If I could give ZERO start, that’s exactly what I would give. Took my car there on a Thursday to get an oil change. Customer service seemed great. Everyone was nice, etc. Come Saturday I was stranded on side of the road. My husband came to pick us up, opens the hood, they left the oil cap off. So for 2 days I drove around with oil blowing out all over my vehicle. They were kind enough to get a tow truck to take it back to their shop, where it is still at, 2 days later and all they can come up with is the alternator is bad. 🤷🏻‍♀️ crazy to me how they did a whole run around on the vehicle 2 days prior and according to their tests, the alternator or battery either one were bad. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe I’m not, but their “apology” isn’t really good enough for me. I never leave bad reviews for businesses, but I feel this calls for one. Just be weary of who you trust with your vehicles, no matter how simple the task. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was absolutely satisfied with the service I got!!! They were very polite, respectful, and patient. They took the time to not only explain but also brought my old parts out and showed me. I absolutely loved being involved when possible. My service included a very detailed inspection pictures included and the level of importance. I’m certain I’ll be returning.

This place is a joke. I brought my car in to get a vacuum leak fixed and I gave them a paper with the codes that were coming up on the code reader. They said they were going to replace the Intake Manifold and clean the egr ports. They charged me $900 dollars up front. They tried to charge me $800 to change the oxygen sensor but I didn’t want to do that right now. When I got my car back I noticed it was shaking a little bit, I was driving home and I was at a red light right infront of my apartments and it died. My car has never died since I had it. I had to put it in neutral and roll back back into an alley way. I tried to call them but they had closed so I had to go up there the next day. When I went up there they told me they didn’t even replace the part they just cleaned it. They said they would try to fix it. I had it towed back up there and they called the next day and told me they didn’t know what was wrong with it and they tried everything… and that we should go to a mechanic shop with “better equipment”. We asked for the money back but they said they already did the service so they couldn’t. 😂 that’s wild. My car in the alley way⬇️

Honestly, amazing on how quick, clean, and thorough everything was. I own a 95, and maintaining it comes hard when you’re still in college and you have no time. So going to shop to shop trying to find someone to help, and especially trying to find a good price to match ( I’m broke with being in college ) Is hard to find. This is a great place for all of that, I even knew the guy working at the front desk, which made it even better. They’re honestly more thorough than even the Ford dealership I go to. They’ll take pictures of everything, and check everything, you have complete control over what they do on a website, and you get to see the price and everything. I can tell its healthy and honest work.

This place was great. Brought in my truck with a few broken head gasket bolts. They were able to extract them and get me my tuck back the same day. The details and pictures you get in the report were amazing. I hadn't had a mechanic send me so much information about other parts of my vehicle before. It was a great experience in contrast to another shop I took it to in Owen's Cross Roads.

The manager quit leaving the remaining mechanics in the lurch. I say this because while the added time was frustrating, the young gent who helped me out at the front while also working on cars was obviously stressed but exceedingly professional and friendly in the face of it, and he has my utmost admiration.

TL;DR: I took my car for a simple oil change, the windshield got broken while the car was in their custody and the manager/owner refuses to fix the damage or correct their negligence. On Friday, 10-24-25, I took my car to have an oil change at meineke in South Huntsville location. When my wife arrived to pick it up, she noticed a large crack on the passenger side of the windshield. I immediately brought it to the technician’s attention, and he called the manager, Logan (Anthony), back to inspect the damage. Once Logan came back into the shop, he took pictures of the damage and said he would contact me back the next day for a resolution. I waited until 4 p.m. the next day and had to call him myself. He claimed to have reviewed the footage and said “nothing happened,” suggesting the crack occurred after the car was parked outside, facing a highway, and therefore they would not be take responsibility and would do nothing even though the car was in their custody. Additionally, they forgot to put the “oil change” sticker on the windshield, a small detail that says a lot about their lack of care and attention… I then requested the corporate number, which he said he didn’t have, and would get back to me, which also did not happen yet. I later emailed Meineke corporate, only to be told that the locations are “independently owned and operated,” and they couldn’t do anything either. Translating to that being my problem after all, even though the damage occurred during the time the car was in their custody. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed by their lack of accountability and professionalism. If this is how they handle a and a relatively minor issue, I can’t imagine trusting them with anything more serious.

Today, my husband went into Meineke to ask about an issue with our car. Instead of addressing the specific concern, we were told that several other parts needed to be replaced immediately and that they could order the parts the same day. My husband felt uneasy about the situation and decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. The other shop confirmed that none of the suggested repairs were actually necessary. This experience left us feeling that Meineke was not being honest or transparent. We appreciate businesses that are straightforward with customers, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Adam and his team did an excellent job of replacing my rear oil seal. My SUV is 24 years old and had to have major work done several times this last year. Each time I brought it in for repair, they have always taken excellent care of me, sometimes having it repaired the same day. I have 200,000 miles on my SUV, but they have it running like new. Highly recommend!

The managerAdam and technician Ted are my new go to guys for car service. I'm impressed with the quality of service that I received. Meineke does more than exhaust work. A lot more than what I ever expected. I'm sorry to say there's other places that I have used but you guys won't be seeing Edith Appleton no more!! Not cool 10 minute express to charge me 1400 damn dollars for shocks all around and didn't fix my problem. Glad you FIRED that manager but I didn't get nothing out of it. He fired but you took my damn $$$ . May you struggle getting business from here on to the fifth power lol. Meineke is definitely a great place to go and I will tell all my friends about the Meineke on the parkway right by dunking doughnuts 10035 Memorial Parkway!!
