Threw out all my years living in Northglenn Thornton one thing I learned and unfortunately it was a pricey lesson and not even a good one was DO NOT bring your car truck suv anything with a motor to this place. I brought my car here and payed 3000$ to be shit on im not sure if it's from lack of help lack of experience or just plane out lack of care but as I go threw my car as the things that were suppost to be fixed I have to fix them again and honestly seeing everything you guys didn't put back together over tightend forgot to clip together I'm not even mad at the job you did I AM concerned about MY life and EVERYBODY else's life's that you guys don't understand someone will die from the work you provide it's not okay it's endangering not only myself but EVERYBODY that Is around me or anyone else's vehicles that you guys under cared over charged and lied to i will find a lawyer that'll take my evidence and my messed up/not newly installed parts and extra bolts along with the messages telling me that those bolts didn't belong on my vehicle that everything's fine and I needed to bring 1 tire to get the job done right and when I did u failed to mention that I needed 3 more or you couldn't do it but didn't give any of the money back for the work that you graciously decided you didn't have to do since you were already paid for it and couldn't even put all the parts/clips/brackets on properly or even at all on some things just hanging out there to fly off and wack someone else's car. I shoulda just done the work myself at least I would known it was done right instead of "professionally done"🤣 completely wrong I hope the owner reads this I hope yal find a new field of work before you really hurt someone and if you need help I got cha I understand the level of respect you are supposed to show and give a customer and I'm absolutely certain I could do a better job on the costumers car then what you all did on my car. I hope you either find new guys or shut your garage down before you kill someone.

The staff here—both at the desk and the technicians—are super nice and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me that my brakes were completely fine. I really appreciate that they offer a free brake check without trying to upsell anything. It feels honest and genuine. On top of that, their prices are much more reasonable than other places I’ve been to. Highly highly recommend!! One of the best shops I came across!!

One of the most horrible experience I’ve ever encounter with dealing with an auto shop . I recommend never to going to this particular location but also any of them I brought my Nissan Altima in because it was misfiring causing the car to have hesitation when accelerating. I’ve worked on my own cars all my life to include this particular car. I was injured unfortunately and had to get this car in somewhere. I decided to go see Just breaks not to far from my house . I explained to the Machanics the issue assuring them it was the spark plugs but also could have been the Coils as well. The assured me they would have it running back to normal. I came back two days later after I was advised the car was completed. The mechanic walked me out to the vehicle and asked me to start it after starting the vehicle. I heard the vehicle was still sounding the same and still had a rough idle, which indicated that the spark plugs was not probably changed. So I asked him. Why was the car still running rough The mechanic told me that it was because of there was a cracked intake file SMH I looked at him and says why was there a cracked intake file? He said it was cracked before we changed the spark plugs. So I looked at him and I asked why would you take off a crack manifold. If the manifold cracked, why would you make it worse by taking it off. He said well we wanted to complete the job so we silicone the manifold back so that’s why you’re still hearing a lot of loud noise and it’s still running rough. I got in my car after driving it in the same condition that I took it in and after paying $450, I was completely upset. I called around to several places let him know what happened and had a hard time finding a replacement intake. I finally found one I took it to a Christian Brothers up the street And those guys OMG not only did they replace my cracked ball that just breaks dead but they also found that they never changed any of the coils that needed to be changed and only two of the spark plugs was changed out of the six from just Brakes. My car now is running smoothly and like brand new. Josh was the manager over Christian Brothers and he treated me very well and made sure that he took care of what damage just Brakes did.

We came in due to my nieces breaks grinding on her vehicle (started this afternoon) and asked for an inspection as I suspected it was the rotors. I initially thought it was both the front and back of the vehicle, but Trent to lok the car in the bay and did a full inspection and notified it was the front breaks and rotors. Trent was able to explain fully to my niece exactly what needed to be done in layman's terms for her to understand and was able to get them replaced in a timely manner although they had closed at 6 pm. We did not feel that it needed to be rushed or it was an inconvenience for Trent to assist us today. Trent also explain in the future the control arm will need to be replaced and gave an estimate for this. It was a smooth process and experience for us and Trent was also able to give my niece a discount. We will definitely be coming back to see Trent.

I brought my vehicle in with a P0507 (high idle) check engine code and specifically asked for a proper diagnosis. Instead, I was sold multiple maintenance services (fuel induction, spark plugs, throttle body cleaning) without the root cause ever being identified. I explicitly requested that vacuum leaks be checked, but no smoke test was performed. After spending over $1,700, the check engine light came back on within five minutes of driving the car. When I returned, they were unwilling to run a smoke test or take responsibility for diagnosing the actual issue. The problem remains unresolved. If you’re looking for real diagnostics rather than upsold maintenance, I recommend going elsewhere. Paying a proper diagnostic fee at a competent shop would have saved me time, money, and frustration. The manager was dismissive and unwilling to address the issue. Horrible experience - Avoid Breaks Plus at all costs.

As a manager at a company that’s not one way I treat any of my employees. You correct them in private!! Not in front of paying customers. Was freaking out internally because as soon as I put my car on drive, loud noise coming from the rear passenger tire. In my head, brakes/break pads on a Tesla usually don’t need replacing until 100-150k miles and my car only has 34k! Came to brakes plus and they were super nice and cool and they lifted my car and took off the wheel and it ended up being a damn ROCK stuck between the brake disc and aluminum cover… luckily they removed it with ease and no more noise! Got a good laugh and pic from it after.
