I had Andrew give my bike an inspection after a few hard "falls". I appreciated his attention to detail and he took the time to walk me through some recommended maintenance that I was missing out on. I would certainly go to Andrew again and would recommend that you give him a call, you won't be dissappointed.

Andrew did tune ups and fork rebuilds on my Super Duke and 1190 Adventure R. He's easy to work with and thorough. My only complaint is that I wish he was closer to Seattle, of course he'd be busier then. You won't be disappointed!

If you live in the area you are very lucky to have a mechanic like Andrew near by. He took on a custom project from me that could of been overwhelming for some other mechanics, and Andrew completely aced it! He's very knowledgeable and skilled. Great communication throughout the entire project and nothing short of professional from start to finish. And he's got the coolest garage (man cave) in town. A+

Andrews is amazing and goes out of his way to do a 1st class job. Best labor rates around. Changed my Triumphs rear tire, and I had trouble remounting it at home. He came out and did a “house call”. Now that’s 100% customer service. Too bad your doctors don’t do that anymore.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Andrew. He installed a new muffler that I bought on my bike, serviced the chain, and went through the whole bike to make sure everything was in good shape. Well priced, honest, FAST, and friendly. Lifelong customer right here!

I have twice taken my bike to Andrew, and have twice been thrilled with the results! He has helped turn a beautiful motorcycle, but old and needy, into the best motorcycle I have owned! He is low-key. He doesn't need to puff up his skills. He will do everything you ask, and well! He has both a studious and calm approach with every customer and motorcycle presented to him.

I found Andrew on Google because I needed a reliable and fair mechanic for my ATV. At the time of me dropping off my bike, it was locked in first gear, leaking transmission fluid, and my kick starter lever was not retracting like it should. I was fearful that my transmission was toast and had a large sum of money set aside to pay for the troubleshooting and parts. I did have to wait for a while due to other customers being ahead of me on Andrew's schedule (he was clear with me that there would be a waiting period.) When all was said and done, Andrew had my bike back up and running, not leaking, and my kick start lever working flawlessly, and he did it for the cost of 2 hours in labor which was WAY less than what I was expecting. My experience with Andrew was everything you would expect when dealing with a seasoned professional mechanic. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Andrew's Mechanical Services.

I brought Andrew my 2019 Yamaha Wolverine X2 YXE85 SxS engine (with trans attached) and a box of parts, it was out of the vehicle with the head removed, valve tappets had been inadvertently mixed up making the job a bit more complex. I loaned him my digital shop manual USB which I highly recommended if you have one, this provides correct values for torque specs and obviously much more. The Engine hydro-locked and bent a connecting rod so it had to be completely torn down, the two-cylinder versions have a monolithic block, so you have to split engine and remove transmission. Andrew indicated a ~ two week wait to start based on his current work queue, but he could order parts in the meantime I made a deposit for parts and proceeded to patiently wait. In addition to parts Andrew had the crank sent to a machine shop for dimensional & damage check, after the damage to the connecting rod it was polished, this showed good mechanical sense on his part. The bent rod damaged the bottom of cylinder wall but not in a location that affected performance or compression, so it did not need to be replaced After all Parts were received, and crankshaft returned from the machine shop Andrew informed me he would get started right away. Two weeks later Andrew informed me that the engine was complete but there was one gasket that needed to be ordered, this was not part of the original scope, but I opted to have it installed. It took a few more days. I could have picked it up 5 days earlier, but I figured why not get it all done by the professional. During the entire process Andrew communicated with me at each juncture I’ve listed above, he was very professional and polite, price was very close to what he quoted with a bit more for the machine shop, which was an Unknown , this was prior to repair, you don’t know how much damage is there until you open it up. I have not installed athe engine yet, I will do a Follow up review after that job is done I highly recommend Andrew for his constant communication and honest pricing. History of this repair and my mistake. Andrew was originally referred by Ride Motorsports, I talked with him in October 2024 but he very busy, so I opted to try another shop that came recommended from a fellow engineer at work that uses “other shop” for snowmobile engines, MISTAKE. After four months of no activity on the engine and nearly no communication I showed up and re-claimed the engine. I won’t mention any names, but they’re located in Covington; I don’t recommend “other shop”

Andrew has done several jobs for me, bearings, tire mount/balance, fixed charging issue and has been professional and thorough. He only does work that is truly needed and is honest about the process. Fair priced and honest.

