The service here is beyond great! I had the pleasure to meet Ryan and he is absolutely kind and funny. I had such a great time here that I promised that I would write this review and it is well worth it. If you have yet to visit this new location please do. You will not regret it. I brought back a few of my friends and though I was visiting California from Atlanta, I definitely look to do business with West Coast Customs. Thank you all for your Amazing and warm hospitality. JT

I'll be back for one of their $20 tours where you gain access to work in progress. (There's also a $75 VIP version) Immaculate facility, a showroom with some completed cars and a room with logoed merch.

A must-see Burbank / Hollywood attraction. Beautiful vehicles handcrafted by the professional staff presenting them. A museum, mechanic, auto customization shop, and merchandise shop all in one. Clean fun for the whole family and a great way to spend the day. Free admission with reservations available for large crowds.

We had a great time with our tour guide Jeff. We didn't catch her name but a lady with blonde hair and glasses was so nice and knowledgeable of the business also. She was very sweet to my son Quentin and Eli. We saw Ryan 5 times. He was really busy so we tried not to bug him. The only thing that could of made the tour better is pictures with Ryan but we understand he is a busy man π Thank you from Ohio people π

It was a awesome experience, the fella at the reception desk let us take a look around and take pictures with the car. He even took time and explained details about the cars. It was amazing experience, seeing it from tv and being there in person.

Fun store room. We did not go on the tour put just walked the front of the store. About 6 cars with the stories for each. They also has some sort of coffee bar? If you don't go on a private tour it take maybe 15 minutes through the shop.

Some nice modified cars, but you gotta pay like 25$ to take tour. Seen some stuff through the glass window and we definitely didn't pay money for that tour. i Don't think it's worth it, here are some pictures

2nd time visiting WCC at this location, 1st time it was amazing, 2nd year not so much. There was no new stock / T-Shirts in the shop and the cars in the showroom was the same from the previous year so nothing had changed in those areas. Shame tho as I love the brand. If it is your first time visiting then it is worth going to see if you are in the area.

Went on the VIP tour with Jeff and my family and I really enjoyed it. We got to see really cool cars and their current projects and it was awesome. We saw Ryan talking to an employee so we didnt want to bother him but we did take a picture with Big Dane and it was cool.

Jeff was nice and very informative to us. He told us a brief history of all the cars in the showroom, which mentioned that it was a lot of hard work in a schedule. The place is shiny, clean, and well maintained. It will motivate you to look around like you were in a museum. They also offer a car tour room that you pay for entry, and certain rules apply, such as no photos. They also have lots of high-quality merchandise and car cleaning products that I found useful for my car. I recommend coming here, especially if you are interested in cars.

Wow. Canβt say enough about West Coast Customs and Big Dane. We were in town from Nebraska and stopped by for a tour. The place is amazing and Big Dane is the man. He made us feel like we were getting a personal tour from a friend. As someone who works in the autobody industry I can vouch for the fabulous work they are doing. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail I saw exceeded my expectations. And of course we picked up merch at their store after the tour.
