Do not go here. Did not explain anything, told me I needed a new transmission because of a failing differential and that it would cost $9k. Th initial lady who told me this news was so short with me, only offered the explanation that my transmission needed to be replaced- nothing further, and did not offer to let me talk to the mechanic when proposing this 9k fix. I had to call back and ask for the mechanic. He failed to explain that they do not specialize in CVTs so they would have to totally replace the transmission whereas someone else who does specialize could fix the same problem for much cheaper. Took it two other places who both checked the differential and found nothing wrong. One shop did find the problem was a failing valve body and fixed it for $2k. He also told me not to drive my car long distances as the differential might fail. I just drove it from WA to NC without a problem. I don't write reviews but felt I needed to write this one as not only were they incredibly short and coercive with me when proposing a 9k fix (!!!) but their diagnosis was also completely wrong.

I brut my truck in to get a quote The receptionist was very rood and was very short on communication when talking i did not receive a quote my keys where left in the truck not sure if they looked at it did not no if was supposed be left longer to give them time to look at it but that's ok I found someone else that's willing to look at it that did an excellent job on it last time at least with this place the guy that i made the appointment with was plite the lady needs some work on people skills and makers

I honestly can't say enough good things about Accurate Auto . I've been taking my car here for years after a shop near our home really disappointed me and they've never once let me down, they are hands down the most honest and genuinely caring team I have ever interacted with. It’s hard to find a shop you truly trust these days, but these guys are it. They always take the time to walk me through exactly what's going on and make sure I'm totally comfortable before they lift a wrench, consistent great service, and friendly faces every single time.
