Had to return a few times but they was kinda working me in I still recommend them. Let me clarify this statement instead of changing it. When I say return a few times I mean too fix several problems. Only once was something unfinished properly on my alternator/battery, and had to have it towed back. No extra charge but I did feel that they should've covered the TOW TAG.๐๐๐ญ๐๐ค๐โ๏ธ

Russell Brothers Auto is the best repair shop in this city hands down. I have been having my vehicles serviced there for over ten years. They have kept things running that others have said could not be fixed, or a dealership suggests that it's time to purchase another vehicle. They work on any make and model of vehicle and can perform any type of maintenance from fluid changes, up to engine replacement. The staff is friendly and the service top notch. They have always had my vehicles ready the same day I drop them off. The value cannot be beat. They do not suggest needless services just to pad an invoice, if your car is not running or something electrical doesn't work, they will immediately get to the heart of the problem and take care of it. They stand by their work and I will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone if you need your car repaired take it to Russell Brothers, you won't be disappointed.

They were able to see my car day of, whereas the dealership didnโt have an availability till two months later. Not only did they see and fix the problem same day (battery replacement), but they charged a rate much less than the dealership as well. Would go to again.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for service and maintenance for 10 years now. They regularly charge me half what the dealership has quoted me for the same job. They're always busy (as people have caught on they do phenomenal work for fair prices), so sometimes you'll have to wait an extra day for your vehicle, but you'll always save money. Jim and Robbie have always taken care of me, know me by name, and only recommend repairs and maintenance on what's necessary. There's a reason they've been in business since the 70's. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Got my transmission fixed here. They were reasonably priced, answered all my questions, and treated me great. They got it done in a timely manner and even made sure my car drove good before they gave it back. I highly recommend them.

Did the work but was so busy that they didnโt care that my engine light was still on and didnโt run right. To be continued to see if they will fix this problem. They said I could take it back but would have to wait so I took it to Farrah Good Year and said it was a bad cam sensor and fix the problem for $130.00 Thank You Farrah Good Year. The reason the engine was still not fixed took it back to Russell and replaced the thermostat that fixed the engine light but I have a Chrysler Sebring that has a weird problem that the horn goes off on itโs own.

In the past few months I've had work done and sent multiple friends to this shop. They've fixed cars other shops won't touch (or messed up), and saved my friends and I a ton of money. We all know warranty work doesn't pay the bills, but when an alternator they had rebuilt and installed failed, they had a new alternator swapped in the next morning. On another repair they offered a good used part they had on hand for much cheaper instead of charging for a brand new part. Another car had a strange symptom; they correctly diagnosed two cascading failures up the line and fixed everything. If a repair isn't going to be cost effective, they'll tell you that too. I'm extremely pleased. You won't go wrong going here.

I highly recommend Russell Bros. Electric and will take any problems with my car to them. They found and repaired an electrical problem Ive had for a long time. Two other businesses could not satisfactorily fix my car so I am happy that I finally found Russell Bros! They do fine work at a very reasonable cost.

They'll claim they can fix it, then have your SUV sit in their lot for 6 weeks getting broken into, then say they can't get a $170 part of ebay. Claim to have done a tune up despite it throwing a misfire code while sending me over to Worth Exhaust. These guys have wasted my time and practically stolen my money for services not rendered. Sending me home with a misfire and misdiagnosed catalytic converter is stealing. Do not give them your business. Their quality of work is trash. The Russell Bros are dishonest scum.

Now that I found Russell Bros I will never take my Acura to any other place and I live over an hour away. Professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable people. They know exactly what theyโre doing and are honest about it. They showed me pics of their work on my car, a torque converter and starter. I had no idea of the work involved. The last time I was there, the owner stayed late to finish my car so that I didnโt have to do an additional day on a rental vehicle. Much appreciated! At some car repair shops, being a female gets us played on repairs. Not here! They are the very best in my opinion!! Thank you Russell Brothers!

