Recieved 4 scratches all in the same place on the driver side door. Scratches could have been due to a car wash machine mechanism. There is also a possibility of the scratches being caused from one of the same dirty clothes used to dry the two vehicles in front of me. A fresh cloth should be used for each individual vehicle, since that is an individual purchase. Overall the car wash was sub par. As one can observe in my photo attached, the windows were still very dirty on the outside. I would expect water way to be a leader in the Colorado area, as they seem to demonstrate themselves as a top notch luxury car wash service.

I had a car wash and interior clean, which looked nice until everything dried- there are streaks down the side of my car and on both windshields, gummy spots which appear to be soap from the car wash, my dash was barely wiped down, no cupholders or door consoles were cleaned, and there are fingerprints on the side of each door where they were opened. The rearview mirror is full of spots, and the inside of the windshield has more streaks than before the wash. I paid extra for a floor mat clean, and it looks like they just barely sprayed them with water, and when they finally dried they still have mud and dirt on them.

Awful service from the ticket boy named "Mattick?" Nice name, anyway this guy just gives you lip and rude comments beause i dont want to be 3 feet out the window trying to press the kiosk when hes right there, hey "Mattick" just quit if you cant press a view buttons, it really isnt tgat hard especially since its your job. Ps Paying 60 bucks monthly by the way for awful service from this clown.

This place is great! very nice staff! Thorough Machine touch wash. then those kids do a great job cleaning/vacuuming the interior. their $50 'everything" wash is well worth it, the ceramic stuff really makes my car shine! good, quick, friendly, reasonably priced and friendly! My 09 300C looking Sharp!

Awesome customer service. The gas station attendants are always incredibly helpful and pleasant. However, my recent interior cleaning on their highest plan was incredibly mediocre and careless. The interior barely looked cleaner, and puddles of water and wet mud were left on my leather. Check your interior before tipping.

I’d rather clean it myself than go back here. You’ve lost me, I’m sorry. It’s ridiculous how frustrated I am after spending $ and sit in a still dirty car.

Truly terrible experience and service. I would never return. I paid for their highest package as it had been a few weeks since our car had a good clean. Upon inspection some of the windows still had smudges, the gentlemen fixed that after I notified him. After seeing the smudges I pulled into the parking lot to inspect the car further. The rear seats were not vacuumed or wiped down. The doors in the back were not completed either, as I recognized a smudge as I was taking out items from the vehicle. They're some oil residue all over our leather seats, and white chemical residue on the speaker vents. The car still has dirt on the front, and side mirrors. Maybe we made the mistake in coming on a busy day because they were clearly very short staffed and rushing. They should have disclosed they couldn't do a full service clean adequately, prior to wasting my time and now dealing with the aftermath of this incident. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was greeted by a kid that couldn't be any older than 18, he was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my request to have the car cleaned properly or a refund. I opted for the refund because of his attitude and the original quality of the delivered product. For the prices you charge I'd expect much, much better quality.

The staff at Waterway always seems to go the "extra mile" to make sure that my vehicle is looking great inside and out. That's especially important since I have clients with me almost daily. Amazing new staff update, super polite and friendly, called me by my surname, greeted me every step of the way. Felt like they really wanted to make sure I felt special and taken care of as best as possible, and did an excellent job cleaning up my truck after a solid day on dirt roads in the foothills showing homes to clients while driving around on rural dirt roads.

I would recommend finding a different Carwash. I recently went here to get my car washed, while in the wash I heard a loud bang noise, but didn't think much of it. Later I realized their carwash left a large dent in the roof of my car, and tore off a tiny antenna to the point that is is not usable for another antenna. I called and was treated very poorly with no solution mentioned. If you care about your car one bit I would definitely recommend a different car wash.

Misleading prices. They offer the “whole thing” for $50, which includes inside and out, including “wiping down floor mats” when you go to check out, they ask if you want the floor mats “sprayed” down for $8 more. I am at the car wash for a clean car, the first service is offering clean floor mats included for the $50, but then they admit they do a bad job, which is why you need to pay $8 more for a good job. Differentiating between wiping down floor mats and spraying them down is gas lighting customers. People just want a clean car, do a good job at a fair price. This place is trying to do the minimum, and nickel and dime you in hopes you don’t notice. By the time you pay all their little extras and tip the kid, you looking at $70 for a clean car. That is absurd.

