Joseph and his entire crew at United Auto Collision are magnificent in what they do. Roughly two months ago, I was hit on the Right front of my vehicle and during the initial analysis of the collision, things weren’t looking too bad because my car WAS NOT totaled by the insurance company. However, due to the global supply shortages of steel (and various other things) it took WAY longer than anticipated for the parts to come in for my car. Not only did United get me hooked up with a rental the day of my collision (I was back on the road within hours of the collision to continue seeing my patients in home care…THANK YOU LISA!) they COVERED the entire additional cost of the rental they brokered me getting in the first place. (THANK YOU GABBIE AND JOSEPH!) You see, if my collision had occurred in 2019, my car would have been done within the first month and the 30 days or rental coverage from my insurance company would have been adequate. However, in 2021, getting materials for ANYTHING is complicated! United kept me INFORMED (THANK YOU JOE!), CALM (THANK YOU GABBIE AND LISA!) and kept me MOVING until my car was ready. Now, let’s talk about the craftsman ship that Joe (the manager of the production floor) and Joseph (the owner of the shop) used to get my baby back to me. I can’t tell that anything ever happened! The repair work is, in no uncertain terms, seamless. WHAT’S MORE: they returned my baby to me clean as a whistle! I hope that you don’t ever need United Auto Collision, but if you do…do whatever you have to do to get them to handle the work. You’ll be glad you did…believe me. ~ Tony Cheslock.

I throughly enjoyed the service here. I knew I was leaving my car in good hands from the moment I talked to Gabby. She was quick and efficient at answering my questions and addressing my concerns. All of the other shops in the area kept giving me the run around due to the national shortage on parts. United was the only place that I called that offered to take my car the same day I brought it to them. They did a beautiful job with the repairs. It looks brand new! I highly recommend!

Joe, his son, and Gabby are excellent. It feels like a family in there. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, someone hit my car and caused a fender bender.
