Somehow was charged more than advertised and the staff were mediocre. Not very attentive and mostly concerned with upselling their services. I have service records from a radiator flush 3 months ago and the guy literally told me “if I didn’t do it then as far as I’m concerned it’s never happened and you should do it”. Was not thrilled with the service and will not return to this location.

Since June 19 I have been waiting for Grese Monkey to respond because they damaged the engine of my car by doing an oil change and not putting the screw in the oil tank, as a consequence the engine was ruined and as of August 15 they have not done to solve the problem. they left me without a car. I hope no one hires the services of this company and if anyone else has had problems with them we should come together to make a class action lawsuit. We cannot allow companies like this to abuse people. OLD POST ==== this is incredible. On June 19 I filed a complaint for the poor oil change service by not putting the cap on the oil tank causing my car to not want to drive. To date I have the car stopped at my house and they only call me to ask for more photos, more details and they do not solve the problem that they have caused me. I am almost 2 weeks without being able to use my car. They called me to tell me that they are working on my case and I am still without a car. to whoever sees this complaint NEVER USE THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. NOT only do they damage your car, they do nothing to solve the problem THEY CAUSED, they just call to ask for more information, I think they are waiting for me to get tired and leave things as they are.Bad work and service. The manager 0% gentle.

I recently went to Grease Monkey for an oil change. Make sure you ask for Jeff. He will always give you an honest answer. The service was quick and efficient, and the technician, Jeff, was courteous and helpful throughout. While I wasn't initially aware that topping off fluids and checking tire pressure were included in the oil change, I appreciated that Jeff took care of these without me having to ask. He also mentioned that my tires were showing some wear and recommended an alignment. As someone who isn't very familiar with cars, I found this advice to be very helpful. I wasn't pressured to get the alignment done because they don't do them. He was just making me aware. Thanks to Jeff for the great service and for making sure my car is in good shape!

Asked for a synthetic blend was charged for full synthetic, asked for 5w30 got 0w20. Denied the filters and went to replace myself 30 min later and the air filter was jammed in the intake wrong and the cabin filter door wasn’t securely replaced. Id recommend taking your car somewhere else for service. Theres cheaper places that will pay better attention to details rather than rushing through the work.

A little strange to get a checklist marking off things checked like tire pressure and clean windshield and double checking for myself to see them not completed.
