EXTREME OVERCHARGING, DISHONESTY, AND DANGEROUSLY BAD WORK. AVOID! "I cannot stress enough how unethical and unprofessional our experience was at this Firestone location (120th & Colorado Blvd). We were completely ripped off on a Fuel Pump replacement. They charged us a whopping $1300. When we questioned the price, they were dishonest, claiming the part alone cost $900. After checking, the actual retail cost of that fuel pump is about $500. This is an $800+ markup for terrible service. To make matters worse, the Horns they installed don't work at all. If my son needed to honk to prevent an accident, no one would hear him—a complete failure of basic safety and poor workmanship. Staff member Alex was shockingly rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. They treated my husband and son very badly and ultimately refused to give us our car back unless we paid the full, overinflated $1300 charge, plus the cost for the installation of the horns & labor. This business is untruthful, unethical, and dishonest. We have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Do not take your vehicle here unless you want bad work done and to be financially scammed."

They were able to mount my 33 inch tires after Midas couldn’t do it (which is why I gave an extra star). But they charged me for a full alignment and said they could only adjust the toe and not the caster or camber because of my 2 inch lift. There’s plenty of room left for adjustment on the camber and caster retainers. Seems rather lazy to me. If your suspension is modified, I would avoid this shop unfortunately.

Every time I come here its been excellent service. Took my Kia in the other day with a engine cooling fan relay switch having intermitant issues. The fan would turn on in the middle of the night and drain my battery. These guys found the only new switch in Colorado in Windsor, got the part to Thornton and had my car running the NEXT DAY. I love them :)

Worst place to go if you need assistance. My wife showed up with a flat tire looking for a repair. They didn't even move her car to see the issue. They just told her tires are ruined and all 4 need replaced. These tires are not even a year old on a brand new bmw. Quoted her 2800 dollars for new tires and wouldn't even look at our tire to see the issue. I took my car up the road for a second opinion, and they found a nail in the tire, patched, and had her back going in less than an hour. Firestone would even put air in her tire before she left. Most dishonest place, and i will never go to another firestone. Be careful when they tell you that you need new tires because most likely you dont. Picture shows the huge nail they wouldn't even look for and the supposably "cracked and dry rotted" one year old tires.

I went in to get the air in the tires checked and Alex found some metal in my tire. It needed replacing. He was kind and explained everything he was doing. He had the tire in stock. I am in the clean waiting area. I also want to note that the bathroom was clean. Alex gave me exceptional service! I would recommend this Firestone to others without question.

Went in for an alignment and got an alignment. Quick turn around considering how busy it was especially on a Sunday. The guys there are welcoming, easy going and pretty transparent when it came to recommended services. My only pet peeve is the higher ups pushing for extras and the cost of labor, if you can do it yourself, do it but if you come in with a broken axel then obviously let them work there magic, I’d trust there mechanics. Unfortunately my pockets can’t afford them. Overall it was a good experience and recommended coming to this location.

Went here to get a quote on new brakes. They were the only shop out of 4 shops that said my front brakes needed done and my rear were fine. The other 3 shops I took it to all said and showed me that my rear brakes were almost gone and the caliber was seized. Firestone did not mention or show me this. They also tried charging me for the brake inspection when it clearly states free on there website. I would not go to this location as it seems they are only looking to make money and not actually fix your car properly.

Very unsatisfactory experience. It started off good enough, they said they’d be able to get me in same-day, next day at the latest. So we towed in our dead vehicle on Saturday. I called Sunday evening to follow up. They said they needed more techs to push the vehicle into the bay, so it would be Monday instead. Monday comes and goes, nothing from the shop. I finally call end of day Tuesday… “Sorry we’ve been backed up. There’s two cars ahead of you, we might get to it tomorrow” Staffing issues I can understand. But it costs $0 to make a phone call and tell the customer what’s going on. It almost feels like they felt we were captive customers because our vehicle wouldn’t start. After all, who would want to tow again, once you’re at a shop? We took our vehicle to another shop.

I brought my car in for check engine light diagnostic. They put codes on my final form that do not exist in my car. The Tall (hair thinning manager) told me I have a blown head gasket and it will be 5,800 to repair. I took my car to another auto shop and they told me your head gasket is fine and your oil and coolant is not mixed. They also showed me the ACTUAL check engine codes I have. I will file a lawsuit against this shop for fabricated diagnostic IF I DONT GET MY REFUND.

The guys there were really awesome, I had a serious broken brake caliper and rotor damage on a roadtrip home to Nevada, on a Sunday, no one else in town would do it but the guys at Firestone went out of their way to get it fixed for me and got it done the same day. The team at this location is amazing!! Ive recently been to 4 mechanics regarding the same issue, all of which gave me different information but the tech who inspected my vehicle found a solution and I’m so grateful. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. This Fire Stone location (120th & Colorado Blvd) charged us $1300.00 for the new fuel pump our horns that they installed are non-functional and were clearly installed incorrectly. The part itself for the fuel pump only costs about $500, showing a massive markup charging me $900.00 for a $500.00 dollar part for. When we tried to address the issue, they refused to give us our vehicle back unless we paid the full. We asked them to remove the horns and then they wanted to charge us again. I told them if a plumber installed plumbing that didn’t work they would demand a correct installation of the plumbing. This is no different. Speaking with Alex at the store he was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. He was rude and kept insisting the horns 'work' despite being inaudible and useless as a safety device. This is unacceptable. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) over this egregious service and pricing. I highly recommend everyone avoid this specific store if you want to avoid being ripped off and getting extremely poor work done."
