Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I took my car to [WearMaster] after hearing some decent reviews, but I have to say, my experience was anything but satisfactory. First, the customer service was incredibly lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and it took forever for anyone to acknowledge me when I arrived. After finally getting someone to look at my car, I was quoted a price ($5,900) that seemed reasonable at first. However, when I picked it up, the bill was much higher ($13,000) than expected—there were additional charges for "unexpected issues" that they didn't mention beforehand. STOLEN Government Funds that were issued to them via check, and signed for repairs without my consent (forged signature). To make matters worse, after picking up my car, I noticed that the problem I originally brought it in for wasn't even fixed! When I called to discuss this, I was met with indifference and excuses. They offered to take a look again, but I wasn't confident they could solve the issue. Overall, I felt ripped off and frustrated. I would not recommend [WearMaster] to anyone who values their time and money. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

Definitely would return if ever needed. They were friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. They offer financing as well (which is a big help when you need thousands of dollars worth of work done). They got us in and out within a couple of hours while we waited.

Totally unsatisfied. I took my Jeep in to get serviced for brakes and door panel. They ended up having me take out a loan over $5,000 for other work they did that I didn't seek out. My Jeep still runs the same and my window got stuck the other day. I didn't initially know the price of the repairs until after I signed off on it. I went back to speak to the owner and they told me he's not going to hear me out.

Went for electrical work and was told I needed new wires a starter and a new module . Got a call that my car was ready and soon as I got home I shut my car off and it didn’t start back up and was charged $1700 ! I took it to a new shop and was told they spray painted my starter instead of changing it I would not recommend dealing with this shop. They get over on females

All I can say is, don’t take your car here they are a bunch of scammers. They will mess your car up even more and will not do the work needed to be done. They did not give me back my screws once they put the hooks on. they told me they will order me some and come back. They were very rude after losing my stuff to go on my tires And will make things worse. Once you leave there. You will have something else wrong with your car that was never wrong before you took it there these are the worst people ever and they are scammers. They talk fast and do not take accountability for when they are wrong. Do not take your car to this

I’ve had a terrible experience with this shop and would never return. I brought my car in for a specific repair that I knew would cost $800. I was ready to pay that amount in full. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was encouraged to apply for financing so additional repairs could be done. I initially declined but eventually agreed to apply. I was told I was approved, and they went ahead with $1,200 of additional work, bringing the total to $2,000. After the work was completed, I was suddenly told that the financing was not actually approved, and I would need to pay the full amount in cash. Had I known that, I would have stopped all additional repairs and only paid the original $800. Because of this mistake, my car sat in their shop for two months while I scraped together the extra money. What’s worse is I was told this same “approval reversal” had happened to other customers too. If that’s the case, why continue encouraging people to apply for financing before confirming it’s finalized? During that time, I had to pay for rental cars to get to work and transport my kids, all because of their error. When I finally picked up my car, they acted as though waiving storage fees was a favor to me, showing zero accountability for their mistake. I paid the $2,000 and drove home. Within ten minutes, one of the same issues I brought the car in for ( the gear shift) stopped working again. When I called to report it, they immediately blamed me, saying I must have dropped something into the gear shift or forced it. I had the car towed back to them, but they couldn’t give me a clear answer on what they had previously done to repair the gear shift. I was promised a call back with that answer and that never came. I eventually had my car towed to another shop, where I was told the gear shift cable was broken and had clearly been tampered with. In short, I paid $2,000, my car still wasn’t fixed, and I had to pay another shop to repair it properly. This entire experience has been frustrating, expensive, and completely mishandled. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no integrity. I would strongly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere.
