have the monthly unlimited package, which is great to stop by as needed. what really makes this place great is the staff! a few of the guys in particular go above and beyond to make sure they spot and pre-treat whatever needs it, and are always super friendly. they'll even spray your mats down for you if you bring them over!

Have to give a shout out to Diego! What first impressed me is his smile - he makes you feel like he wants you there and that he enjoys what he does. When I had a question about what appeared to be a part of the wash cycle not working, he was super helpful, gave a reasonable and understandable explanation, all while being courteous and respectful. All around great customer service!

I went to Washville on Saturday morning at 7:40. They were open and ready a gentleman by the name of Diego assisted me. This young man went out of his way to get me accessories to dry my car and to assist me in any way that I needed help. I've used this car wash twice. I've appreciated that there is assistance with the payment machine and another employee that sprays off your car and guides you into the wash. Overall this place did a so-so job cleaning my car. The second time I visited, after paying for the wash, the gate abruptly crashed down onto my car while I was trying to bring in my running boards as required. Either the two gates are timed and oblivious that a vehicle hasn't passed them, or some electromagnetic signal set the gate to come down. The gate left a yellow mark on my side panel. The employee was very apologetic, tried but failed to get a manager, and then promised I would get a call about the incident. I didn't. The yellow mark is still there, a reminder of the mistake I made in visiting this car wash -- a mistake I'm unlikely to make again

Hello, I have recently gone on the website and commented to the Nashua location and have not heard back from anyone and it’s been a few weeks. I am now writing a Google review for all to see that this is a slowly declining car wash and there is a lack of maintenance to keep it up to par. When this car wash first opened employees would pre-rinse the front and rear of your vehicle with a pre-soap out of a pressure washer gun and now it’s just water. Also, I’ve had dirty spots all over my vehicle from time to time as if the brush move out for mirrors, door handles ect… and don’t come back to the vehicle for some time. I’ve also had times of spotty tire shine as if it was running low. Has anyone else noticed there is no more drying towels outside?Customers Beware this is not the same car wash as when it opened and in my opinion the car wash does a lousy job for the price.

The owner or manager of this place needs to get control of your people. Showed up at 6:40 with a sign out front that says "Closed" when you advertise closing time at 7:00p. Both of your employees were sitting in their car looking at me while I drove away with a stupid grin on their face. What's the point in paying a monthly membership if I can't show up and get my car washed during normal posted business hours?

I’m a new customer have been 2 3 different locations and I’m Not impressed probally going to cancel, I signed up for the best wash and my truck doesn’t come out very clean, I get better results after the wash using a quick detailer solution and cloth. Also a scrub with the brush across the front to help remove some of the dead bugs would be nice…. Don’t think the pressure hand spray thing works at all. But I get it, it’s hard to find employees that will do things like that, but the car wash tunnel up the road in Milford, does a better job.

This place was recommended to me, generally I use touch less car washes but I gave them the chance and was impressed by how beautiful and clean my car came out. Enough so that I paid for the membership. I went through a few days ago and while vacuuming I caught this… I had been in and out of the passenger side all day so I know it was not there prior to the wash. I am not sure if this is just something that’s a risk with touch car washes or if one of their machines malfunctioned and maybe got too close to the car? Or if because they didn’t pre rinse the car the dirt got rubbed around and scratched? I don’t know. What I do know is I sent an email and have yet to hear back. Truly the car previously had come out clean, damn near spotless. I’m not sure what happened this time but definitely be careful.

I was persuaded to become a subscriber to this car wash. But after a few wash, I realized half of the nozzles were either not working or not functioning. My car would come out still dirty and spotty. So I decided to cancel. I do not recommend this place.

I took my Kia K5 to this car wash and was very disappointed with the experience. Not only was the vehicle still dirty after the wash, but the rear of my car was also scracted during the process. The repair estimate for the damage is over $1,200, and the business has refused to take responsibility or cover the cost. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before bringing their vehicle here, as a car wash should never result in additional damage or out-of-pocket expenses.

It always closed!!! It’s a waste to pay the subscription plan for this place because you can’t make good use of it. They have been closed the last 4/5 times that I’ve made the drive there. I understand being closed for bad weather but on a clear sunny day at 30 F? And there’s also no sign outside saying they’re closed. Just cones blocking the lanes that you cant see until you get close. No announcement on their site or on the phone either. Do not recommend.

Diego was so kind. He saw me rubbing my rubber floor mats in the snow while we vacuumed the car after our wash and he came out of the carwash and offered to clean all my mats with the sprayer. It was a busy day and he had to manage directing cars coming through while he cleaned our mats but he cheerfully did both. Made my day.

This place started out so well, mostly because of how much their employees cared about their customers coming back. They did such a well done job that they deserve $20-$30 tips. In the past three months the car wash has closed unexpectedly with no text message or emails to their paying members other than a “sign” that said to come back another time. If you’re going to have people sign up for your membership the decent thing to do is to let your members know when they’ll be able to access the services they loyally pay for each month. There’s a LOT of room for improvement at this Amherst Street location, pay your staff better and treat them right so they can get back to caring about their job! Thanks!
