Isaac was good at explaining everything…. But I asked if they refilled my windshield wiper fluid and I was told yes ma’am we did and that’s not true. There was no windshield wiper fluid so it makes me wonder if everything else was checked.?

Came here to get an oil change for my work pickup. Being able to just drive up without having an appointment and get an oil change was a big plus as this location does not seem too busy. It's not the cleanest location I've been to but it's also an oil change spot so... One of the employees had a dog that was barking, whining, and running around the whole time in the shop area which didn't seem safe and was a bit annoying. My biggest complaint is that I asked for 3 things to be done, one of them being the tail light to be changed out. When I was being checked out, I was not made aware that the tail light was not changed out. That would've been good to know. They also are recommending an oil change every 3000 miles for synthetic. I asked why and he said that's what they recommend. Dodge recommends every 7500-10000 miles. That's a bit sketchy. Overall, I can't say that I recommend coming here.

I am sorry I interrupted them, no cars in the shop when I arrived, had to look for anyone to assist me. Took 40 minutes to get everything done. My car sat there done for 15 minutes before I got anyone to check me out. During my Waite I got to see one of the staff having a tantrum over one of the employees cars parked over 2 spots, one of them being a handicap spot getting a ticket.

Took almost an hour. Seen that my radio was adjusted to a station that I don’t have in my memory. When asked why it took so long they gave me the answer the boss was having a meeting. Been going to this store for several years but after today not sure I will return.

You know as many vehicles that keep incoming and the up charge for the materials they supply, to see another conglomerate of a company especially established in "Big Oil" that they fill the need to do away with the free coffee/tea to their customers and save to line pockets for bigger bonuses and sell MORE product. This is the reason for the reviews rating not due to the service provided but by the decisions of the Brand. I'm forced to deal with this entity due to a fleet requirement for company employed by.

It’s almost been a year that I have a bad spoon with them. My truck is not working. Supposedly they do the claim and I haven’t received a response from the claim. I called to the claim members and then I haven’t have any response since almost a year they supposed to do the oil is not the first time it’s been happening to two different great monkeys so people please check your vehicle when you’re doing the oil change cause they don’t do anything

Very bad experience. When I arrived, I was greeted with a bad attitude. When I requested the service, they simply took my car without asking what type of service I needed. They went ahead and used the oil they chose without informing me, and it turned out to be the most expensive option.

I like dealing with Greasemonkey, but you need to make a printer friendly email reciept. I just need a single page reciept, not a three page version with color everything. Make it 1 page and black and white. Please don't waste my paper and color ink. What services did I get, I got an oil change, not listed as an option.

I had a great experience today at Grease Monkey. I was greeted quickly, and my car was taken back almost immediately for service. The manager went over recommendations for my vehicle and was very honest and fair with what needed to be done now, and what could wait. He also explained how they test each fluid, and in the end, even walked me out to my finished car and opened my door. Great, kind, fast service from start to finish. Thank you!

2012 BMW X5 XDrive35i : We brought the car here on 12/22/2025 for an oil change. About a week later we receive the critical "Low oil pressure" warning. I brought the vehicle back for reinspection and was told it may be a sensor issue even though the sensor was brand new. I ordered the adapter tool for the oil cap and a new oil filter and cap as I suspected they threw away the oil cap centerpiece with the old filter. When the items arrived, my suspicions were confirmed. The centerpiece was missing along with a gasket that controls oil flow into the engine. I inspected the filter for metal and luckily there was none. This could have resulted in catastrophic overheating and engine failure. NEVER AGAIN! I'll take responsibility for bringing the car there in the first place. If Grease Monkey employees are not familiar with European vehicles, they should refer customers to another shop. If you have a BMW or Mercedes, think long and hard before settling for Grease Monkey.
