This place is completely unprofessional, deceitful, and disrespectful in their auto repair services. I cannot endorse them in any capacity, especially for warranty work. They overcharged me and I just discovered I shouldn't have been billed out of pocket for taxes after my warranty covered the rear differential service. They waived my deductible due to how their care representative, Frank, handled the situation. I wanted to take my car elsewhere because of the sheer lack of professionalism and disrespect I experienced from their entire staff. I am disgusted by how I was treated from start to finish. I strongly advise against using their services; they are dishonest and untrustworthy.

“I had such a great experience at this repair shop! I stopped in because my gas cap had failed a test and I had no clue what to do, and they took a look at it right away. Not only did they fix the issue in just a few minutes, but they were so polite and I didn’t feel judged. It’s so rare to find a place that’s honest, kind, and willing to help without trying to upsell you. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future work, highly recommend!

My 2006 Honda Accord wouldn’t start, so I had it towed to **Service Street Tire & Auto Repair**. I spoke with **Frank**, who told me there would be a **$99 diagnostic fee**. Later, he called and said the issue was the **starter**. Before authorizing the repair, I specifically asked him if that was the *only* problem — meaning that once the starter was replaced, they wouldn’t come back and tell me there were other major issues. Frank assured me that *“we don’t do stuff like that here.”* Based on that, I approved the **starter replacement for $1,080**. A short time later, I received a call saying the starter had been replaced but the engine had **no compression** and would need a **$6,000 rebuild**. I declined the additional repair and asked to have my car returned. To my surprise, I was told I had to pay **$454 in labor** for installing the starter before I could get my car back — even though replacing the starter did not fix the problem and I had been told earlier that wasn’t going to happen. Overall, I left feeling **disappointed and misled**. I understand diagnostic fees and unforeseen issues, but when a customer asks in good faith whether a quoted repair will resolve the problem — and is assured that it will — the shop should stand by its word. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars and still have a car that doesn’t run. **Update:** After I posted my review, *Mindy Chavez*, the regional manager, reached out personally to apologize for the miscommunication. She handled the situation with professionalism and arranged a $314 refund, which I truly appreciate. Mistakes happen, but Mindy’s follow-up and integrity really stood out. It’s clear that the company cares about customer satisfaction and takes responsibility when things go wrong. That kind of response earns my respect.

Water pump went out on my little Ford Ranger truck. They did an inspection and also found another coolant leak and removed the intake manifold to get at it. They fixed the leak under the manifold and replaced the water pump - with a defective water pump that sprayed anti-freeze all over my office parking lot. I looked under the hood and noticed (literally) loose screws that had only been screwed about 1/4 way into their sockets. So they replaced that water pump too (no charge for the second one at least). I drove it less than 30 miles. It made a constant tapping sound that was new and then it sprayed gasoline all over my office's parking lot. Had to get it towed. They said that the fuel injectors were cracked but denied it had anything to do with their work on the car. They did agree to replace the fuel injectors at 50/50 cost - I paid for parts and they covered labor. I again drove it less than 30 miles and it was now leaking oil, smelled of burning oil and the check engine light was on. It had never leaked oil before. I discovered that the dipstick tube was loose and came out of its socket - that had never happened before either. So I took it back (trip #4 if you are keeping track). New spark plugs, at least at no charge. They claimed it wasn't leaking oil, (not that they could see) and that they had put the dipstick tube back in place. Took it home and went over it closely. --The tapping sound is still there and I think it is probably a leak in the exhaust manifold. --Dipstick tube is still loose, I looked at it and it looks like it needed to be secured when the intake manifold was put back during visit #1. But now it looks like it can't be done right without loosening or removing the intake manifold and replacing it correctly. --It leaks quite a bit of oil around the back of the engine - not uncommon in old cars but it didn't do that before. Like maybe an ounce of oil every time I drive it. --I counted at least six missing bolts, including the one that holds the dipstick tube in place. --Some random bracket just hanging loose from a hose, not attached to anything else. Repair cost exceeded resale value, and after four visits the car is in worse shape than it was before the water pump went out.

Had the recent pleasurable experience working with Zack from service street. Just passing through town and needed the transmission to be looked at just to make sure we weren't having any issues. They are able to smoothly get us in right away take a look at everything

What a great place for your car... couple hours before Thankgiving we were having issues with our 2017 Lincoln. Jay went out of his way and got us back on the road quickly. Best customer service weve had in a while. Thank you Service Street.

