollen and dirt in the door jambs, the tires were not dressed, and the interior was not completely vacuumed. Additionally, the WeatherTech floor covers in the front have a slippery treatment that makes them and anyone’s shoes dangerously slick. The back row and hatch covers did not receive the same treatment, and the hatch cover appears not to have been cleaned at all. This experience has left me questioning why I paid double the cost for a subpar result. I reached out via email to express my concerns and seek a resolution, but I have not received any response or acknowledgment. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new detail company.

They completely destroyed my leather seats and refused to even give me a refund on the detail. Their service was so terrible, they took way longer than they originally said and it was more expensive than the original quote. My leather seats were rippled and stained. I think their cleaning machine was too hot and it totally warped the leather. Just really dissapointing. Please don't go there. These pictures are after the service and they look dirty from the black sponge they used

I was upset with the service because I paid extra to have pet hair removed but the car still had pet hair, and also to clean the interior of my car but the car detailing that they offer was amazing! , Gabriel the person in charge of the place contacted me to reach a solution since for them it is very important to provide excellent service. So they gave a solution and they are open to give you something if you’re not happy with your service! So i recommend them and you can request a Service with Gabriel also he speaks Spanish.

I wish I had read more of the reviews before coming here. The quality of the wash was terrible. Dirt inside the door tracks, window tracks, around the gas cap and on the floors. Smudges and streaks on my mirrors and windows where they clearly did not wipe properly. It also seems like they didn’t even steam the seats as promised in their service description. The vehicle was also not ready until half an hour past when they told me to pick it up. Why were you late when the job was so poorly done in the first place? I do not recommend this business to anyone looking for a legitimate auto detailing service.

I am a HUGE FAN! Washpodd staff were so kind, professional, and easy to work with. They did an incredible job, and the service was so convenient. They were able to get rid of all the pesky, stubborn dog hair and stains out of my carpets and made my interior and exterior look brand spanking new! BONUS: this was all done while I shopped for my Christmas gifts! How convenient! I’m OBSESSED. Thank you so much Washpodd!

I had one of the worst car detailing experiences of my life at Washpodd, and I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake. I dropped off my vehicle for a full interior and exterior detailing, expecting a professional service. What I got instead was a complete disaster: • Stolen Property: After picking up my car, I noticed my phone holder was missing from the dashboard. It was securely mounted and used daily — not something that would just “fall off” or disappear. I contacted Washpodd immediately, and instead of taking responsibility or even offering to look into it, they brushed it off and gave me vague, dismissive responses. That is completely unacceptable. Taking personal belongings from a customer’s vehicle is theft, and it speaks volumes about the kind of operation they’re running. • Vehicle Damage: Even worse, I discovered multiple new dents and scuff marks on my car’s body — spots that were absolutely not there before. These were noticeable dents on the side panels and rear bumper, clearly caused by carelessness during the detailing process. Again, when I brought this up, they denied responsibility and refused to do anything about it. • Poor Detailing Quality: Despite all the above, the actual detailing job itself was also subpar. There was visible dirt left in the cup holders, streaks on the windows, and crumbs still under the seats. If they can’t even handle basic cleaning properly, why are they in the detailing business? I paid for a premium service and instead walked away with a damaged car, a stolen accessory, and zero customer support. This is not just bad service — it’s dishonest and unprofessional. I highly advise everyone to stay far away from Washpodd. There are many other detailing services out there that respect their customers, their property, and take pride in their work. Unfortunately, Washpodd is not one of them.

Gustavo really cares about his clients, and puts in the attention to detail to service the vehicles. He’s very friendly and professional, and he wants to make your vehicle look better than brand new! Everyone was very nice but once I had time to truly inspect my car afterwards I realized the quality of the interior job is basically what I do vacuuming myself at Brown Bear for a couple of bucks in about 15 minutes. Dropped off a little before my appointment time and was told they were running behind (which was fine) but 2.5 hours and $130 later I will sadly not be returning. Again everyone was very nice and communication was great but the quality for the price/time is just not worth it for me.

Unfortunately there a a fair amount spots missed that seem like they should’ve been caught. The pedals didn’t look like they were cleaned and some, the passenger side door had scuff marks, and on the trunk there was still a fair amount of dirt in the jams and on the handle. Pictures will be below. Everything else was just fine and I would’ve given a high rating if these things were cleaned, which I feel should’ve been if I’m paying over 300 dollars for the best option they have available.

