They scratched my brand new car and not only didn’t take responsibility, but the owner was super condescending. He told me that if you don’t want your car to get damaged then keep it in the garage. Yes I get that if you leave your car in a parking lot you risk it getting hit, but I don’t expect to leave a hand wash with 2 scratches. He also accused me of “refusing to let his employee fix it”. Totally false. After I showed them the scratch, some guy was walking up to my car with some chemical on a cloth and I asked what it was and he couldn’t answer. I told him I don’t want any chemicals rubbed on my new car until I know what they are, since I don’t know if they’ll damage the paint. The owner later explained what it was and I let him use it. All it did was make the scratch look temporarily better and now it still looks like crap. I later remembered when I was in the car while they were drying it and a woman came over to the exact spot where the scratches were and sprayed something before a few workers looked at each other and then she walked away. They definitely saw it got scratched and tried covering it up. Accidents happen but the owner needs to take responsibility and not treat a paying customer like first for getting upset that their car was damaged.

Never have visited before I’ve always gone to the self service wash… Never again!!! The whole crew really got the job done and I brought my black car there absolutely filthy from dust from a tree being shredded up and these guys really hit the nail with the hammer on this one. Totally worth the wait and I recommend it to anyone who cares about their car. They took they’re time with everything, which I did not mind at all; from cleaning my wheels and tires to even opening the door for me and my girlfriend as they told us my car was finished. Absolutely thrilled by wheelworks and I will be back soon!

You will come expecting a clean car for your money, depending on the services you choose, and leave with new stains and scratches. You WILL pay for your car to get either messier or damaged. Trust me, find another place.

Really good place. Been here more than 15 times in past 2 years, only once or twice it was so-so (never bad). I use to go to USA Carwah, but no more. This place is so much better. A little pricy, but I i guess $29 for a hand wash (inside/out) is a fair price. Come and see for your self...

Didn’t notice right away, but they damaged left fender on my dually—went right through the PPF. I had my kids with me, so I didn't check the vehicle out. Obviously, whoever did it didn't say a word. That’s how you lose customers, but I guess it’s no biggie.

I have avoided making this review as I have been a customer for over ten years, and the previous quality of the washes was excellent. Additionally, the owner and his wife are great people who try their best and always open for a conversation. But over the past few years, the wash quality has been rough for the quick wash/interior cleanings. Usually, I have one of my vehicles washed with Wheelworks at least once a month, and there's always something not correctly cleaned on the interior (mainly) each time. I understand people are human, and mistakes happen, but as a consumer, I shouldn't have to ask every time to redo or wipe down a basic area each time. It would be like going to McDonalds and getting a big mac made wrong each time like how frustrated would a person get asking them to re-make every time your order from there. I am not trying to be nitpicky and understand this is not a full-detail, but blowing out the cup holders or wiping down the center console area is not unique or out of standard service. I paid almost $80 (for reg wash, upgrade/ cleaning carpet mats, and tip) for one vehicle, and things are still not being cleaned properly (see pics below). I went with another vehicle recently and paid about $65 (for reg wash, upgrade, and tip), and after the cleaning, there was still dust on my center console, and the rearview mirror wasn't clean. As a consumer who is willing to pay for the upgrades to get it cleaned well and keeps trying to return to hope for change, I can't do it anymore. The amount of money that I am spending doesn't match the quality of service being provided anymore. I believe some more quality oversight by a manager or the owner would help with the cleaning issues or misses before presenting it to the customers in which I think they did in the past (like pre-2020) with someone named "Johnny". But anyway, best of luck for the business and hope things can change.

It’s decent but not great for the price. My truck is ceramic coated so hand wash our toughness is best. Took it here and paid $37 and the rims are dirty still and overspray from the tire shine. Windows are very streaky and even though they vacuumed it was done quickly that a lot of areas were missed. Not worth the wait. I also told my boss to take his truck there as it was recommended to me and he was very disappointed as well.

First time I was here it was not great but I alwyas give second chances and wow I never thought 7 people cleaning one car could miss so so much. It’s ashame because this place has the location, staff, and service’s needed. However my car had cigarette ash from someone cleaning it, they said they vacuumed but clearly didn’t. I mean yea outside is great but inside is def still dirty. I have some pics to show but I could take more but thought this review would be enough. It’s just a disappointment when you don’t get what you expect. And I’m not coming back for a rewash becuase it should have been done correctly the first time. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Great people, cool environment, but for $50 I expected at least a decent vacuum and wash, pretty disappointing to see a bunch of stuff that the vacuum would effortlessly pick up. Gave 2 stars because the people there are great, otherwise would have been less.

It used to be a good place before. And I used to bring my car here every once in a while. But I guess today was the last time. Idk what happened but employees are barely moving and did such a sloppy job on my car. I understand it's not brand new but it deserves to be clean. They left splashes on a front window from the cleaner I guess. Didn't even touch the doors from inside. And it's all for 37 bucks. No guys it's not the way to go. Look at the photos and tell me is that how the car has to look like after the wash? You guys are pathetic Upd.: awww I see. So it's all my fault now. My fault that your employees are moving like they don't care. If you are short-handed it's none of my business. My fault is that after an hour and a half of waiting My car looks like it has never been cleaned? That's why I didn't want to waste any of my time with you guys. 4(!!!) Of your employees were working on my car and couldn't see that it has never been properly vacuumed and cleaned. Look at the windshield. Its not what you called "missing something ".The reason I came to you is just to let you know that I'm taking my car and my business elsewhere. Stop making excuses and don't try to put the blame on others.

It was a bit of a wait because it was such a nice day. Exterior cleaning better than interior. Not much seemed done other than cursory vacuum. I likely won’t come back…$37 …photos are all After the wash. I think they tried to stand on car to clean the roof and never wiped their dirt off the side door

We took a used car here that we just purchased and it had stained seats. Spent over $100 to clean it inside only. When I got it back an hour later, it was in the same condition, same stains on the seats. The vehicle was not touched at all, all the dust was still there. The seats had an obvious spray stain, I guess they sprayed it with some kind of cleaning solution once, in one spot, but did not even bother to shampoo it properly. I was nervous coming here, because they already have many bad reviews. And I hate doing this, but I don't have extra $100 to throw away like that. I understand that we did not pay for complete detailing, but charging this much and giving it back in the same condition is unfair. We had to clean our own car the next day because of how bad their job was. The owner was nice, but I wish I listened to other people's negative feedback. It is true. I will add photos later.

The best car wash/detailing around here! Customer service is great, prices are pretty good and they always do something extra for their clients. The place itself is clean, roomy and located on the edge of a beautiful Pennypack Park trail. This is my favourite place now!
