I had an issue with my Jeep gladiator lockers, so I called Northwest diesel and Mat Fielder got me in right away! While I was waiting for someone to be available to work on my vehicle, the actual owner of Northwest diesel came in and saw that I was waiting and did the work himself to repair a blocked vent on my rear locker! I can’t ask for any better service than something like that! He had me fixed and out of there within an hour, and if you have any issues mechanically with your vehicles, I would recommend Northwest diesel!

I’ve had two major repairs at NW Diesel. Both were done in a timely and professional manner. That’s a normal expectation. What you’ll get on top of that is the best and most knowledgable customer service that I’ve ever experienced at any automotive establishment. One of my issues was a head scratcher a leaking air conditioning system. Mechanics went into detective mode attempting to find the elusive leak never giving up on the problem and left no stone unturned until the leak was found and fixed. A big shoutout for NW Diesels Matt and Corey they care for your vehicle as if it was their own! Highly recommended!
