I probably could and should go into full detail about this dude and his work but I'm going to just leave it at 1 word "PRESIDENTIAL"! Top to bottom, front to back, inside and out he don't play around. Needless to say I'm picky about work and detail. Very 1st person I've ever let detail my vehicle and when I did my inspection not a single flaw. Will not pay no one but him for my detail. So long you allow him his time to show you love you won't be disappointed. So worth the price and over all value. Treat yourself, no regrets I promise!!!

Edward is compassionate. He took into consideration that I was helping out an elderly friend get her car cleaned and gave her a very fair price. A great experience! Hometown service. Edward was responsive, friendly and professional. I had my husband's car detailed for Father's Day. He had been bummed out about water spots on his paint and windows for a while and he'd tried different things to get them off with no luck. Edward had his truck for about 4-5 hours and it came back looking brand new!

I brought in my 2024 Toyota Crown because I'm old, hate washing, waxing, cleaning and or having to look at or operate a dirty car. Hands down Edward put the dealership detailers to shame. The ride returned a damn work of art. Tip to tail, inside and out, we are talking clean, fresh, looking good, sparkling with the chrome popping. Felt compelled to go drive around and show it off. Edward has a keen eye for detail and has developed Wet Wheels Auto Spa into best car spa in Vancouver. He is knowledgable, took the time to explain the process ensuring I understood everything. Don't cheat yourself elsewhere.

He stole my car by going on an unauthorized excursion, and not doing the job he was hired to do. It upsets me to my core that I literally paid this man to lie in my face, bully me, disrespect me, misuse my vehicle, run out my gas, put 100 miles on my car, and think he got away with it. He figured I wouldn't know what an interior detailing job looks like. This is a warning take away what you will from it!! He Picked my car up at 6:45 am and dropped it off at 1:45pm, it was only supposed to be a couple of hours. The dealership did a so, so job there was visible dirt because the interior is cream colored in my eyes it needed a deep cleaning because the dealership didn't do it. So I hired this crook! He was supposed to condition my leather seats, and detail the interior. He didn't even vaccuum, spot clean the stains, anything. He claimed he waxed my car (something I didn't ask for) but he didn't, it came back with the same detail job the dealership had done before my purchase which was two days prior. He only managed to spray something to make it smell good. He didn't know that I had GPS on my car, I have every single location he had been complete with the addresses, mph and gas used. I have thirty screenshots that show my car being in constant motion with the exception of two hours and those two hours were not consecutive. He dropped my car off with an attitude, he started raising his voice and yelling at me talking about his 5 star reviews pretending that he wiped things down, I asked him questions and showed him the dirt he never touched. When I asked him about the mileage and my GPS notifications for he said he had to take his kids to school and buy supplies. I told him If he would have said that was what he needed to do when he picked up my car, I would have let him know if I agreed with that or not, but he didn't give me the opportunity to do so. He said "well what was I supposed to do?" I have irrefutable receipts of our whole interaction.

Don’t second guess scheduling an appointment. I refused to wash my car since I purchased it over a year ago. I know to stay away from drive through car washes and finding a decent place was tough. I’ll tell you, I’ve spent this past year doing the research, so you don’t have to. Just give Wet Wheels a chance. Beyond amazing service and very fair price. We received clear communication and Edward even through in extra services at no cost. There is no question, I will keep coming back and look forward to working with him in the future.
