They do good work and are very friendly. Good prices compared to what the dealership quoted me. I’ll be coming back.

I’ve never had a problem with Christian brothers until yesterday. I was dropping off for routine oil change and tire rotation. I was asked up front if I wanted to add tire rotation on…. Umm yeah scheduled that. Also needed a courtesy shuttle home which is five minutes from the business. Waited 40 minutes with no shuttle and hired an uber. Got my inspection and was shocked to see my brakes at 2mm. My last visit was 5/29 and they were 6mm. I was told they are basically metal on metal which is odd as I hear and feel nothing to indicate a problem. When I asked about it at pickup I got a vague answer about maybe being a mistake or poor checking etc. Well if it’s poor checking that I went through 4mm in 3 months then what is to say it wasn’t poor checking this time? And if it’s truly a rushed inspection then that’s kinda scary and has me questioning the quality of their work. I asked the gal on the phone to schedule me for the following week for the work and she never did so I had to do that at pickup too, and I was never asked if I needed a ride back to them-so I had to call an Uber again! I can ignore the lackluster customer service because honestly it’s an auto mechanic and everyone has off days but the questionable quality of the inspections and subsequent recommendations has me questioning my trust in them.

Overall my experience was good although it could have been better. I noticed the repairs were more expensive than I was anticipating. I also noticed I had to reach out to CBAC more than CBAC reached out to me.

I did my oil change yesterday. I am on a road trip from Denver to LA. I saw low oil warning half way through. Scary for someone like me who does know what it means. Had to go to car repair shop again.

I had my coolant taken care because of a leak. They fix it but it leaked again. So I had to go back. Then it wouldn't start when I got it back. They checked it and they mentioned it was a faulty part. They have good service writers but the people in the shop are not as good. I have to bring it in 3 times for the same thing.....

Josh made my appointment very easy, had amazing communication with everything going on with my vehicle. There were some things extra that needed done that they recommended but weren’t pushy about it at all! They let me know what I could wait on and what I possibly should do sooner rather than later. Amazing customer service and I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else!

I brought my vehicle in for a vacuum leak and approved the estimate. At pickup, the check engine light was still on—codes showed the issue had been active for hours. When I raised concerns, staff were dismissive. Aliyah claimed my CV axles were causing a rough idle, which appeared designed to generate additional work rather than address the actual problem. When I asked if a smoke test had been performed, I was told no because of a tear in the intake hose. This makes no sense: a smoke test requires sealing the intake, so the tear would have needed repair before any diagnostic could occur. The original repair was left incomplete, and staff explanations were both dismissive and contradictory. Happy to pay for solutions, but the staff is clearly being pushed or paid to generate work.

I absolutely love this place. They have shown me everything that was wrong with my car. They sent little videos of each thing and what it does and how it works in my car. I thought that was super neat. They fixed my car in a shorter amount of time than I was told and now I have a new shop to take my car to if ever needed again.

If I could give more stars, I would to this professional, efficient, and effective automotive company. My car was serviced effectively, but I had a minor concern with an additional issue; Christian Brothers Automotive immediately addressed my concern with a quality response and I was on my way to enjoy my day. Alex handled everything well! Thank you to the staff and technicians!

Failed on personal touch and customer service, felt like they were just hustling for more business and more money. Came in for Spark plugs to be replaced on my 2020 Suburban. I made an appointment for when I got off work this morning at 0800. I work 13 hour shifts as a Critical Care Nurse and came straight from work for my appointment. I mentioned this when making the appointment, when I arrived, and prior to leaving that I was going home to sleep. I was repeatedly called, texted and solicited for other services when my vehicle wasn't even completed. I made it a point that I just wanted the service I came in for and that I was sleeping, yet Aliya wanted to know if I had seen the texts they had sent and when I asked for an update on my vehicle I was again solicited for other services, mentioning that again I worked all night and I would go over their list at another time, I was just getting the service I made the appointment for, she got rude and cold and "Fine, I'll just decline all these services." My car wasn't even ready and she had to put me on hold to see where they were, this was literally just a soliciting phone call after I made it a HUGE point going home to sleep! I told her I would need pick up and she said she would call me when my vehicle was done. She did not, I got an automated text saying my truck was completed and if I needed a ride to call. So I had to call then was told that Cory was on lunch and it would be another 40 minutes before he was back. I got a Uber, and was there 10 minutes after speaking to Aliya and went to pick up my Truck. When I arrived Aliya had zero recognition what so ever, no apology for waking me up to solicit more business nothing but a "please refer a friend and you could get 25 bucks off your next oil change!!!!!" here is your receipt and they are bringing your vehicle out front. I didn't get anything about the service what all it entailed, that it was good, just more solicitation. Nothing! I had a guy bring my truck up hand me the keys, not even one thank you or this is exactly what we did. It all felt so impersonal. I don't think its too much to ask for some BASIC customer service. I am left with such a bad impression and felt like it was all a hustle. I wanted to love them, they are two miles from my house and I love having that personal touch and am fiercely loyal to those that I trust and feel seen. I will now go back to the shop I had been going to for years before I moved. The 30 minute drive is worth the feeling like you are known and not just a wallet. The shop has been around for years and is not a chain. They have been working on my vehicles for 10 years, and I have never felt hustled, I feel seen and trust my vehicle is getting the best service. Rick would always go over exactly what they did, would have shown me how bad the spark plugs were, would go over the warranty, make me feel like the money spent was justified. This fell so far from the mark, there were a lot of chances to go above and beyond and they failed on the most basic level. The kicker, after I got home, about 45 minutes later, right as I was drifting back to sleep, they sent their driver to come pick me up to get my vehicle. Cory called to let me know that he was outside to take me to pick up my vehicle. The shuttle vehicle was parked right out front when I arrived. So they wasted even their own employee's time sending him to come pick me up 45 minutes to an hour after I had already gotten my vehicle. This is how much they see you and how well they communicate with each other. there was no one in their lobby at all. How can you trust that your are being heard or seen and that they communicate and work well together?

I had a great experience, my first time here! The repairs I needed felt expensive, but I think That’s just typical these days. I’ve never gotten my car fixed somewhere that provided me a digital inspection, including photos. Before they did any work on my car, they provided Their recommendations and included photos. I was able to take the information they provided and do research on my own to determine if I agreed with their recommendation, which I did. This is probably The most information I’ve ever been provided by a mechanic— Normally, you just have to trust them blindly. I feel certain that the repairs I got were needed and At this point, I’m trusting that they were done correctly. I would definitely recommend CBA!

I was very satisfied with my experience at Christian Brothers. It was my first experience with them and I would definitely use them again. I had to have my car towed there so it was an emergency to get it fixed and they were able to do it right away which I greatly appreciated. They kept me well informed through the whole process by phone and text. Everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. They also have shuttle service which I really appreciated Susan Ryan

I have used Christian Brothers for about a year now and have been extremely pleased with their service. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do make recommendations of needed services but are not pushy in offering additional services. Also, they provide complimentary pickup and drop off. Very happy with my decision to use Christian Brothers.
