Came here a couple weeks ago and brought a full set of tires in to have mounted and balanced. Everything was great until I noticed a lot of vibration when driving at highway speed. So much so my steering wheel and seats were vibrating. Brought it back to have them rebalanced, expecting it to be done for free since it wasn’t done correctly the first time but instead they charged me $48 for a rebalance and tried to upsell me “lifetime” balance.

Came in a month ago and got new tires they ended up only having three. Then gave me 4 different tires. Then a month later came back and had two flat tires. Then had to buy a new tire because it was unrepairable. Went home woke up next day back tire flat again. Called shop they said they would get me right in and waited for 2 hours for them to fix the tire they were going to fix the day before. Service is slow and sucks. My tire sensors light is on the wrong tire. I GIVE A BIG FAT 00000000. YOU CAN DO BETTER AND FASTER DOING IT YOUR SELF.

I spent over 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone to make a tire appointment. I had the tire UPC and everything. They just kept picking up and putting me on hold without saying anything!! This Walmart sucks and the kids that work back there need more customer service training, this is ridiculous!

Lazy as all get out. Manager said they couldn’t change the tire on my car due to the extra weight in the bed of my truck (maybe 300 lbs, a person or two’s weight). Plus, they didn’t even need to jack it as the tire that needed replaced was the spare which easily gets lowered with the crowbar. IDIOTS. So, I went to discount tire where they did the job no problem. Don’t waste your time coming here like I did.

My review is for the tall young man working in the service shop named Max. I had questions that he answered. Wasn't sure on a couple of them, so he went and asked someone. (Thank you for not guessing) Polite, courteous, and didn't make me feel dumb for what I was asking. I'll come back to this location as long as Max is working on my car. Competitive prices, and I was ok with the wait as they were pretty busy. Good job!

I wish I could tell you how my experience was but no one in the auto center ever answered the phone. They require appointments to do anything with your tires but the app only schedules for new tires or tire Installs and I spent over 10min listening to the phone ringing and getting transfered to the main desk.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We were traveling and had a flat tire. All we needed was to swap out the flat for the full size spare that already had a rim on it. We weren't even asking for a flat repair. They told us that they were booked. There was one car in the bay and the other bay was empty. Guys were literally standing around doing nothing but they were 'booked' and could work us in on Tuesday, October 17. Mind you, this was Thursday, October 12. Boo to Walmart. Poorest customer service I've ever encountered. They made a dire situation more desperate. Thank Goodness for Discount Tire who came to our rescue. I wouldn't waste your time with Walmart Tire Center- go someplace where they value people

The tire shop 1. took my car on a half mile joy ride while they had it. 2. stripped my locking lugs so only installed 2 of 4 tires and I had to go to a mechanic to have them removed and replaced. 3. Broke a clip on my hub cap so it won't stay on now. 4. Refused my damage claim, so now I'm hiring a lawyer. I have pics of everything before and after, including my odometer.

I came to Walmart for an oil change, made my appointment online via the app. I showed up got checked in and was told I would receive a phone call when it was ready. About 45 minutes later after doing a bit of shopping at the store I showed up to pick up my car and pay for my service. At that time I was told that the service was cancelled because the oil filter that was currently in my vehicle was not on their shelf to be able to be replaced at the time of service. I was told that I would need to purchase the oil filter and bring it with me the next day and that I would be accommodated for the inconvenience. I showed up the next day with my oil filter and even though there was a misunderstanding and it turned out that they did have the oil filter that was needed the manager Jeffrey kept his word and compensated for the trouble. I will be returning to this store for future services. Thank you Jeffrey for coming through with your promise it's really refreshing to know that there are still people of their word out in our current world.

I took my car here several times but Never really paid attention until one day I seen a spot on the ground so I thought I had a leak so I took my car to a shop and they told me I didn't have a leak that whoever change your oil had spilled oil all over ur Engine so I do not recommend to bring Your vehicle to Walmart for an oil change. They are a bunch of clowns that don't give a dam care about other ppl vehicles. They act like they know what there doing but they don't know crap. Wal-Mart needs to hire Professionals Who actually knows what they are doing and cares and not ppl who's just there to get a payday check

I went to the Walmart Grant St. this morning (8/3) to change air filter. The associate at the Front Desk (I forgot to ask his name) and Zion were very helpful. Zion changed the engine air filter quickly and explained to me in details for each step so that next time I will be able to do it myself. Thanks! I also changed my engine oil there. Their prices are very good and they open weekends.

Had an oil change and when I picked my truck up The cost was $26 more than what I was told it was gonna be, said it used an extra quart of oil and they had to use a filter off the shelf, not my problem to start with, but no phone call or nothing to ask if the extra was ok, just did it and charged me extra when I had no choice, then when I told the service manager it was unethical and I would not be back, his response was “no problem, have a nice day”. This place needs to remember where their paycheck comes from and where they would be without customers.

I just would like to give a warm shout-out to this team for going over and beyond when servicing my 2003 Subaru Outback. A week ago my tire caught an unexpected nail in the sidewall deeming it a un-patchable tire. The time couldn’t be more worse when this happen -it was the middle of a winter storm and my current transportation was jeopardized by the unforeseen circumstance. Thank God I had the tire warrantee however this took some patience on my part . (online order it’s a little different than in store purchase tires so I had to order it myself and had it shipped to my residence) Was a struggle making it through the week until the holiday passed and the tire arrived 4days after ordering-not typical but it happened. Booked the appointment for the following day and Finally ,able to bring the new tire back to Walmart auto. Service was prompt,friendly,efficient and reliable I even added a rotation since I’m here. Furthermore I’d like to acknowledge the Auto Technician staff for an amazing job Thank you Jesse ,Scott,Ray,Jeff and the crew for another great experience . I’ll definitely be back. God bless Get the warranty (saved me a lot of money since your reimbursed for the amount of tread depth not used) Thanks again

Only with appointment- if u go waking up need wait more the 3 hrs cuz all appointment tire - lube go first. Now no have car for charge oil but work in car have the day before. I come at 7:30 is 10;40 I continue wait. Don’t go here. The other Walmart take waking in do all the job in lest 1hr.

I’m sure they do fine work if you can get any help. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, no help. Walked around the auto area looking for an associate, nobody around to help. Even tried calling the store while standing at the counter, no answer. Hopefully you have better luck than I did

I ordered my tires and chose an installation date for Thursday, two days ago in store. I got an emailed late last night (Tuesday) that my installation was cancelled and to pick up tomorrow, Wednesday. I choose a new installation time for tomorrow Wednesday. I got the email saying my installation was confirmed and then 2 seconds later that my entire order has been cancelled. Aparently when I approved the transaction at my bank that wasnt good enough for walmart and I was flagged as fraud. I have to wait 10 days to order or I will be charge $500 again which i obviously do not have. I would not recommend purchasing tires from Walmart. They will cancel your order and tell you Ops you were flagged as fraud. Unacceptable.

The wait time is insane. Expect to wait 3+ hrs if your service is not a simple oil change. They don't go in order of first come first serve. Front desk service members were very friendly and don't mind answering your doubts. I appreciate my that!