I presented a carefully prepared list of requested repairs and was quoted $425 for the work I had listed. I waited two weeks for an appointment to get IN to this shop. Three WEEKS later I called and was immediately told "Your battery died," by the "mechanic," Andrew. This despite dropping the bike off (RUNNING) with a full tank of gas, a brand new fully charged battery, and a stator putting out over 14 volts, easily measured on the lighted voltage meter I had installed over the battery compartment, along with a battery tender lead ran out the the right side, clearly visible. I told him he was responsible for the cost of the destroyed brand new battery, because before I dropped the bike off I distinctly remember telling Andrew that there were LOOSE electrical leads, taped over, and that I had removed over 200' of extraneous wiring from this bike. PLUS, this is a FULL dresser, with over 40 farkle lights, and numerous accessories, CB radio, Intercom, etc, etc, etc. Andrew advises me that I should spend four hours to run out and get a new battery. I declined and requested that my bike be ready for pickup TODAY. This is 21 days after dropping it off, running, as described above. Andrew's present a bill and refuses to release my bike until it is paid. $640 is demanded for this ransom. I request an invoice and compare it to my list of requested repairs, almost NONE are completed. After 21 days in his shop, he presents a bill for six hours of labor, and most of my requested repairs are incomplete? Not only that, but my bike was returned to me IN PIECES, as listed below: Newly installed battery compartment and LED lighting torn apart, battery tender left disconnected (!?) battery left disconnected from bike electrical system. Probably an hour or two to put this back together. Motor mounts (!?) disconnected to run a simple clutch line? Engine brace disconnected, clutch line left disconnected and ran OUTSIDE the diff case. Clutch master cylinder left in a plastic bag in the trunk, disassembled. This was intact and functioning on the Cade's left handlebar when I dropped it off. Andrew was supposed to diagnose and bleed, MC had already been rebuilt. Radio recessed mount left disconnected, grounds disconnected. Now, I understand that Andrew threw a little hissy fit when I demanded my REPAIRED bike back after only 21 DAYS in his shop, but you don't get to return a customer's bike IN PIECES, while demanding full price for OPTIONAL repairs that were supposed to have been completed only AFTER my requested repairs were done. (The list I submitted in writing on day one, that he quoted me $425 for). No doubt he will reply that I approved additional repairs verbally, such as the fork seal rebuild. This is true. It is also true that I was quoted 3 hours @ $60, billed for four, plus marked up parts, for fork seal repairs? Over $400? Also true that these were OPTIONAL repairs to be completed AFTER those on my list. Even at full price, ALL of the repairs, INCLUDING the fork seals, could have (and should have) easily been performed in the THREE WEEKS my Cade was at Andrew's Mechanical Services. Total bill should have been about $750, instead I am extorted for $640, and my bike is delivered to me half torn apart. NOT COOL. I even offered Andrew the opportunity to make this right, by performing the repairs that he had failed to do, upon payment of the remaining $110 or so. He refused, and insisted I pick up my torn apart bike immediately. Additionally, I believe this shop is being illegally operated out of a garage in a residential neighborhood, in an R-1 zone. I doubt that his neighbors, the city, or his insurance company are aware of this. He refused to negotiate the bill ONE PENNY, despite returning my bike needing more repairs after he touched it, than before. Yes I have photographic evidence of every claim I make. Beware of this "Shady Tree" mechanic. Ride In - TOW out. You've been warned.

My 2002 Honda XR 400 trail bike. The engine is in good condition , but very difficult to kickstart. I am so glad that he solved the problem. This bike is known to be very difficult to kickstart. I can kickstart easily now. Ride Sport won’t fix because it is an old bike.

I had a great experience getting my motorcycle fixed at Andrew’s shop. Andrew went above and beyond—not just replacing my fairings, but also being completely honest about what my bike really needed. He took the time to walk me through everything, never pushed unnecessary repairs, and even worked with me on pricing to make it more manageable. On top of that, he helped coordinate transportation, which made the entire process so much easier. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy and dedicated. If you’re looking for quality work and genuine service, Andrew’s your guy. Highly recommend!

This is the second bike I’ve had worked on by Andrew. If you need anything done, do not hesitate to take it to him! He’s very fast and thorough. I’m so glad one of my clients told me about him! His prices are fair and that’s hard to find nowadays. He gets busy so call to schedule something before the nice weather hits. Ride safe!
