Generally positive experience except that I had to visit them again as they fixed initial problem but the fix introduced one more which I was not informed of. They offered diagnosis free of charge and explained why this happens and why with current solution they could not fix it. I agreed with that.

Alternative Auto Care has the best customer service. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to get me in the same day and began inspecting the same day, the staff was very kind. My dad also takes his car to get repaired at this shop. I had to get my Mazda towed over there and they handled it from there. They recommend several repairs and included pictures within the report along with cost which I appreciate because of their transparency with everything. They gave me calls and texts to update me on my car along the way. Great shop!

Since 2018 I have taken my car to Alternative Auto Care and every service event is just perfectly taken care for me. The crew there know what they are doing. The office staff is more than helpful. I have never, after all these years had any issue with the service and my car has worked perfectly each time I drive away. This particular service was for a failed gasket which is a major repair. The team at AAC completed the job exactly as stated on the estimate. The cost was exactly what I expected and the car was ready when they said it would be. I feel I have really lucked out when I selected AAC to manage the service and care of my vehicle. Thinking about the number of times I have taken in my vehicle for service it is remarkable that it is always unremarkable. That is, the vehicle has a service need, mostly oil and tire rotations, and certain mileage service care, with one or two minor service issues, and after the service, I just get in the vehicle, drive away, with no problems. Normally, when 5000 miles has been driven I go back for the next service need. The AAC team and me just repeat the process. Just great service always!!
