You won't find a better maintained car wash anywhere else. The touch free wash works amazing, and the Newington location even scrubs your wheels clean. Owner is very responsive should you have any questions or concerns.

We did a full wash cycle on our Civic, and the pollen was still on the glass, thick enough to see the windshield wiper imprint. Windows were still coated in residue and pollen, too. The cleaning isn't 100% thorough, but for a touch free wash, it's decent if you're in a pinch.

I used the touch less bay to wash my car at the Corbin location in New Britain and I’m pissed because my car isn’t clean at all, a waste of $11.00. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. 😡 Earlier today I posted a review about my experience at Wave Car wash and to my surprise I received a response from the owner. This is something missing in a lot of businesses these days, great customer service. This owner went out of his way to address my problem and I’m very much impressed. There are signs posted all around the car wash that state if you need any help call, and I can see that he stands behind his product and services and wants to satisfy each customer. That alone for me means a lot. I do recommend this car wash to anyone who wants to spend their money in a place where the customer is appreciated.

The car service is satisfactory, especially for those who are not fond of moving giant swirls. The pressure water used to clean mainly the undercarriage part is strong enough to remove unwanted debris. The foaming and water supply in rinsing the whole car is simply touchless and excellent. No worries about dings and scratches. The place is highly recommended.

There have been some improvements to one of their machines when you purchase the wheels package. I'm waiting to see if they can get their app working. I'm editing my post based on car wash itself. I use it very often and works great. I especially like the wheels package.

Wasting of money… Been there 2 times. First one it didnt cleaned the car properly but as i paid for a montly subscription i gaved it another chance. Next time the camera didnt recognize my plates and i was trying couple of times to moove it and finally it recognize me. After i get in it still didnt clean it properly + as a bonus it scratched my rims on a brand new car.

This place offers so much more than most other car washes. Includes an automatic car was AND self serve, which has everything I needed to make my car look beautiful for the car show. Not crazy pricey either, and accepts apple pay. Nothing beats this place

Not bad for the price. Won’t ruin your paint as it is touchless. Feels like the water pressure is not strong enough to clean your car completely especially if it hasn’t been washed in a while, but it’s good enough.

This car wash is average. I purchased the most expensive touchless package for my Beamer. The cleanliness of the body was a bit better than other touchless car washes. The wash itself is a bit slow. The wheel cleanliness was unsatisfactory. But then again bmws are notorious for brake dust. If it wasn't for the convenience of touchless, the cost effective alternatives is self service options as you can scrub and brush.

Good for tires and undercarriage, for a complete cleaning, may need to pre-hand wash sides, maybe add a bucket 🪣 with soap and soft towel to give quick scrub to sides before driving in.

Not happy.. I had called the number on the website asking about the TOUCHLESS wash and the guy told me to call a car detailing company that's in the same lot. At the time I thought he was referring me to the person that manages the touchless car wash because I had thought he said that he did the detailing and to call the number he gave me. I didn't say anything about detailing I specifically said touchless car wash and even said which package I wanted. But anyway I called the number he gave me and spoke to the guy on the phone and again asked about the touch less car wash, I even sent the guy a photo of the website and the service I wanted because I was confused because the pricing was 5 dollars more than what was on the website. After I sent the photo the guy recognized the site was for the wave car wash and I had thought they were apart of that company because he had me pull up to their car wash section. So they started the wash and as soon as the guy start rubbing the soap in I knew it wasn't what I wanted. Had they did the wash the correct way I wouldn't be as upset but they did rinse, soap, scrub and then rinse when you're supposed to soap and rinse first before scrubbing. So I paid 20 dollars for them to scrub dirt on my car. They really shouldn't be sharing a number because it just causes confusion. If someone calls the number on your website then that's the business they're referring to.

Machine does not work to pay for touch free car wash. Credit card machine doesn't work, tried a $10 bill and didn't work either. Did not return cash. Awful machine and experience. Number goes to voicemail. Let see if the business is honest and calls me back with a refund. UPDATE: Received refund in the mail after incident occured. Will put 3 stars because the code provided didn't work so never got my car washed. Lost my time twice trying to use their service. At least honest enough to refund $$.