I came to these guys with a very difficult interior mold removal project on my full size van and they did an amazing job. I approached several other detail shops with this project and those other guys either were too busy, claimed the job was too difficult, or took the job and backed out of it when they saw the task in person. Gabriel and the others at Washpodd were super friendly and professional and gave me a realistic expectation of the amount of work needed, the timeline, and what the result would be and it still exceeded my expectations. Quick turnaround and very thorough detailing!

Pros: 1. Great exterior and interior cleaning with the plus package Cons: 1. Location not properly updated on google maps as well as their own app, Square Go. Had a 9am appointment and I wandered around 20 min trying to find them in freezing cold. 2. Phone number on google results as well as Square Go is non-operational. If you dial, a voice says “wireless number not available” 3. Too slow. They took almost 3 hrs. I’ve seen other cleaners perform the lvl of service in fraction of time.

Gustavo went above and beyond! If you need a quick clean-up or a thorough detail for your car, this is THE place to go. My 11+ year old car was in desperate need of some TLC inside and out, and Gustavo took one look and knew exactly how to take care of it. It honestly looks like my car came right off the lot - it's pristine. Prices are reasonable and service is impeccable. I highly recommend Washpodd and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Salvador and his team went above and beyond with detailing my Ford Mustang. They walked me through which service best fit my vehicle’s needs and their attention to detail was second to none. I was amazed to see how meticulous they were in making sure that I would be satisfied with thier service. I’ve owned my car for about three years and I have never washed it or cleaned the interior. The body paint and trunk jam was covered in pollen, moss, grime, and dirt. I highly recommend the clay bar treatmeant for anyone who has any kind of hard to remove paint contaminates on their vehicles. Washpodd is by far the best detailing service I have had business with.

Paid $230 ($255 after tax) for sedan 3 hour external/internal detail service. The external portion is absolutely worthless - the spray wax did nothing & car was still dirty. We had to go to a car wash after to get the dust/smudges off. Internal - glove compartment wasn’t cleaned (tissue/dust inside). The middle console had water inside. The employees left SOMEONE ELSE’s belongings in the trunk! We had to drive back to return it. Enployee offered a free re-do service. We refuse to waste more time on a poor service. Pros: friendly staff and easy to book online. But overall Quality is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this business or service.

Review Update 1/9/2024 Yesterday, I received a call from Gabriel the manager a few hours after I had left. He was very apologetic and explained that there was a schedule mix up that day and he wanted to make it right. I decided to give them another try and booked another appointment with them for 1/9. I was not disappointed. The crew did a phenomenal job cleaning my vehicle! —————————————————— I had booked an appointment with them for today 1/8/24 at 12pm for a detailing service a few days ago. Appointment was confirmed twice the day before via their automated txt. Commute was faster than I had expected and I had arrived about 30 min early. The WashPod was closed when I arrived. I understand it being appointment based and that the crew perhaps have not arrived yet. I waited and when 12pm rolled around. No sign of the wash crew. 12:11pm no crew. 12:15 no crew. I waited till 12:25pm and still no one. I tried calling but the number goes directly to a phone inside the pod service. If no one’s onsite, no one’s answers. I did not receive any notification (prior or after) about my appointment being delayed or canceled. No one had bothered to contact me regarding the potential delay. I understand things happen and would’ve appreciated a prior notification about the crew delay or cancellation instead of being left to wait there like an idiot. If a business can’t be bothered to notify a customer of a potential delay, they have no respect for your time. You may want to find another detailing service that has more respect for your time.

I went with the “detail max” package as I haven’t had this car detailed since I got it! These beige seats pick up stains constantly so I wasn’t sure what could be done….well they look brand new! Happy with my experience. Returned a year later and got the “detail boost” but I was more interested in getting the front seats cleaned so I got the shampoo $30 upgrade. Still happy with the result

They were able to get a hot cocoa stain out of my driver's seat when another detailer just made it worse. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they were ready to go when I arrived. They were done in a short amount of time and charged what they estimated. I will go back to this business for a full detail a little later in the spring.
