Wayne's Automotive, Ontario -- with Jim at the Helm, is By Far THE BEST Place to take your vehicle for repair. I have been utilizing Jim's Services for YEARS (literally 15 +), and I can Honestly Say that I have NEVER had ant kind of an "issue" (whatsoever) with any of his work (which Is not surprising since he "puts his money where his mouth is," by owning and maintaining several Extremely "Cherry" Vintage / Muscle Cars). Jim Really Knows his stuff. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for some "local chain stores / shops," or Even Dealerships (where I had someone "forget" to torque my lug-nuts!) At Wayne's Automotive, Ontario -- I feel as though I am getting an "Honest Appraisal" from an individual who wants to be certain that any "problems" with my vehicle are identified and discussed; as opposed to some shops who just quote you some "low number" -- and then wait until your vehicle is on the rack before "mentioning" this, that, or the other thing. In Short -- I Trust Jim, at Wayne's Automotive to keep my vehicles in proper condition (and I have 3 vehicle, all of which I take to Wayne's, after having bad experiences at "local chain stores" and the Dealership). His expertise is far more valuable than what he charges for his service. I would highly recommend Way's Ontario to anyone who wants to take their vehicle to someone who is ABSOLUTELY an Expert (to the Nth Degree)!!!

I went in as a walk-in for oil change they took my information down they took my car did a full-service checked everything and Transmissions brakes suspension. Very honest upfront service and quotes did an awesome job give me my recommendation for future maintenance I was in and out of there in an hour and a half to two hours they did an awesome job I'm a returning customer I will be returning for future service and will be recommending then to my family and friends great place and very dependable and honest. I found Wayne's a while back when I needed a State safety inspection on my car. I was very happy with their service and work they performed. I have use Wayne's a few different times since and each time I have been pleased with their professional service, attention to detail and friendliness. Unlike other auto repair shops they are willing to talk with you, not at you. I suggest giving them a try you'll be happy you did.

Jim was great. Service was done quickly. He is very professional and funny and makes you feel comfortable. I got a smog check and a brake light fixed and was out of there in no time!!! Our Honda CRV was due it's 40,000 mile service and Wayne's was able to preform all required repairs in a timely manner and within the dealers guidelines. I take all my vehicles to Wayne's and would recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding repair facility. They find the problem and fix it right the first time so your not left returning over and over.

I called Wayne's auto repair after several other shops refused to diagnose Hyundai engine concerns. They all referred me to the dealership. I spoke to Jim and he said, they will diagnose. Phillip completed the repairs thorough and timely. Jim's explanation of the work performed was clear and concise, Jim also reminded me of my AAA discount!! I am glad I have found a mechanic for life!

I’ve been going to Wayne’s Automotive for some time now and they always do an excellent service. They do above service, fine things that I didn’t know that should get taken care of, like my cabin filter. It was so dirty, it needed to be changed. I told Jim to go ahead and take care of it. While waiting for the filter, I asked Jim about his family. He showed me pictures of his family.. II wish him his family, a happy Easter, paid my bill and left. Got everything taken care of, and I was pleased with everything.

Yesterday was my first time at Wayne‘s automotive. I met James the owner and he was very kind and polite and wrote up the work order for a smog test so I could bring it to AAA and renew my registration. He was very professional, And very sensitive to my needs. The service was quick and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for better service. As far as I’m concerned, I will return to Wayne‘s automotive when I need and I will tell my family and friends about the service that I received from James and Wayne’s automotive, which was excellent.
