When I went to bed and woke up this morning, Google said this store opened at 8. Ive been waiting here since 8:20. Between 8:30-8:44 I have watched two other cars arrive and leave. Now...the time on Google says 9am...they have literally just lost two sales. Had I not pre-ordered my parts, they may have lost a 3rd. I will be sitting outside Advance, for 40 mins. Kinda ridiculous

Visit to get a few parts to repair a mud flap on my car, Dennis was awaiting at the counter to help. He provided me with solutions, and helped me find what I was in search of. The building is old, the air conditioner was not working properly but did not seem to affect business.

Bad service dropped off my battery was. Told it need a charge for 4 hours never got a call when I was told they will call when its was done. Went and picked it up after 4 hours, was told they only put it on a quick charge and also they never call there costumes, but I left my phone number with them. The 2 manger that were they had no costume service at all. GO TO THE STORE ON 120TH AND WASHINGTON ST!!!! Service is alot better there and they call you when done!!!!

Our car battery died at a nearby restaurant so we walked to the parts store to buy a new one. Not only did they have what they needed but the manager went above and beyond and had his lovely parts runner drive us and the battery back to our car and lent us the tools to swap it out. After a terrible day of trying to locate and being turned down by a competitor and not making it on time at another store to get a battery with install (and robbed by a Lyft driver), the manager and his team stepped up and helped this single mom of 4 get it done an hour before close. I have worked at another auto parts store in the past and understand closing duties and staffing restraints by getting a store recovered for the next day for customers and Joe S., the manager and his associate changed my perception of Advanced Auto. It was their sacrafice that allowed me to get my car running and not miss work and have some peace of mind. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

An Auto parts store? Well yes but is much more then just sales. These people will go the extra mile even more then other places. With the speed perks it helps reduce the cost a bit more. Could use more employees, as they are a bit short staffed, however they do their best to take care of everyone.

Sarah the manger has the absolute worst attitude. My husband and son were there to exchange wipers today that when we bought we were told had warranty so he’s talking to a guy at the counter she comes stomping out and start arguing with my husband in front of my son and says no one would told us that even though the guy at the counter said they had just let go of a bunch of kids that were telling people that had warranty for items that didn’t have a warranty. We still bought a replacement but she’s absolutely unprofessional and for my son to feel intimidated by a grown women’s tone and demeanor shows it!!!! No one asked for her assistance and a simple explanation would have sufficed just like the gentleman working the counter did! Why she’s a manger is beyond me.

The sign outside says open 9am-7pm on Sundays. Online it says open 9am-6pm on Sunday. It's Sunday and 5:25PM. The store is closed after coming to pick up an online order. What kind of location is this?? Lights off inside too. This isn't a bathroom break it's locked up and people gone for the day... Wth

Very helpful and very intelligent workers at this facility. I needed help ordering brakes for my 2.4 liter Toyota Civic. I believe the young gentleman name that helped me was Luis.
