I wish I could leave below zero, we picked up our truck and the 2nd day the turbo boost pipe came loose and had no power, plus the truck never smoke before now it’s smoking like hell after spending $6000 into repair, the truck is worse then before. I will never come back to this shop

I took my grand mother’s Cadillac (mine now) to A-Z transmission after having gone to a couple of other transmissions shops in the area who were quick to charge me for a service and then give it right back. The symptoms kept coming back. Charlie and Jim were so polite and got me in right away. Once they got it they took a deep dive. It wasn’t easy to figure out, but once they did that called me right away to discuss options. I had to go with the more affordable option, which they totally understood. I walked into Dynamic Diesel (DD) earlier today hoping to get a little information about a truck I had recently purchased from a nearby dealership and which DD had done quite a bit of work on. I encountered 3 of the most cordial, pleasant and helpful folks you could ever hope for. I did not get the names of the two ladies working the front ,but Steve was gracious in taking quite a bit of time explaining what had been done to the vehicle, what needed to be done ,and providing a ton of information about the emission systems in these things including why problems occur and how to avoid them. I did not have any work done by DD but if I need diesel repairs in the future while at my second home over there it's a slam dunk that DD is where I will go. Thanks to everyone for the assistance.
