This is my go-to car shop. Oil changes, new tires, cracked transmission - you name it - they are your people! Chris and Drew did a wonderful job identifying my issue (leaking valve stem) today and getting me in and out as quick as possible. As a woman, I've never felt taken advantage of or not heard, which isn't always the case with car shops. This place deserves 5 stars for sure.

I brought a coupon into the store asking if i could please use the 60$ oil change. They said yes, they will apply it. They asked whether i wanted the good oil or the better oil, not giving me the option for the cheap oil. They were manipulative and it ended up being 94 dollars because of our interaction. They made excuses as to why it was 94 dollars after it took them 2 hours for a simple oil change. Never go here they genuinely suck and manipulate you to pay more than you get told/should be charged.

Had a crisis when my wife picked up our grandson and ended up with a bolt in her tire. Didn’t have much time as she had to pickup our other grandson in an hour, so we were up against a wall. These folks got us in immediately, fixed the tire and didn’t charge anything! Really nice folks, very professional! Defiantly won us over, we’ll be return customers!! Thank you!

I have been bringing all my vehicle here for a year and a half now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Darnell and Jessi they have been amazing with contact and letting me know what’s going on. The mechanics work is always on point my car is always clean when I get it back they go above and beyond and check everything and make sure your vehicle is safe! And if something does get messed up they have always made it right right away and that’s only happened one time! They are hands down the only shop I trust with all my vehicles from a diesel f350 to my wife’s Mazda to our mustang! Thank you Darnell!

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Darnell and his team. They did a thorough check of my vehicle and assessed everything and came back with pictures, videos and explanations of everything they found. They were able to fix every issue and I felt informed the whole way through and I believe they were open and honest about everything. The work was done quickly and Darnell gave me a ride home when I dropped off the car and picked me up when it was ready. They definitely aim to please and all work is guaranteed for two years which is awesome. The only issue was that my steering wheel felt very dirty when I picked up the car. I think the technicians touched it with dirty hands and I felt it right away. The prices were not cheap but were probably fair. I was happy with everything and would definitely trust them again with my vehicle.

Be it tires/alignment/brakes or engine/transmission, Darnell and his team of certified technicians can handle it all. The team was great. My car is over 10 years old and needed a bit of work. Brakes, rotors, an axle, oil change etc. they were able to get my car finished in the time frame that I needed. They also helped with financing. The car is back to normal and I’m back on the road. Very grateful for their help and kindness while I was in the office. They also did wonderfully explaining everything sending pictures and describing what was wrong. 10 out of 10. I’ll even be going back for just routine maintenance now.
