Ali came to take my Rivian that had a dead 12V battery out of my impossibly steep and narrow driveway. He knew exactly what to do to get the car drivable enough to back it out of the garage and up the driveway safely. He showed up promptly, got right to work to make the tow doable. The location he had to pick my truck up from was being difficult, but he stayed calm, kept a great attitude, and communicated with me the whole time so I always knew what was going on. He made sure my truck got to its destination safely and on time. Highly recommend his service. He also offered additional auto service in the event the auto shop I was having it sent to was not up to par and was willing to take a look at my truck as well if I chose to do so. A+++
