It is so unfortunate they lost a customer forever. Sadly this was a greedy dealership who plays game and take advantage of certain people and situations. I've been to different states Toyota dealerships, so I see the difference very well. Look at the feedbacks of people not when everything went well, but when something did not go well and see how they handled. That tells you the truth.

Don't waste your time with their used car buy back! Been a loyal customer around 7 years now. I have purchased 4 vehicles in that time period. We received a flyer about them being low on inventory and are doing a buy back program or trade in to build up their inventory. We bit and went in for a appraisal that was way below market value for a average to lower quality version of our vehicle that is in good condition, low miles, no wrecks, straight body, been well taken care of with a record of routine maintenance at their service center. Instead of working any deals or have any type of negotiation, and accompanied with lack of customer service. I feel that our time as a customer was of little concern or importance. The whole experience seemed insulting. They treated my wife like we were desperate. No sure if it was cause she was a women on here own. When I had a short conversation on the phone with the salesman. Instead of asking if I had any knowledge of car buying or how cars are vauled. He spoke to me in a manner like as if I was a child. Instead of being a Bill penny customer, We will as a family be look at all other dealers. Could this possibly the reason for a low inventory be this type of treatment to their customers?

My Nissan broke a timing belt and bent the valves which was a safety issue that Nissan issued to get out of a government recall. The previous owner didn't get it fixed and I was only 600 miles out of warranty. Nissan would not help me to fix the car, but Bill Penney let me trade it in on a New Mitsubishi Mirage and gave me a trade in value much more than I expected since the Nissan was not running. They also gave me a great deal the Mirage. I could not be happier with the deal and the courtesy of the sales and finance department at Bill Penney Just traded the above Mitsubishi for a new 2022 Mirage with more bells and whistles. This is my third purchase from Bill Penny by salesman Marty Odom who got me an awesome deal with a great price on my trade in and a lower interest rate and payment. I'm a happy camper and will return to this dealership and salesman Marty Odom again and again.

We came in looking at a new outlander. We spoke to Nick the day before and he was ready for us when we arrived. He pulled the two we were interested in, let us test drive answered all questions and got things moving right on along for us. The rush was on as our induction date for our baby got moved up to next week and so we had to get an suv now. Not only was he super helpful and knowledgeable, but not once pushy in any way. We were beyond pleased with ALL the staff, including financing. Honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had, and being 9months pregnant that says alot! :) we’re now the proud owners of a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SE black edition. Thank you again!

***Bill Penney Mitsubishi has closed down and is no longer in operation*** Bought a new Mitsubishi earlier this year. Was sold on the warranties (which are wonderful). I wasn't told that Bill Penney Mitsubishi would be closing down and that to get warranty service, I'd have to go an hour and a half away to Long Lewis Mitsubishi in Florence. It's not worth a 3 hour round trip to get my free oil change.

Anyone living in or around Birmingham and want to see the largest assortment of Mitsubishi automobiles along with the friendliest employees, this is worth the drive. There's none of this back and forth " Let me go see what the manager can do!" BS. You see a car you want and they will make it happen. Period. No stale , old fashion salesmen/saleswoman that immediately eyeball you down when you pull into the lot. Go inside and it's literally like no other dealership around. From the employees that keep the place spotless to the financial managers, they all have the same attitude that shows they care about you and their workplace. I've bought many cars over the last 30 years and this dealership stands out above any dealership in the South.

Stopped by to take a look at a possible new SUV and left with a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SE! We were walking around the lot for a good 30 minutes, many sales persons passing us up or just lazing around. Nick was the first to greet us and even asked us what we were looking for and our price range. He showed us the Outlander and we were blown away. For the price range it checked all of our boxes and then some and we were able to get it at a 2.99% APR which was 4% lower than our current 2023 Toyota Camry SE. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and our 1 year old daughter through the process and was even able to find us a second car for convenience. I’ll definitely be back and asking for Nick personally when it comes to our next car. Will be recommending him to all of my coworkers and friends!

Purchased my Mitsubishi Outlander new through Bill Penny in 2022. About a year after purchasing a sensor started malfunctioning, constant beeping and flashing on my dash the entire time I drive. They took it in and fixed it under warranty. This same issue is happening again and they have since sold their partnership with Mitsubishi and now anyone who needs warranty work done has to drive to Florence. I would not have purchased from them had I known this is what I would have to deal with. Bad business

Purchased my Mitsubishi through Bill Penney, and I was happy with them originally. I need to have my Service that is included, and was told ‘sorry, you’ll have to go to Florence’. Where? Wouldn’t have purchased this had I known. This is not convenient, and I don’t have the time to drive however long and far away this place is. I do think there should have been some communication. Now, I’m going to see how fast I can get rid of this Vehicle. I wouldn't go back after this, because I wouldn’t know if this would happen again. I need a place in Huntsville, and that is convenient.
