I had my scratches and scuffs on my drivers side in the back. I went in to get a quote and the owner said I can take care of that now. Not only did he take the time but he went above and beyond and made it look like it was never there. I asked what I owed him and said nothing you are good to go. I will definitely be back if I should need ANY car repair work. Very nice and very good at what they do.

Excellent service. Both myself and my husband unfortunately this year had accidents that were not our faults. One of the insurance companies was horrible to deal with and Josh really helped out and made sure my car was taken care of properly. Josh also helped us with our dump truck and work vehicles. The final cost for our car repair at B&H actually came in lower than the estimate, which rarely happens, so we were happy with that, however we're giving them 3-stars instead of what would have been 5 due to their 1-star communication during much of the process and the repair job not fully completed properly at pick-up. Communication - 1) At a Monday morning drop-off, I was given an estimated timeframe of a couple days for them to provide an update and more concise estimate. By Friday, I still hadn't heard anything so called for status and was told "the manager was out so they hadn't had meetings" so that's why no one had called me. I was given a new timeframe update on that call, this time for completion. 2) Days after the expected completion with still no call, I called them again for a status update and was told that one of the parts they'd ordered wasn't working at installation, so they had to order a new replacement part which was delaying completion...but which no one had bothered to communicate to us about. 3) At pick-up, I was stopped from driving off the lot by my spouse (who'd dropped me off) and an employee who'd both noticed a flat tire. The employee then told me they had refilled the tire (that had no issues prior to drop-off) with air a couple times while the car was there for bumper repair. The worker refilled it with air enough for us to take it to another shop for tire repair, but if I'd left without realizing, there would've been no place to stop for air on my way home. I asked why I wasn't informed of this issue at check-out, and he waved it off, saying "the mechanics had done it and the front desk probably didn't even know about it" and that's all he had to say about it. When the back-end isn't communicating to the front-end so they can communicate with the customer, that's a problem. Repair not properly completed: My spouse also noticed before I left the lot that the right taillights and brake light weren't working at all. The employee checked and found that after the bumper was repaired, the mechanic had never actually plugged those new lights in. It was a quick fix for him, but again, if we'd driven off the lot without realizing, then we would've had to deal with figuring this out or bringing the car back after the fact, for something simple that should have been done correctly in the first place. The employee mentioned that the mechanic was a good guy but new, as if that explained it all. If he's new, there should be someone checking his work, or at least a process for him to check his own work to verify everything's working. It left me wondering what else may have been missed? Overall, happy with the price and the final work done (in the end), but the above issues left a poor taste in the mouth.

I have had a few of my vehicles repaired here over the years. They do an awesome job. Reputable business that has been there for many years. They fixed my 1998 Firebird. Parts are extremely hard to find for this car. It looked amazing when they were done!

Nice people nice place, not so nice quality. I had a new bumper painted and installed, there are scratches and fitment issues but the best part is they put the car back together wrong.

Totally tried to bait and switch me on a job. Told me it would be an hour or so when I was on the phone. Then said it would easily be 3, maybe 4 hours when I came to drop it off. Worse yet, while I was waiting I heard a receptionist try to get someone to tow their 12,000 lb vehicle in after stating the frame rack they have is rated to 9800 max. "Just bring it in, and we'll see if we can make it work". I can forgive forgetting to swap my door handles and flipping the window switch when they swapped my van door last summer. But this is some seriously shady mechanic manipulation.