For now I'm leaving two stasr but hopefully I'll be able to change my rating. Took my 2010 silverado down there cause I was having issues with a low beam headlight not working sometimes well he said he could fix it that day which he did and charged me 300 dollars to put a new plug on and it worked for 2 days but now it's doing the same thing and I can't get in touch with them so idk what to do. I can say they were professional and very quick. UPDATE took my truck back today and got it fixed and there was no charge!!! So I'm leaving 5 stars cause they fixed the issue and I'm a happy customer!!!

When we left for vacation in my Audi A8, my car started running shaky and bouncing. We got it towed to Russell brothers. Initially, I was worried about the fact that Audis are notorious for being extremely expensive on repairs. Russell Brothers got to the car quickly, and when I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised at a bill that was about a 70% below what I would've payed at the dealer! The car is now running better than it was with zero problems. This place is an old school, fair and honest place that does things right. Thanks!

My name's Muriel. I had Tripple AAA tow my car to their shop. It was in REALLY bad shape. These men in the shop, did an AWESOME! job on my car. They did more work on it to get it back on the road, than they initially was suppose to. And still charged me MUCH LESS, than the work actually cost. They answered all my questions. If I have a question still, they answer, PATIENTLY. Thank-You. I Appreciate You.

Wow I had to step in and take this situation over from my niece customer service 0/0 super rude the owner Jim is very very rude wonโt even let you address the issue this man over talked us and was basically saying that if we donโt have the money donโt waste there time when we couldnโt tell him the issue he wouldnโt allow us to speak donโt call them asking for a quote or a roundabout estimate because Jim is going to assume you canโt afford repairs if you donโt just send your car up there first and ask financial questions later he said he doesnโt want any cars on his lot that donโt plan on getting repaired

These guys are the definition of patchwork, had these guys fix my car 2-3 years ago. Up until now I thought they had done a decent job, they lost my engine cover and broke all my ignition coil connectors, and completely swapped one out. I was willing to let that slide at the time, but now that itโs time to swap out an ignition coil and fuel injectors again I come to realize they swapped my connector with a completely different one and shaved down a coil to make it fit. They also didnโt swap out all the fuel injectors, they probably picked out the bad one and left the rest. Not to mention the staff is condescending and act like any question is beneath them to answer, hitting you with the Iโve got work to do remark. Spend the extra 15-20% and have a real shop fix your car. These guys wonโt even give you a breakdown of the work they do.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. They fixed the problem with my wife's car in 1 day after another dealer shop (see one of my other reviews) misdiagnosed the problem, took 5 days to do it and tried to charge me almost 10x what Russell fixed it for. Highly recommend Russell Brothers for your electrical system repairs.

If I could leave a zero star I would, took my car in because it wasnโt heating up to the optimal coolant temp that it was supposed to run at. A week later I was charged $1200 got my car back with check engine light still on. So I thought no big deal maybe they just forgot to clear the code and itโs fine Iโll just clear it myself. Not even a mile down the road after picking it up, now my car starts overheating with coolant pouring out of it , so I take it back and they โfixโ it. Charged me even more money even though they made my car worse than it was when I brought it in the first time, so youโd expect it to be fixed on them free of charge since they messed it up even more. After a few days I get it back, It drives fine going home but the next day itโs the same thing overheating again. On top of all that they donโt care about keeping the inside of a car clean. I got my car back with dirt all in the floor, on the floor mats, and on the driver side door. DO NOT bring your car here if you expect it to get fixed. Itโs a waste of time and money! UPDATE: I decided to bite the bullet and took my car to an actual Volkswagen dealership. I learned that Russel brothers switched out the water pump in my car for a cracked one in far worse condition than the one that was already in the car.

These guys are honest, skilled and efficient. I took my truck to 2 different places who each said they couldn't fix it. But these guys did. And didn't bankrupt me in the process. Highly recommend.

A year ago I brought my car to them and described what was going on with it, turns out it was a fusable link that went bad that ran from the driver side to the passenger side. They charged me 1000 for the repairs, it worked fine up until now. It done the same thing again and we tried to wiggle the lock cylinder it tried to start but it started to smoke like wires were burning. Just today I was replacing the ignition switch thinking it was that. I dig a little deeper and find where they replaced it but patch worked it and ran another white wire to my dog light switch that hasn't worked until I found the problem. I wouldn't go here for patch work job and have the likely chance your vehicle burning down.
