Joe and his crew are amazing. They work on all of my trucks and my precious BMW, which is totally the best car ever and they take great care of me. They are qualified to the top of the scale and know their stuff. They are reasonable and always fair. I never have to worry that they're doing something, I don't need and they do NOT up-sell. I recently took a vehicle in for service to QHA, and they did spend some time and thought they had fixed it. Shortly thereafter the problem reemerged, and I returned to the shop where the new owner found the problem, and reimbursed me for what I had previously spent. I had known and done business with the previous owner for a long time, and I am delighted that he has turned the helm over to an honest and good mechanic! A few weeks later I took my son’s car in for some major engine repair, and the same results, a great job at a fair price. I will be returning with any automotive issues I face, and recommending them to anyone in need.

Joe and his crew were very kind and informative. I visited here with my Subaru and overall recieved honest work for a fair price. They are a very busy shop, which for me is a good sign. Can't say enough fantastic things about Hilltop Automotive! Genuine, friendly customer service. Very willing to go the extra mile to explain an issue and what that issue needs to be fixed properly. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough and the job gets done right so you leave with confidence knowing it has been completed well. I have taken three different vehicles here over the course of the last 11 months and the third one was just for an evaluation of issues (many issues!) and they did not even charge for the evaluation! Great experience. Had a major issue that was diagnosed and they communicated everything completely and helped me weigh options on moving forward. In the end they helped me decide that the repair would not be worth it. Most mechanics would just try and eek money out regardless of the issue. We had a great experience at Hilltop Automotive. We took our van there as the dealer who did an oil change said it needed a repair and gave us an estimate. We were told Hilltop would do a great job for less. The technician said the expensive repair was not needed. He did suggest tires prior to the winter driving season and does not sell them. He seemed seriously concerned with our having a safe car. We will return with all our auto needs.

Dishonest business. I called them with an electrical issue for my truck. I knew what the issue was and explained in detail. They confirmed they could do the repair. After dropping off the truck, they called and said "turns out we cannot complete the repair and you will need to go to the dealership." They then charged me $200 to get my truck back despite doing no work and only confirming the issue I already knew I had. The issue they said they could fix. They lied about their capabilities and then held my truck ransom until I paid. Avoid this business. Update to Hilltop's response (4/3): I specifically said on the phone it was the "body control module". I gave you the specific part & vehicle. You said "We cannot fix the water leak, but we CAN fix the electrical" so I brought it in. Then you called me later and said you cannot, but still charged me. If you know you cannot fix something specific ahead of time, you should be upfront about that instead of luring people into your shop under false pretense.
