Great clean. I remember $2.50 car washes, but minimum wage then was $2 an hour, so probably the same value, but awesome job with much better lasting effect than those old washes!

DO NOT USE THIS WASH!!! Put a big scratch in my side trim and left lines of scratching along the rear spoiler and rear hatch glass. How dirty do the brushes have to be that they can scratch glass??? Unbelievable!

I've been with Wet Rabbit for years and results of the wash has never disappointed me. From my previous car to my new subaru now, I've been very satisfied every time I brought my car in. They also have a very friendly and helpful staff and the price is reasonable. I also enjoyed the theme Halloween wash this year! They really went out of their way. I got my car washed and had a blast.

Went in for the first time with my car i just got a week ago and this is what i got a horrible scratch in the Door handle and few other white line marks made by the rotating brushes also bought the unlimited pass that i will definitely not use again. Stay away from this place

I normally don’t get bothered by all that much nor do I leave reviews. But this place is new and I figured I should let me people know how my experience went.. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but once I got home to see how well the machine washed my car, it has a lot of scratches and chips all over the front and side of my vehicle.. thankfully it’s a gray color so it’s not as noticeable but first time going, and definitely my last as it damages your car half way through..

I canceled my monthly membership 10 days before my renewal date. I usually go thru once sometimes twice a day, it's my 4 year Olds favorite thing to do. When I canceled they assured me that I would still have my membership until the 26th. Well that was false. The car guard no longer goes up automatically, so I've had to explain to the employees that I have a membership that I recently canceled but it should still be good until the 26th. Usually they go check the computer and allow me to go thru, takes a few minutes. Today the employee called the manager to help and it took about 10 minutes for him to check the computer, when he came back to allow me to go thru the gate, he was very rude when he said that whoever canceled my membership deleted my plates from the computer. I asked does that mean that for the next 4 days I'll have to explain this every time. Which he very rudely stated " are you planning on coming back in the next 4 day?" Yes, I come almost everyday because I have a membership, its my sons favorite. He answered " then your gonna have to explain everytime and wait for them to check the computer" What kind of customer service is that? I paid for my membership for a whole month that means I have unlimited wishes until my membership ends, not until I cancel it. I shouldn't have to explain everytime that I have a membership in order to go thru the car wash, which causes the line to back up.

My husband got his truck cleaned here about 2 weeks ago. After going through there was black tar all over his truck. We told the attendant and he said he would take pictures and send them to his manager. Now, 2 weeks later, we still haven’t heard anything. We loved going to this car wash but it’s pretty unfortunate the way that they have handled this because we still haven’t heard anything.

Wife took my audi here and asked of it was touchless the person working told her and i qoute "we can shut off the brushes" . Turns out they cannot turn off the brushes and damaged 4k worth of paint correction and ceramic coating also causing very deep scratches and paint chips! Stay away from this place if you have a high end vehicle. I will be contacting them in the morning and filing a claim with there insurance.

Staff is friendly and car wash is gentle on our cars. We’ve taken three different vehicles (big and small) through the car wash and it gets them very clean. Free vacuums are a plus too!

Great deal for car washes. I do the basic plan, they give you half off the 1st month which is around the same cost of one car wash. Then costs about the same as two washes per month. Free vacuums whether you pay for washes or not. Damp towel traded out every wash, plus a dash wipe or car freshener and unlimited car washes on the plan. No fee to start or stop. Love this for the summer months. Friendly staff and I've not had any issues this year or last with my paint, VW Tiguan SE 2022. Recommended.

Horrible experience. I went back for a “rewash” only for them to still miss the dirt on my car. I tried going back through and let them know my car was still dirty, but I was told I’d have to pay for another attempt to clean my car. I will not be going back to this location. 0/10. This was not road tar, I was able to wipe it off with a towel at home. These machines do not work well and the woman working the line was incredibly rude.

This is a great place to clean up the ride. It's reasonably priced and after the wash you can vacuum out the car and they provide damp towels to wipe down the interior.

Employees at this location are much friendlier and nicer than the Marysville location. But this one leaves more spots then the Marysville but I think that's because Marysville hand dries and so they usually get everything. I'd give it five stars if they had compressed air at the vacuums for the Deep spots to blow out where the vacuum can't get to. Also when you're done washing your car the driveway at the end holds too much water and I end up getting dirty water on the sides just from driving through it. I do like that they introduced a multiple vehicle discount

I just had to share my incredibly positive experience at the car wash today! I pulled in with a car that was, let's just say, well-loved by the elements – mud splatters, dust, and all the usual road grime. But when I drove out, it was like I had a brand new vehicle! The automated wash itself was super efficient and thorough. I could see it really working its magic, hitting every angle. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail; my wheels were sparkling, and even the usually stubborn spots on the lower body were perfectly clean. There wasn't a single streak on the windows, which is often a tell-tale sign of a good wash, and the paint had this amazing, deep shine. Beyond the excellent cleaning, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through the process smoothly. The whole experience was quick, easy, and left me with a car that looked absolutely pristine. It's such a great feeling to drive away in a spotless vehicle, and this car wash definitely delivered. I'll absolutely be making this my regular spot!
