These guys are great! I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Both my windshield and drivers side window were replaced by Mobile Auto Glass Associates and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Shane and Allen were friendly and professional. My appointment was scheduled quickly, and they were kind enough to drop me off at a nearby Starbucks while they worked on my car. They worked quickly and efficiently and vacuumed out the broken glass from my vehicle as well. Best prices, best service, all around best auto glass repair service around.

Allen and his partner who is also his brother were phenomenal. they showed up and changed out my windshield on my new 2023 ESCALADE-V series escalade. needless to say I was a little nervous about my new car. Allen replaced the windshield and I couldn't even tell he was ever in the car. all from the comfort of my own driveway. start to finish about an hour. I would highly recommend him. I will obviously use him again for all my window servicing.

I reached out to Allen after talking with 2 other companies. He was the most efficient and able to find my smart glass windshield and fix next day. He is very professional, reasonable and pleasant to work with. I had no doubts my car was in good hands. I had a very high deductible through insurance that I wanted to avoid making a claim for and Allen was able to keep me from having to go through them. I had an excellent experience getting my windshield replaced and a rock chip repaired. This was for two vehicles — one needed a full windshield replacement and the other needed multiple chip repairs — and both were handled with the same level of care and professionalism. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. What I appreciated most was that the quote was based on the actual parts and workmanship involved — NOT on the vehicle brand or vehicle value like many other places tend to do. That honesty and transparency really stood out. For the chip repair, I originally thought there was only one chip. However, Allan took the time to carefully inspect the windshield and showed me multiple small chips that I hadn’t even noticed. He repaired those as well for a very, very reasonable price. That level of thoroughness and honesty gave me a lot of confidence in the service. One windshield replacement plus multiple chip repairs for two vehicles only took about 2.5 hours, which was impressive. I have a very busy work schedule, and Allan was extremely accommodating — he got me in the very next morning because it was the only time slot I had available for several days. He also explained that waiting too long could cause a chip to spread into a crack and lead to a full windshield replacement, so he made sure I was taken care of quickly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, including how to avoid this type of damage in the future, how to prevent a rock chip from spreading into a full windshield crack, and what steps to take after the repair. I didn’t just get my vehicles fixed — I learned a lot of practical do’s and don’ts that will definitely save me money down the road. Seeing the amount of effort and care put into the work made it clear how reasonable the quote really was. The quality of the repair and replacement was top-notch, and both windshields look great. It’s not easy to find a business that combines fair pricing, skilled workmanship, and genuine customer care, but they absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing windshield replacement or chip repair.