This place is horrible. The $30 wash will leave you disappointed and the additional $8 dollars to clean your mats will leave you more disappointed. They also took out a basket that had important items in it and they forgot to put it back in my car. So I had to go back to pick up my personal belongings. It was an inconvenience and no one cared. I have included a photo of the mats AFTER they cleaned it. Another photo of the console, which is included in the wash. Still dirty ???

Did a $10 basic automatic car wash and it scratched the paint on every single panel of my car, AND dug grooves into every single window on my car. Front and back windshields, and every single driver and passenger side window. I didn’t have a single scratch on my car until I went through this car wash. If you care about your car, NEVER come here. I couldn’t care less about the low quality of the cleaning since it was $10, but this car wash WILL ruin your car’s paint and windows.

I did the $50 “the works” package. The workers there are very courteous, eager to help and extremely efficient. Totally no fault to them, they were all great. But I wouldn’t do this again, this company seems confused on whether this package is a light detail or just a surface clean. Pictures are from post-clean and show numerous missed spots.

I usually do my car myself, but since I had recent back surgery I was not able to. I’ve gone to this place 3 times over the past 2 months, and I wish I would have read the reviews because I wouldn’t have gone. Each time I get the interior and exterior package, and very little is done on the inside. I have to inspect and ask that it be taken care of only to get attitude and eye rolling from the attendants who look miserable to be at their job. The inside windows are worse when I leave. I’ve had to come back each of the 3 times I’ve gone there to have them redone. They look ok when leaving, but when the sun hits them at a different angle, you see nothing but smears. I always have to come home and touch everything up, which I shouldn’t have for the price. And always hands out expecting a tip. Last Saturday, 1/31 was the absolute last time I will have gone here.

TL;DR: My car’s roof was scratched by an overhead brush at Waterway’s Broomfield location during an express wash. Management reviewed the video but denied responsibility. Be cautious with overhead brushes and inspect immediately after using the car wash. Detailed review: On Tuesday, January 27, 2026, I drove through the Express Clean lane in Broomfield. While inside, the top brush made a loud scraping noise against my car's roof. When I exited, I immediately noticed a fresh 20-cm-long scratch on the roof. I went back inside and spoke with Micah Broseghini, the general manager. He took photos and wrote an incident report. The next day, he called to inform me that the camera footage and equipment checks appeared normal, so Waterway would not accept responsibility. In practice, this becomes ‘we checked our video and found no issue,’ which leaves customers with no clear path to dispute damage. The scraping noise was unmistakable, and the scratch was new. Being told it was “not their responsibility” felt like a canned response. I’m writing this review to let others know that brush-based car washes can cause damage, even when the operator believes everything is working correctly. This is exactly the type of damage brush washes are known for (debris trapped in brushes, sensor/contact issues). I’ve read other reviews of this Waterway noting similar damage to roofs or bumpers. Although Waterway advertises a satisfaction guarantee, my experience suggests that it is challenging to get a claim accepted, and I do not recommend this location. A ‘satisfaction guarantee’ doesn’t mean much if damage claims are dismissed by default. If you still choose to use this location, I recommend taking photos of your vehicle before and after washing it, listening for unusual noises, and choosing a hand wash or touchless option if you care about your paint job. I hope this helps others make an informed choice.

damaged my mom's car. staff and management were nice about it, but when we filed a claim, we were called and told THEY were filing a claim against US because we "broke their machine." my brother took his car through the wash directly after my mom's, so clearly the machine was working perfectly fine.

I’ve been a regular customer here since 2022 and usually spend $62 plus tip for a full interior and exterior clean. These photos show the condition of my car immediately after today’s service. After paying and waiting, I got back into a car that was still visibly dirty—cup holders, door panels, and interior surfaces clearly not cleaned. At this price point, this level of service is unacceptable. What made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of customer focus and accountability. To top it off, my key fob—which I left in the car for the cleaner—was missing afterward. That alone is incredibly concerning. This is my absolute last visit. I’d rather clean my car myself than pay for a service that leaves it like this. If you’re considering this place, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere!
