This was our first time using Wes’s auto & diesel. Our 2018 Chevy diesel engine light came on I called Wes’s and they were able to get me in right away. They diagnosed it quickly and contacted extended warranty to have repairs made of course no coverage for fuel injector under extended warranty. Repairs were done quickly and we would definitely use them again for any future repairs.

Wes's was great! I was having issues with other shops who were going to charge outrageous labor costs just to diagnose my acceleration issues. We were about to throw in the towel and get a new car but decided to try one more place that was recommended by a close friend. They found the issue that other places couldn't find, a leaf had gotten lodged on a sensor in the air intake. They got it cleaned out and the car is running great! I am a customer for life.

Caution Poor Quality Service!!! I previously had my oil changed at Wes’s Auto and decided to have my son do the change because of the major price increase. When my son removed the oil plug it wasn’t tightened well and there wasn’t any oil plug gasket on the plug so the oil had been leaking very slowly and was caking around the plug area. Really what good mechanic would do this! The next issue was the mechanic tightened the oil filter housing so tight that my son couldn’t release it with the oil filter wrench. My son is very strong and has changed his oil and done other mechanical things. He tried many time but couldn't get the oil filter housing to loosen with the oil filter wrench. We finally had to just leave the old oil filter on the vehicle and add the new oil for the old oil had been already drained. That is the order of changing the oil. Now I had new oil and a dirty oil filter on the vehicle. The instructions online say to tighten the filter housing to 25# of torque and that is just a slight bit tighter than hand tightening the filter housing. I am sure a power tool was used to tighten the filter housing and now I will have to have another service station with power tools remove it on the next change. I don’t know what the mechanic was doing but he sure wasn’t careful with my vehicle. Sloppy work sure isn’t quality work so beware if you choose them to do your mechanical work! I wouldn't even give them 1 Star but that is the lest you can give.

Had injectors replaced never stalled with old injectors now can't drive 5 miles without stalling called the shop and was told you drove out of here you come in it's another d diagnostic and out of courtesy he could have just said bring it in and take a look at it since he put the injectors mechanic has no pride in his work

I wouldn't even give this place one star but that is the lowest star I can give. I have gone to Wes's for over 20 years but when I called to make an appointment and got a quote for an oil change the labor charge for the service had over doubled. An oil change is like a 15 minute job and to go from $20 for labor to $50 labor in a year was outrageous to me. I chose to go elsewhere but I am still getting emails for offers and asking for referrals after I kindly asked Chad to remove me from their email list. I was totally discouraged with their inflationary price increases and will not go back to a place where they don't appreciate the customers that have been with them for years. I also referred others to Wes's Auto. I will not refer any more people to Wes's. Wes was a great guy but his son's business ethics don't seam to be the same. They replied for me to come back and see what happened but that won't happen since the oil was drained and new oil had to be put in. The leaking oil was removed at the oil change. I couldn't drive the car without oil. They don't seem to have records but I have a copy of my receipt for the work and the stupid sticker they put in the tinted part of my windshield is still stuck there. I can't use anything strong to remove it without affecting the top tint of the windshield. This was just a bad example of their lack of care and concern for their customers.

I was in real trouble when I brought my car in. Wasn’t sure it was even fixable. The shop was great at communicating the issues they found, the plan on correcting, and everything along the way. My cooling system was in quite a bad state with blown gaskets and sludge ruining my life. I’m late posting this review, but I wanted to give it a few weeks and my car is running great! I really appreciate your professionalism and empathy, but most of all not having to return to have it fixed again and again-an experience I’ve had with shops in the past for less complex issues. Thank you very much!

Michael and John did a great job for us repairing and diagnosing our VW TDI. I am beyond satisfied with their knowledge, professionalism and fairness on price. They replaced the Water pump, Timing belt, and Thermostat on it along with diagnosing the Glow plug issue that was throwing check engine codes. Highly recommend to anyone.

The service was fine and I agreed to the price of the repair. I'm not looking for special treatment but the repair was very expensive in my review. I normally do my own repairs but the codes on the check engine didn't specify the censor(s) However, my Dad started to go to Wes in the late 80's when he ran into something that he couldn't figure out. I'm not looking for a special deal but I am looking for an honest price. Thank you!
