I wouldn't take my Porsche anywhere else! Dylan provides an exceptional experience every single time I call with random questions or bring my car in for service. Best in the business!

I had a headlight issue where the high-beams worked, but not the low-beams on one of my headlights. I replaced the bulb on my own and it didn’t resolve the issue. So I took it to these fine gentlemen expecting an electric diagnostic, maybe some wiring problems...in and out in 5 mins! Apparently the bulb I had previously purchased and installed myself was bad. Fantastic customer service, earned my trust...all in the most timely of manners! Thanks a bunch!

The most trustworthy and knowledgeable shop that i know. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was running the best it could. I love my 01 325I but sometimes i think they care more about my car than i do, and have brought my car back from the brink of death several times. I would take my car back in a heart beat when something goes wrong.

Just had my Mini worked over by Snohomish European Auto Service. Great bunch of mechanics who are friendly and take a lot of pride in their work! I liked the way they kept me involved throughout the whole process and the price was very reasonable. My car runs better than it ever did, and it looked almost like new when I picked it up. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired or serviced. I will be taking my wifes Mini next for them to work on.

Since I relocated to Snohomish I haven’t been able to go to my original Euro repair shop, it took me a long time to take the step to try a new location after so many disappointments. BUT OH MY, I was a fool to waste time putting off my car repairs. This shop was absolutely amazing and I should have went to them sooner. I had a really tough case with my car and no other shop I took it to could figure it out. While this shop had it I got phone call updates and they explained everything to me and the step by step process and game plan to fix my car. They didn’t cost me an arm and a leg, and no hidden fees or charges. This is my home shop now and I am forever grateful for the service that Jacob and Dan gave!

Found a place I could trust! Snohomish European Auto Service will be the place I am taking my Porsche 911 and Audi Q7. These guys did great work on my clutch at a fair and honest price! They know ins and out about cars. It's very hard to find a shop that I can trust, but this place got my trust and will be working on my cars from now on! Highly recommend Snohomish European Auto to take care of you. Another thing, they are very friendly also!

This place is great and the work they do is fantastic. Had my coils replaced recently. Several months later I am experiencing an issue with rough idling, but does not feel the same as when I needed the new coils. Brought my car in, they identified I got a bad coil, replaced it for free under warranty.

I recently moved to Snohomish from Seattle, where I have my go to place but I needed to find a new shop for my Range Rover Evo. My engine light went on and I just had repairs done with my previous shop in Seattle 2 weeks prior to moving. I explained this to Snohomish European repairs and they said just stop by anytime for a scan, which will take 15min. When I arrived, literally, Dan went out and did a scan that took maybe 10 min, told me it was my turbo (which is what I had done previously with the other shop) Snohomish repair didn’t charge me for the scan! which usually is $130 for a scan alone at my other shop. I would recommend this place x1000! Amazing customer service!

Called them up and discussed issues that I was having with my car. I specifically went over each issue I was having, including diagnostic codes and observed symptoms. I was told, after I had explained all this, that they would be able to troubleshoot and repair my issue. I got my car towed to their garage ($300 round trip) and I was told they would get started working on it in the morning. I get a call the next day stating that the brakes (one of the issues I informed them about) were non functional and would cost me almost $400 to fix. I had already ordered the parts to fix the brakes ($40 total for both sides). Not sure where the other $360 was for, but it's a 10 minute job to replace those lines and bleed them. Additionally, I was told that my transmission was completely broken inside and had to be torn apart and repaired, which they were not capable or willing to do the work on (this was the MAIN issue I had contacted them for). At no point, did they attempt to test the transmission controller, as I had requested, or even simply pull the diagnostic codes on it (my ECU reader was still installed when I got the car back, indicating they didn't remove it). This place cost me $300 plus my wasted time. I don't know what they actually do there, but unless you need your oil changed or your wallet deflated, stay away from this place.

I've taken multiple cars here! Hands down, the best around this county, if not this side of the mountains. They're honest, reliable, and have a great service warranty on their work. I've never felt that they're a bait and switch shop, and, will continue to use them with all my cars. You can tell they take pride in their work!

My boys started with one older BMW - now they each have one. A very large part of that is due to the service we get here. Very knowledgeable and more than fair on times and costs. Communication throughout from drop off to pick up. They’ll take care of you and your vehicle here! It’s nice to have a local place to trust and treat you well.

