I recommend doing the self wash option as I believe that provides the best wash, especially when the bugs come around. The only bummer to this is that you can't dry the vehicle, but they do sell drying cloths. Vacuums are available here also.

I use the self car wash weekly it works well and always has soap and "wax" i really like this one because it uses hot water which is great for getting ice off during winter. I used the soft touch only once it did better than expected for an automated wash the underbody flush isnt a true underbody just sprayers from the sides. The most expensive wash takes a LONG time to finish which is a good thing. Will continue to use.

This is my go to carwash. But today I had to use the touch less bay,, because the other was out of order and I was not as happy with the wash. The other one does a great job. Also today I put in money for blue towels but I guess it was empty. Still love it 😊

Took $6 in quarters from me and it wouldn't even work. Then I had to go through their automatic wash just to get all the soap of cause the pressure washer doesnt work. Fix it already instead of stealing from everyone that's supporting your business. Inconvenient.

Went to the self wash and put $3 in quarters in and nothing. Tried using a credit card and nothing. Tried a different card and then nothing. I was not able to use the car wash at all, but they did charge my cards. Took $9 from me and provided nothing. Only come here if you want to get scammed.

Everything is very clean and well maintained. The vacuums work great! It's nice to have the option of cleaning my car by hand or going through the drive-through.

I mean, it gets the job done. I love how secluded it is and how I can take my time washing my car because it isn't as busy. It's the closest self serv to my house open 24 hours. I hate the card reader and how it charges you more like a taxi. There's no pause to it either so once you pay, you gotta go, go go. You can pause the water but the charge keeps going. The rates aren't accurate as advertised. It's literally a penny a second. I don't use the brush as I bring my own supplies and I don't use it for any other features it offers. I use it for the hose and power washing. Sometimes the 'rinse' pushes out soap for a minute which is frustrating. Sometimes nothing but rinse works. (I've cycled through the other features out of curiosity) The owner was cleaning one day while I was in there and he was very kind and nice. He saw it wasn't working- fixed it, then gave me 10 free minutes and let me do my thing. I go to this place when I don't feel like driving an extra 5 min to wash my car or when I want to just be left alone. There's a lot of very little improvements that can drastically make this place more enjoyable.

Best car wash in the Fox Valley! The soft car wash is excellent. I pay the for the 11 ultimate wash. Under body and wheel scrub. Car always comes out clean. Other places always leave salt residue. Next time I will add photos

This carwash has seen a few upgrades since we started using it. The improved payment kiosk is great (and tap to pay), as well as some of the carwash features that have been upgraded throughout the years. They're also good with providing refunds when something doesn't work in the winter, which is an indicator that the place is managed very well.

I Pulled in to find someone working on the soft touch car wash. He was changing the card reader. I had been searching the entire area to find a car wash for many months that will actually clean my car w no success. Because he was working on the controls for the car wash, this gentleman gave me a free car wash. He turned the car wash on for me. I did my wash and when I came out of the carwash I got out of my car and checked. I wiped my finger across the car(which the last few places I went left big streaks n black all over my fingers from doing this!) there was not a single speck of dirt on my car or my fingers. I have never been so impressed with a car wash since the day I got my license. The dryers are in a bad position. While they're drying your car you got water dripping on your car. But when you factor in how clean your car gets it's well worth the trip!!!!! If it was an option I'd give 10 stars.. And I fully intend to recommend this car wash to everybody I know!!!!!!!!!!!!! To the people that made this car wash.... great job!!!!!!!!!!

It's changed a little bit. Have a membership at another car wash. Closed at 8pm. Washworld Touch doesn't. Now you have to purchase dollar coins from them for vacuums etc. I like that in the winter there dryers are timed more. So nothing freezes on your vehicle. Vacuums are fairly decent. Only a few car washes have good vacuums. PDQ, TSUNAMI EXPRESS, Washworld Touch, Club Carwash. You get what you pay for. Washworld Touch still has 2 stalls for you to wash your vehicle yourself...

First time every using this carwash, I used the self wash and at first couldn't figure out the new set up since haven't used one since I was broke and a teenager. Once I got the timer running couldn't figure out the wash buttons but texted who I believe is the owner and helped me thru it all! Very nice guy btw. Anyway, once figured out it worked flawless, was impressed at how clean the bays were and the grounds themselves. Will definitely be using again.

The machine stopped mid way through me washing my car and had to rerun my card AGAIN. Dirty, brush on ground in horriblecondition. Change machine doesn't take quarters, only bills bcs they want you to use thier tokens only. Won't be back

I have been going to this car wash for years and last week when I went no soap was dispensed. I reported it and was told that it did but it just didn’t look like it. I know what soap looks like, it was only water. Unfortunately they just lost a long time customer.

First-time user. In winter, I just want a basic no-touch wash to get that layer of salt off. That's what I got. Fair price. I like the tap option to pay with card. All worked fine. Plus, a drying timer that actually worked! I'll be back.
