I took my car to Midas for a routine oil change, something I do religiously and have never had issues with—until now. The day after the oil change, my oil light came on. Concerned, I brought it back in for them to check, and they told me the oil was low, leaking, and that I suddenly needed a bunch of expensive repairs. This immediately raised red flags. I asked them to show me the issue and refill the oil, and I told them I wanted to monitor it before making any decisions. Good thing I did—turns out they either forgot to fill my oil properly during the initial oil change or purposely didn’t do it. This kind of negligence could have caused over $10,000 worth of damage to my engine. This experience makes me question the integrity of this business. It feels like they were trying to create a problem to charge for unnecessary repairs. Be cautious—Midas at this location acted more like swindlers than a trusted car service provider. I won’t be returning, and I suggest others think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.

Great service, I was attended immediately by a super friendly employee. The waiting room has super comfy chairs and air conditioning so it made the short wait feel like nothing. I was in and out before I knew it and I was a walk in!! Most places will turn you around and ask you to book an online appointment but not this place. I will be back and highly recommend!!

I recently brought my truck into Midas to see about having some pretty significant repairs done. I trusted these repairs to Wyman and his crew, and they did such a great job! They were efficient and thorough and went above and beyond. They explained all the work that would need to be done very well, and they were able to get all the parts that were needed that same day. I came in the morning, and they were also able to complete the job by the end of day. The truck is running so smooth and passed emissions with flying colors! Highly recommended for regular maintenance and highly recommended for any extended repairs as well. My family and I will be taking all of our vehicles there from here on out. Thanks Midas team!

I went in with an urgency to get an Inspection done so I could get my COLORADO PUC Certificate and start my business right away. The garage was full as I got there however, sensing the urgency or my situation, Felicity and the team got together quickly and got my vehicle in right away to help take care of me. I would be careful about bringing my vehicle to them. My son brought his car in for a simple oil change, and he left with a destroyed engine and no car. To top it off, the lack of accountability and mediocre customer service is disgusting. If you want to keep your car safe from damage, stay away from these people!

Dont really recommend this shop especially for trucks when it comes to alignment and tire rotation,I've taking my 2022 tacoma for a basic alignment and wheel rotation, and they couldn't do a rotation because it supposedly threw the alignment off and after getting the truck back,the wheel wasn't straight,so I took it back to them to fix it and yea they showed the alignment was completely off (after they did an alignment on it),and after getting it back the second time,the steering wheel was way off even more and everytime turning the wheel while backing up the tires would catch on the fender liner,and I never had that issue before,so after taking the truck back to them the second time they messed it up even more and just blamed it on the tires,and about a year before that I did get brand new wheels/tires for the truck and it was not a cheap setup,so the fact that they just blame the tires for messing everything off is already sketchy(I work on cars myself and know a decent amount),so them blaming something else other then there selves is cheap...thats also not mentioning my other car they did alignment on before as well...not a terrible job but definitely can tell they didnt care enough to try do there best work That being said i dont recommend this shop at least for alignment...but seeing how they do that alone says how they do other jobs as well,save your money and find a better shop that shows your money's worth

I appreciate that they took the time to inform me about the problems and my options should I need financing. After the appointment my car feels like a new car. It drives so smoothly.