I had such a great experience at Service Street! The atmosphere was welcoming and the place had such a positive vibe. A big shout-out to Skyler and Frank — they were incredibly nice and kind the whole time. They made sure everything went smoothly, answered all my questions, and treated me with so much patience and respect. Their friendliness really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Survive Street to anyone looking for a great time with amazing staff!

If you're ever worried a shop is going to do more damage than good to your vehicle, then you're spot on with Service Street. They underfilled my transmission on a routine drain and fill. I immediately took it back to service street and they refused to look at it when the underfill was causing a grinding noise, only saying "its not our fault". After posting a negative review the manager had me bring it in a week later, and found that yes they underfilled and proceeded to "top it off". They have caused permanent damage to the transmission on my truck and avoid any responsibility for turning me away when I immediately tried to address the problem with them. Avoid this place if you value your money, or any sort of honesty and fair treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at Service Street and plan on making it my regular auto repair shop. I had a lose part falling off my car and they fixed it for me at no charge. The staff is both very friendly and professional. Their wait area is ample with soft comfortable chairs and a TV and their deals on oil changes and with several other car work (along with coupons they can mail to you) are real cost savers. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Been looking for a replacement service so I could stop taking my Rav to the dealer for simple things like Oil Change, Tire rotation, etc. Thought I would give Service Street a try. They're nice enough at first, but one of the things I asked them to check was for any screws or nails in my tires as I'd been losing tire pressure quickly. I got the highly gaslightey, "we checked, but it's probably cold weather." (I took the Rav to Discount Tire two days later, who found the screw and fixed it.) Also, my window washer fluid wasn't filled, so now the entire visit is in question as I can't really verify that any of the work happened because they also didn't even provide a 5000 mile/next change sticker. Just really questionable service, and not a great overall experience. I won't ever bring either of my cars here again.

I came here to get my tire patched and was happy to learn that they do something called a plug which lasts longer then a patch and is more efficient. There was no wait time and I was taken care of very quickly. I appreciate the crew here and how efficient they are. Would definitely recommend!

It’s February 27 a Friday. I just got done fixing my grandma‘s tire for her Lincoln town car and put it back on and all of the other tires needed some air service street was supposed to be open until six. I showed up at 10 minutes before six and was turned away and told the compressors were off. I worked in a shop for over eight years and I love helping people that’s why I had to leave that industry because it’s rare to find it. What did you have to do to start that air compressor up and fill my tires up? You were gonna be there for 10 minutes until 6 o’clock anyways and you couldn’t flip a breaker or a switch on and even hand me the hair hose so I could fill my grandmother‘s tires up, but it’s all good. I use the gas station one for three bucks and I’ll never stop at Service Street again.

This place went above and beyond! Not only did they take care of the issue causing the check engine light but they also took it to get emissions which was my overall reason to get this work done! It was truly a surprise and they gained a customer for life. Christian was great and kept me informed every step of the way before proceeding. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and attention. Called for a tire plug and the store answered right away and said they can work me in. Upon showing up Frank was courteous and moved quickly to get me in the shop. Skyler promptly assessed the tire and determined they could patch it. I was in and out quick and felt they provided superior service. Very comfortable waiting room as well. I shall return.

Took a car in for a pre purchase inspection and they were affordable and got me out quick. Kelly was incredible going in depth about the vehicles specifications explaining what I should and shouldn’t be concerned about with this car. She took time out of her day to answer unrelated questions I had about another vehicle. All around great experience with service street, they were very friendly and quick. I will be back, thank you again!

They were very communicative, fast, and knowledgeable. The techs who worked on my car were Harold and Derrick. Phoenix diagnosed my car, and Thomas was the service writer. Everyone did such an amazing job and really fixed up my car. Highly recommend if you want to have reliable, fast, and accurate service.

I am a returning customer and am always very happy with the service. My appointment is always scheduled, and the mechanics are on time and thorough. The men at the front desk are always kind and provide excellent customer service. I appreciate having a heads up regarding anticipated service so that I can plan and budget and the prices have always been reasonable. I'll be returning in the spring for an a/c check and transmission maintenance.

This body shop is absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I visited twice for wheel-related issues, and they inspected my car very thoroughly both times. Even though I offered to pay, they refused to take my money. It’s hard to find a shop with this much integrity and generosity. I am so grateful for their kindness. I highly recommend this place!
