This shop is extremely professional and provides very transparent service. I brought my 2006 Honda in for an alignment and some new tires and I felt the team went above and beyond to deliver a phenomenal experience. The shop is clean, the staff are well-versed in their automotive knowledge, and they have extensive ASE certifications lining the wall to support their automotive expertise. The communication was clear and I never felt they were trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary, contrary to other shops in the area. I will absolutely be returning for future repairs.

Five star experience! They were able to work on my car right away and replace the tires without any wait. I checked the reviews first and saw all the 1 star reviews at Costco and the horror stories of waiting 3 hours. So I came here instead and not only did they have me in and out in an hour and a half, they also charged about $50 less per tire than the original quote. Highly recommended!

Professionals par excellence. I’ve read some bad reviews here, don’t buy it. I came to get my summer tires put back on and had a few rims straightened. This place will assess your car, make a diagnosis, and spell out options. They are neat, organized, and concise. They are not the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for. I’ve entrusted my new Tesla to them multiple times. They showed me and my ride respect. Long history in the neighborhood with ethical behavior. All their people are focused on the job at hand. I had a flat tire on my new Mercedes AMG GLB 35 this past Saturday and initially took it to Pep Boys and Mavis Tire Discount Store. Both places said they couldn’t repair the tire and insisted on replacing it with a new one, which felt unnecessary because tire is in great condition. Then I called West Side Tire & Automotive, and although they were about to close, they agreed to inspect my tire. I stopped by, and within 20 minutes, they had it repaired perfectly. Unfortunately, the Mercedes hub cap fell off and got scratched after the repair. We are all human and accidental damage can happen, but I’m truly impressed that the West Side Tire & Automotive team took full responsibility and accountability for the damage. They fixed it promptly without any delay. The staff, especially the lady at reception and the technician, were very kind and professional from start to finish. On Monday, I returned and spoke with the owner, Gino Sr., who was incredibly helpful. He personally inspected the tire and approved a replacement hub cap. The receptionist coordinated quickly with the Mercedes dealership to get the original part, and later that day, Gino Jr. replaced it flawlessly. This experience taught me to always support local, small businesses rather than large chains like Pep Boys or Mavis, who seemed more focused on pushing expensive replacements instead of offering a fair repair. I am truly impressed with the exceptional customer service from the entire West Side Tire & Automotive team — the receptionist, the technicians, Gino Sr., and Gino Jr. I will definitely be returning for any future vehicle needs and highly recommend them to everyone in my network!

Went here for road force balance on friday. Im hearing the other guy that the roadforce machine was broken. Im not sure if they really balance my wheels, after the service they stated that my rotors are warped, that’s fine. On my way home no difference on vibrations. I haven’t got a chance to check the wheel because it’s so windy and cold outside that day. The next day (saturday) I checked the wheels, the weights is still the same weights I have and the worst thing checked my lug nuts and saw my stud was broken, it is over torqued, whoever torqued my wheels is unknowledgable, uneducated, brainless. On the invoice stated that “torqued on manufacturers recommendation” hell no.They didn’t even informed me that they broke it. Trying to call them at 2:30pm no one is answering, went to the place it was close already. But the posted closing time was 3pm. I don’t recommend getting service on them. Just go with the dealership or look for other reputable shop.

I had a crack in my alloy wheel, and they fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. I showed up at 8:30 on a busy day and they had me out before noon with my wheel fixed for under $200. The people I dealt with were very pleasant and straight forward. The place was packed with people getting all manner of services and repairs but they never got frazzled or impatient

Trustworthy, and thorough service!! Old school family owned. Came in for a serpentine belt replacement, mechanic found another issue, oil leak from cam seals. I knew engine had several issues and trust their diagnosis. Reasonable standard rates and they are willing to work with you. They don't pressure you.
