Paid $12 for the “ultimate” wash. The wash started and sprayed 1/2 my car and then broke down. Started back after a couple minutes sitting there, and only sprayed one second before stopping again. I drove off because I was scared of it falling apart on me and my son.

I wish I could give less than 1 stars. My mom and I stopped here 9/7/19 we used the self wash first and decided to go through the touchless also to make it extra clean. Well the touchless took our money but didnt work. We called the owner whose number is in the machine he kept yellimg at us how it was our fault and we dont know how to use it. He asked if we were still there and we had already left to go to a different he asked which one and we told him where we were and he said I hope it scratches your car. Horrible owner wouldnt stop yelling and being all around horrible.

Thought I would give a try from years ago that did not go well pd 11 dollars for the automatic wash I would have been better off spraying it off at home with the hose all the dirt that was on it is still on only now with some kind of wax on it. Fix the equipment or shut it down, will never be back. My advice to anyone is go somewhere else

Good well maintained site. Your selected spray for the wand gets there quickly. The purple soap in the brush is a bit hard to rinse. The final spot free rinse is excellent. Even if you hurry it takes about 10 bucks to get through the various cycles. Stay close to the central building as the selections get to the wand faster than the outside booths. I'll use this location again.

10-4-17, I purchased the basic $5 car wash, expecting at least the pollen & my windshield to be cleaned off. Unfortunately, that was not the case. As you can see in the PIC I took with my cell only 15 minutes AFTER the car wash showing how dirty my windshield still was. While $5 may not be a lot, it is to me. I expected at least to have the dirt cleaned off, particularly the windshield. There's no way to contact the company, as the receipt has ZERO contact info on it. All it has is your basic transaction info. The top of receipt only says: "Thank you for using our car wash! Please come again." I believe it's poor business when they can't even put name of the company, address & contact info on the receipt. Especially, if there's an issue with the car wash. Normally, I give great reviews online & rarely give bad ones. However, this place warrants saying something, as I was 100% not satisfied. I don't recommend them unless they change how their car wash actually cleans, as well as update their receipts to reflect their company name & contact info. Thanks for "listening"!

Automatic car wash is junk. Paid $12 and the thing never started. Then tried to drive through to get out because i sat there forever with nothing happening, the rails scratched my rims. Car wash is not wide enough for full size trucks. Stay away from this place.

Touchless Automatic! None of those filthy, paint scratching brushes! Affordability priced. I love that they have an option of undercarriage wash without tire shine. All those other paint-ruining tunnel washes always smear tire shine gunk along the bottom of your car right at the end, not here! I also tried out one of the self-service bays and everything was in working order. The only thing I wish they also had in the self-service bay would be pressurized air for drying. Definitely going to be my goto car wash.

I’ve been looking for a 24/7 car wash spot that’s quality and I’ve found it! It was an extra touch to meet the owner, Army Veteran Joe who was standing at the kiosk and he was pleasant, professional with a great why for opening up his own business's! I did the $14 wash for my SUV and got a free vacuum token with a nice cloth! Welcome to the neighborhood Joe. I highly recommend this car wash.

I was there today, 09/18/2024. I always take my truck to a self wash and before coming here I read the reviews as the reviews of the other self serve car wash places in Huntsville have received terrible reviews. I was hopeful as the recent reviews of Whip Wash sounded like it had great service and everything worked. Unfortunately, that was definitely not the case today. The rinse hose was working, albeit with less than stellar pressure but at least it was functioning. I prepaid for $15 as I have a large truck with a Softopper and it needed some scrubbing. The actual scrubbing hose had nothing coming out of it. No water, no soap, no foam, nothing. The wheel scrubber did work (for a while) and seemed to be using simple green, which I like, but after the first wheel it stopped coming out of the scrubber consistently. The Turtle Wax hose did absolutely nothing either, so basically I paid $15 to hose down my truck. I did spend an additional $2 on the vacuum but at least that was working properly.

No soap in the touchless wash at all, and spilled some kind of oil/hydraulic fluid all over my car when it was drying, causing damage to my car.

This car wash has made significant changes with the new ownership. I felt like the tokens I used gave me more than enough time to wash and rinse my vehicle. In fact I had to go look at the screen to make sure the timer was working. The tools are clean and well thought out. Great job!

This place had been doing much better, but it is now just disgusting. Went today and all of the bays are trashy and nasty and full of junk. The change machine did not work. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I actually got water and soap to use to wash my car.

I don’t know why some other people rated this car wash low. Susan seems like somebody that would send their steak back three times. This car wash was great. I’m from out of town and stopped to clean up one of my vehicles. Everything worked as is should. I used the card readers and they worked perfectly every time. I thought the place was nice and clean. I wish we had a car wash this nice where I’m from.

Doesn't work properly. Has taken my money with no wash. When it dis allow me to enter. It sprayed soap all over my car, then went straight to dry. Had to pay someone to wash, wax, and remove streaks from the body of my car. The person I called who owned Double Bubble was very kind and responsive, but it didn't rectify damage done to my car. PLEASE SO NOT USE THESE CAR WASHES UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR AUTOMOBILE.

This carwash isn't worth spending your money!!! It doesn't clean your car. Most times my cars look worst than before I pulled up. The soap is below bare minimum coming from the hose and ive shown it to the owner to let him see how its not coming out. Ive looked at my bank statements and on 2 occasions ive been overcharged and I DEFINITELY plan on getting my money. How is the carwash a minimum 5 and you dont use the 5 but I get a $19.99 charge on my card? Not good business thats scamming so be alert on your bank statements. Its sad that you made your concerns with the owner and there's no change. It use to be a good carwash

I’ve used the touchless car wash in the past here and it’s been fine. Today however it’s almost like it didn’t do anything to the bottom half of the car. Dirty all the way around halfway down. Maybe something is wrong with the machine?
