I am very pleased with the service they did on my vehicle. Keano is truly amazing! He has the best attitude with customers so pleasant too work with. He kept in constant communication with me about the vehicle. He gave me a turnaround time and he delivered. Keano was honest about parts if they were needed or not. Never tried to overcharge for anything I didnt need. I will 100% be back if I need service on my vehicle again! They even washed my vehicle before returning it to me!

They did a repair on my truck following a fender bender in May of last year. When picked up I had to have door readjusted and tighten the hardware. Recently my window kept struggling to go back up, once apart the issue was not the window regulator, it was something to do with door channel. To their credit they took care of it, re-adjusting the door as well. Kelly at the front desk is easy to communicate with, good customer service.

Today I discovered two long scratches running from the headlights all the way to the back lights of my car. I called West Valley Collision Repair Inc. and spoke with Callie, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She invited me to bring my car in the *same day* to take a look and see what they could do. I didn’t catch the name of the technician who worked on my car, but he went above and beyond—working so hard to buff out the scratches. The results were amazing. The scratches are completely gone, and my car looks like new again! The customer service here is truly outstanding, the quality of work is top-tier, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind. Highly recommend West Valley Collision Repair Inc. if you're ever in need of auto body work!

These guys were amazing. Got my car in and out in less than 2 weeks after a car accident. The rental car was there and ready when we dropped our car off. when we picked it up we just left the rental with them, it was seriously so easy. Bryan and his team at West Valley Collision did a phenomenal job on our car. The bump and lights were completely ripped out, dents in the sides, back up camera didn’t work, broken door handle, broken and ripped seat, and broken sun roof glass. We dropped off the car to West Valley Collision and got it back pretty much brand new! We won’t be going anywhere else for our car repairs. Thank you all so much!

I had my skepticism when my insurance agent referred me with such fervor to this place. As this was my first accident to have happened, and with hearing multiple horror stories about going to repair shops. I was fairly apprehensive and bracing for the worse. To my surprise, the staff was super friendly and straight to the point, transparent and lined out what I should experience. Putting me at ease, and able to focus on dealing with the other junk that comes with accidents. Much as I would hope I am never in this kind of situation ever again. They definitely got a customer for life if there is ever a need for repair work to be done to any vehicle I have in the future.

If you want to be dealt with honestly and come away with your expectations exceeded and vehicle looking amazing, this is the body shop for you. I have dealt with West Valley Collision on 3 occasions to-date; twice due to wildlife-related damage to my car, and once due to an exterior detailing gone wrong (my spoiler got “buffed” down through all layers of the paint). Whether working with them through my insurance or directly, the experience is the same: a delight. Be prepared for a lead time on your project, but that should be seen as a good thing because this place is in high demand due to their top quality work. You will also be given disclosure upfront on lead time so you can appropriately manage your expectations. Darren is an absolute legend; he’s gone above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered, an accurate quote is given upfront, and that my expectations are exceeded. This last time I got into my car (which was ready three days EARLIER than originally predicted), and I discovered they had detailed the inside of the car and washed the outside! I was once again amazed at the level of client service I receive every time. I have witnessed the same level of service shown to many other clients as I’ve sat in their waiting room and noticed other interactions. I can’t say enough good about this business.

Edit 06/22/22 Had a slight issue with the fog light falling out of place and they got it put back in place no problem. I had been having issues with my passenger door lock actuator, bought a whole new lock assembly myself and had them swap the part out. They were done same day! Quick, friendly service and excellent work. It's such a huge relief to have the only other door on my coupe working again. I'll be using these guys for my needs from here on out. Ask for Darren, he's got amazing work ethic and really helped me out. They did an amazing job on my challenger! Darren was great to work with, everyone was super up front a friendly, and my car came back to me deep cleaned with a fresh coat of wax. Will use these guys again if needed!!

If I could give 10 stars and a fancy worded review, I would.. This place is possibly the best auto body, pain and restoration company I have experienced. I should know, I have a fleet of vans, a wife and I’m guilty of a few lapses in attention while driving myself. however, I am just so very grateful for the work, speed, dedication and of course quality of the repairs done to our company van. Paint, color match, windshield, gaskets and trim. Oh, this place deserves 10 stars. From the office staff and the estimators, yep..! All winners. Everything my wife wrecks from here on out….! Thanks to these guys “Toney” I had an issue from an under ground parking garage parking lot where I live. A pipe was leaking an got on my car. It had left some kind of residual something. I was referred to West Valley Collision by someone who has been using them for 25 years. I see why he has continued to be a repeat customer and refer them to anyone who asks.. My vehicle was not only repaired to what looks like new but they even took the time to do a wipe down and vacuum of the interior. Drove away feeling confident with a warranty for the work done and an appreciation for their attention to details and customer service. While I hope I don’t need their services again anytime soon, I am grateful to have a resource I trust if or when I do.
