Booking appointment online was easy. However when I got to the Marysville location no one was available. The whole place is closed. I called and called and no one answered. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. What a waste of my time.

They did a great job on all the seats, carpet, and other interior surfaces. Exterior was great. Only negatives; it was scheduled for 3.5 hours. It took 5.5 hours. They cleaned the windows (inside and out) with turtle wax. I had to clean all the windows inside and outside when I got home.

I brought in my Yukon last week and they did such an incredible job on it ! My car was trashed from driving my kids around all day and they cleaned every crack and crevice of it and it feels like a new car again. It’s also conveniently located so I was able to go grab lunch and did a some back to school shopping while they worked on my car. I’ll definitely be back !

The other reviews are right, they're slower than the quote time. Took 6.5 hours for the full detail on my Escape. Very happy with the work! They got all the stains out and it looks and smells great! They were very nice and friendly. My appt was for 10 and when I got there they were closed cause they didn't realize there were any appts...? They chose to have someone drive up from the Lynnwood location instead of rescheduling. Kinda weird but I understand scheduling issues happen. The value for money is good and I would go again. -1 star for it taking almost double the quoted time & the scheduling error.

Left the mall at 8:30 pm and saw him still working so decided to ask about his services, Salvador which is the guys name was very friendly. Got along with him quick, he offered and explained each of the services he had and recommended what my truck would need. I have a 2001 Ford f-150 and it’s been used by the previous owner for 20 years, i did not expect it to come as clean as it did since it’s almost 2 decades worth of stains, dirt and garbage in the truck. But when i looked at the truck after it looked and smelled brand new. he spent a little more then the expected time working on it which for me just speaks how much he cares about the customer and their satisfaction. I talked to his brother who worked alongside him and they’re very nice people. Would Recommend and will be coming back again for sure .

They did a great job cleaning my vehicle BUT the time was supposed to be about 3 hours 15 minutes and the guy even said my vehicle wasn’t bad and said the same time. Unfortunately I waited around 5 hours and there were some random dirt spots on my seats that I had to go back over and clean off. Besides that the vehicle looked great.

Excellent job! This was my first time to the Washpodd after a friend recommended it. Pros: -My 6 year old car looks NEW, very clean, super happy with the service provided. It had never been detailed before, and I couldn't be more impressed with how clean it is now. -price is very competitive -ease of getting in and out -easy to set up and change appointments online -staff was friendly, gave accurate information, double checked the service asked for, checked in about cleaning center consul (it had stuff in it) and reported back what items personal items they touched and moved. -It was refreshing to feel like they cared about doing a good job and not just pushing cars thru. -NO chemical smell!!! (And no headaches) Cons: -the service took double the time that was listed on the website. They did need to clean pet hair in my car which was additional cost. No option to not do that, so pet owners be aware. The person helping me gave me an accurate time frame and offered to start with the inside and call before starting the outside to ensure I had enough time. He followed thru with the plan and I was able to have both inside and outside done. I appreciated the professionalism. -nobody will ever be allowed in my car again because it's too clean and pretty and I want it to stay that way :) Overall: Great experience, will recommend to family and friends with the caveat that they allow extra time. Thank you for a great service!

We visited Washpodd Tulalip last weekend and had the interior and exterior “plus” service done. I set an appointment the prior week online which made it super easy to pull up and drop it off. They finished within the estimated timeframe and the car looks brand new. Gabriel did a fantastic job and worked super hard. We will definitely be back and will bring my other car as well. Totally worth the time and money. Highly recommend!