Dan has repaired my 2000 Land Rover Discovery as well as provided a post purchase inspection from Carmax that saved me a lot of money and future hassels. His knowledge base on euro cars is amazing and I would not hesitate to bring any car to him for work. Professionalism, scheduling and prices are AAA + for me.

I have been taking my wife’s 2016 Land Rover LR4 to Dan at European Auto Service in Snohomish for almost 2 years. Our car started acting up last November due to a faulty fuel pump (it happens a lot to Land Rovers after a recall service was completed) We took our car to Dan and he took care of the problem. Fast forward 5 months or so…. Another fuel pump problem (defective part). Called Dan and he took care of us at no cost. It’s so rare to find a business that stands behind their work. We are thankful for this shop. Honest hardworking people are rare these days.

I took my older BMW to Snohomish European Auto Service for an overdue oil change, but I also mentioned that my car had been idling low and even dying on me sometimes. The team provided a detailed quote and worked within my budget, clearly explaining which repairs were a priority. My car is no longer idling after the repair. I have a few more stops to go, but they’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be coming back for the remaining repairs. Finding a reliable and honest shop is hard, but I’m glad I found this one!

Bailey, Dan, Jacob and Steve - the Snohomish European Auto Service Super Hero Team has their job cut out with my small fleet of aging cars! That's for sure. And they are doing a stellar job doing it! I trusted them with the literally complete engine rebuilt of my 650i convertible. Just recently I had my i3 in for a differential replacement and compared to the lowest dealer quote I saved $1800 over the quoted dealer price! They are honest, thorough and fair. Now, I am not saying that they are a discounter - by no means. They charge a fair price for the excellent service they provide. Here is another example. Had my Passat in for a timing belt replacement. I received a quote for this job and was actually charged less than estimated. Again, they are super knowledgable and personable, yet professional all the way. Some of the services I personally had done there include: engine rebuild, differential replacement, timing belt, radiator and condenser replacement, different software updates and coding jobs ... One of the highlights in doing business with them was when I by chance ran into a Canadian couple and their Giant Schnauzer that were stranded with their Ford motorhome at a nearby car dealer service lot. After talking to them they told me that their motorhome had problems with a stuck throttle and they ended up paying $1800 to have their motorhome towed from Stevens Pass to that dealer service lot in hopes to get it fixed. Well, this dealer told them they wouldn't work on a Motorhome - period. What? The soonest they were able to get an appointment at a Motorhome mechanic was 10 days out! So they would have sat 10 days in that dealer's service lot! I called Dan and Jacob over at Snohomish European and told them about their situation. No lie, they showed up not 20 minutes later. In the dealer's lot they diagnosed and fixed the Canadian travelers motorhome - with the Giant Schnauzer looking over their shoulder making sure they are doing it right :) As it turned out the previous shop where the travelers had their motorhome for service "forgot" to put the air filter back in. They pulled half a tree out of the intake which ultimately would get stuck in the air intake flap causing the motor to rev uncontrollably. To make a long story short - Jacob and Dan decided to not charge the Canadian travelers. Not even for the new air filter they purchased at the dealer parts store! Moreover they suggested to request the previous shop to pay for the towing fees and the danger they put them in. It was a heart-warming experience that I personally will never forget. Thank you Snohomish European. You guys are true super heroes!

Brought my car in for a simple diagnostic appt, said absolutely theyd look at it, took my car in, did the work really quick with very effective communication and honesty, then after my appt a crazy brake noise kicked in and i kinda freaked out, so i brought it back to them and boom they said yeah we will look at it, figured it out (brake in the rotor). Got me back on the road, super friendly group. Thank you guys so much for helping me out, 100% will be sending my car to them again and again

Scheduled an appointment for my pristine 1995 BMW 740il in Calypso Red after having heard about this place in a local car club. Wish I had known about them sooner! The owner, Dan, delivered the best customer service and repair one would expect from an establishment such as this. I was highly impressed not only by the warm and inviting lobby but by the experience overall. The level of detailed information Dan provided throughout the service was absolutely exceptional! I did not once feel as though I was being taken advantage of as I have with so many other shops in the greater Seattle area. I genuinely felt they were looking after my vehicle as if it were their own and that is something, so priceless, so hard to find. Thank you Dan and team!

I do most of the work on my 2014 Porche Boxster myself, but I was a little intimidated by replacing the Serpentine belt so I looked to the guys at Snohomish European for some help and I'm glad I did. They were very thorough in their approach to the work and I feel completely confident after talking to them that they did the job right. Definitely worth a visit.
